Hotel a Phnom Penh, Cambogia

Sembra si trova in una sorta di zona di club, in funzione del lato che il tuo viso può essere buono o può essere un orribile soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel due volte e il mio primo soggiorno non era problema, ma il mio secondo soggiorno mi ha fatto incontrare i club e non potevo dormire fino alle 4 quando la musica si fermò. Quando si rimane lì, si accerta di avere una stanza sul lato tranquillo. Anche in questo secondo soggiorno c'era un allarme di fuoco, sembra che alcuni ospiti fumino nel corridoio o qualcosa del genere. Ho aperto la mia porta e il personale mi ha chiesto di tornare in camera.

La posizione è molto buona sul lato del fiume e sul mercato dei cibi notturni e buon valore per i soldi. Il mio ordine di colazione è stato sufficiente e molte opzioni da scegliere. La camera è pulita e dispone di una camera da letto privata e dispone anche di un AC che è bello durante i giorni e la notte caldi. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. Rimango sicuramente qui e consiglio questo hotel.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

The unit was big. 👍👍👍And the buffet breakfast was good and price was very reasonable for this deal. Nice deal will be coming back again 😀😀😀

Good hotel and good breakfast spread. Air con is cold, shower is good. All are clean and well organized. Staffs were friendly, even the housekeeping staffs will greet u when they see u. Will stay here again if the price is right.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

Questo hotel è davvero buono. La camera è abbastanza grande e comoda. Molto pulita. La camera da bagno offre asciugamani, mutandine, shampoo, gel da doccia, tostapane e un asciugacapelli. Il personale è super amichevole e davvero utile, il servizio è magnifico. C'è una 24/7 ricevimento, quindi non c'è problema con check-in tardi o check-out precoce. Sono vicini i supermercati e i piccoli ristoranti. La colazione è inclusa e molto buona. Ci sono opzioni di colazione in stile cambogiano e occidentale (vedi foto), il caffè è escluso. È un po 'distante dal centro/area turistica della città, ma è ancora bene. Valore è incredibile. Ho decisamente raccomandato questo hotel

We were traveling in a group, we had 8 rooms booked more than a month in advance, we arrived late because our flight was deviated due to bad weather, we contacted them to notify them about it and they replied with an ok. At 2:30-3 am that we arrived they told us that there were mo rooms available. The guy in the front desk had a really terrible attitude even saying that it was not his problem, and also telling us he couldn’t find our bookings. After a while the manager came and he did find all our bookings, and he managed to help us get the first night in a neighbor hotel (which given the circumstances we had no other choice).

Buona posizione vicino al mercato centrale, stazione di autobus e centro commerciale Soria, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal fiume e dal palazzo reale, una camera di dimensioni ragionevole con ascensore, personalmente adatta per il mio scopo e il mio bilancio, rimarrà di nuovo

Come sempre HM Grand Hotel, uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Phnom Penh. Questa volta hanno offerto alcuni sconti perché avevano un certo manutenzione in alcuni piani. Ho un grande servizio, camera, jacuzzi e un massaggio gratuito di 30 minuti 💆as un regalo aggiuntivo. 🎁 Very safisticed!
