Tutto è fantastico e altamente raccomandato. I letti sono comodi, silenziosi e buoni servizi. A piedi circa 5 minuti dal centro.

Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Should pay more atention to turn on the heater before clients arrive. We arrived late and the rooms were freezing. After noticing it we were immediately given another room but situation could have been avoided.

Excelente escolha para visitar Zamora. Muito bem situado. Quarto confortável e moderno. Colaboradores muito prestáveis e atenciosos.

酒店設施都很一般般，沒有拖鞋，燒水壺，洗漱用品。距離古城不算太遠，直線1公里左右。

We were in Zamora for one night only and being used to AC hotels when travelling in Spain didn’t do much research into choosing this one. First off the car park is very small and difficult to navigate if it is almost full. We had a small SUV and found it very difficult to park. A lift leads directly to reception. Receptionist spoke English thankfully as my Spanish is very basic. She advised us that the bar and restaurant were closed and the only dining option available would be breakfast . She was however very helpful with maps and restaurant recommendations. Our room was small with usual AC glass door to bathroom . Shower was over bath.Room overlooked street but traffic noise was not a problem. The bed was poor quality and the mattress wasn’t a Marriott one.Would have had more wine with dinner had I known what discomfort awaited me. Breakfast advertised at 12 euro but charged at 14 was not worth it. Lots of cafes nearby including one directly across the road. Check out was a disaster.My bill was incorrect . Overcharged for breakfast and parking. Took 20 mins to get it sorted. This is not a four star hotel. This is not a Marriott standard hotel.

Centrally located walking distance to the main center for 20-25 minutes . Hotel only offer breakfast and garage for our car. In Autumn the shut down the air conditioning. Breakfast is great. Service is fabulous and if you’re are a Marriott BonVoy, better

Location was perfect for us. Short walk from train station, right on edge of university and a 15 min walk into old town. Not in a heavy tourist area. Rooms / hallways were a bit noisy, as was the children playing in the park late on a summer night. It’s a neighborhood feel. Missed having a lounge with cocktails to enjoy, but local bars in area can be found

Nice stay for 1 stop business trip. Great location, friendly staff.
