The hotel failed to provide the room although booked and paid. Failed to register me to stay with the reason staff forgot key in my reservation and reserve the room and allocate me to nearby low category hotel with bad facilities and room conditions. No refund given which I had paid the room, bad attitude in handling my request and no room provide to me. Please do not choose this hotel

樓下是印度餐廳，樓上的旅館也是餐廳的印度老闆一起經營的。位置極好，邊上就是金邊夜市，離大皇宮和中央市場也不遠。缺點是衞生條件極差，床單被單有污漬，懷疑根本就沒換過，當然價格很便宜，不奢求什麼，但是最基本的乾淨整潔應該要有！每層有兩個客房，衹有靠街的客房內部有私人泳池，靠天井的客房沒有，找遍了一層到五層也不見所謂的公共泳池在哪裡，而且靠天井的客房雖然有一個內窗，但是基本沒采光，很昏暗，懷疑是隔壁旅館屋頂泳池溢出來的水會潑到天井內，所以經常有潑水的聲音很影響睡眠。因為樓下是餐廳的關係，客房內、床單上會有一股很濃的香料咖喱味，那味道無法言狀，後來換旅館的時候衣服上依然有味道，衹能全部重洗。説這麼多最後真的建議你慎選！

Per fortuna siamo rimasti solo una notte. Arriviamo verso sera e ci fanno aspettare perchè devono controllare la camera entriamo e troviamo tutto il wc bagnato sicuramente avevano appena finito di pulire (arrivo alle 18). Camera piccola dotazioni inutilizzabili. Frigo impossibile da accendere le prese erano a 70 cm di altezza e il cavo era forse mezzo metro. Clima diretto sul letto sopra la testa. Pulizia generale lasciamo perdere. Si accede all’hotel attraverso la sala di un ristorante. Un incubo.

Staff is very friendly mainly Mr.deepak.Chef made a very tasty breakfast.Room was cleaned and air condition also good.I stayed in 501 but room is little congested but price is afforable .On an average my stay was good.

This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. I booked the presidential suite in this vile hotel which was above an indian restaurant. The room had its own swimming pool which had never been cleaned. I caught an war infection from swimming in the dirty water. The fridge was rusty, the TV was broken and there was a huge hole in the ceiling. Avoid this terrible hellhole. The whole place stinks of curry, this review keeps getting taken down because the owner is a charlaton. Place is disgusting avoid!!

I had booked 4 night at Crystals Blue Hotel Phnom Penh (26/sep - 29/sep) with the deal no cancellation. When I arrived the hotel at 8:30pm on 26/Sep, hotel reception informed me that room having problems of water pine broken, offered me smaller room. I asked them show me the room I booked and I want to see the problem of leaking…hotel refused. All I thought that hotel already sold my room booking with better price , so they just used an excuse to cancel my room. Also, they didn’t help me out with booking coz they said can’t cancel by themselves. It means I have to take the first night charge on room. It took me an hour struggled call booking hotline in UK. The service it too bad and they refused to take action when problems happen. I don’t want any of traveler facing same case of mine…..so, pls do not book this hotel on your future trip.

Right on the riverside, small room but had an elevator and a bargain price right now. The reception staff was fine and helped me with my luggage. I stayed for 2 nights and it was fairly quiet and comfortable with air-con. I would stay again.
