I was extremely happy with my choice to stay at Lavanya Boutique Hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a few blocks walk to the restaurants and bars of the riverfront area, yet far enough away to avoid being in the loud and busy area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered a made-to-order daily breakfast with my rate.

Decently priced and friendly staffs. Convenient location and comfortable stay.

The price is cheap, the location is good. Near to pubs etc. But rooms are outdated. Breakfast is good too.

The location was good and overall the hotel was nice. Unfortunately the Internet is super slow and there was construction in the building next door that made sleeping difficult.

Clean and service staff very helpful

The hotel was in a great location for me, it is minutes away from Sorya Mall which has a good gym in there and about a 10 minute slow walk to the river. Nightlife is even closer so no need for taxis. Currency Exchange also very close. The breakfast was delicious - excellent. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Taxi to airport for about 30 minutes.

But check in very late

The hotel is located on a very small street filled with street vendors and small local shops…I found it very difficult to find a small shop to buy cigarettes and small snacks and felt a bit nervous walking in this neighborhood at night time. The room looked like the pictures though feels much, much older in real life. I chose a deluxe room with balcony. The clerk ran out of room key cards (???) and so had to give me a physical key. The power won’t work without a room card so they gave me a business card to put in the slot. The room was fine, but I cannot give five or four stars because of two issues: the roaches (in the bathroom, on the floor, and one crawled on me in the night, in bed), and the air conditioner, which blows directly at your face making it hard to sleep. The people were very nice, they even packed breakfast for me for my early check out, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

The hotel people was very kindly

This was a nice place to stay in the heart of the city. It was close to all the attractions and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly especially the 2 reception staff who helped me to get a PCR test as well as a comfy taxi to the airport. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This is a good location near the Central Market and on busy 136 street. Rooms are clean, decent sized with a well stocked bathroom. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Phnom Penh.

First Lina from the front desk is super helpful. She went multiple times out of her way to help us. Their location is great as well, as the night market and bar / restaurants are close by, but not too close to keep you up at night. The room was very clean and organized, the sheets clean, etc.
