La stanza sembra non essere stata pulita. Il bagno ha ancora del sapone vecchio (usato). La coperta e il lenzuolo hanno macchie nere e non sono puliti. La stanza non ha un asciugamano per i piedi e non c'è acqua potabile. Il prezzo è piuttosto alto rispetto al servizio e alla pulizia ricevuti. Molto deluso.

È abbastanza distante dal molo a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi. L'hotel è ok ma la colazione è pessima.

Just terrible

The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views. The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs. I have to complain with two manager just to have a simple breakfast. To be honest it was a very bad service, a very bad experience and that guy just ruined the mood for the whole day, I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you don’t want that someone just ruin your experience by being rude and impolite

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very good. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. There are no amenities such as a table and chair, facial tissue. There're provided only a small bottle of water. Breakfast is just so-so. The location of the hotel located in not crowded. It is in the residential area of the islanders. The food price is not as high as the central area of the island. However, the beach on the Ton Sai area is more beautiful and the water is more inviting to swim. However, it is convenient to walk to the pier. The hotel provides a luggage cart service for customer to pick up and drop off at the pier.

The floor was full of dust on arrival. otherwise nothing to complain about. Environment, Swimming Pool, Breakfast and other facilities were very good.

Garden view was actually a view on a building… Service was not great, breakfast was very very limited, staff not the most polite: you expect a goodbye when you say goodbye.

Everything is dirty, breakfast is terrible, dirty. The receptionist is not friendly, the water doesn't flow. The care was not impressive

Do not book your vacation here it's worst, they cheated us by giving a ordinary room and ended up paying additional 3000 baht for a decent room..its worse but trip.com service was awesome they responded immediately and partially resolved the issue..I recommend trip.com but not this hotel

Nice hotel good location, free breakfast and help with bags to ferry

Clean, beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the design of the hotel is pretty. Great location - quiet, but near stores and restaurant. Family-friendly. A minute from the beach. The swimming area at the beach is very small, but you can walk 5 min to a larger beach area. The swimming pools are great - a big shallow one for children, and a deeper pool at the rooftop of the central building. The staff is polite and professional. A small store at the front sells the best mango smoothies. The breakfast is okay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We tranfered from another hotel - I wish we spent all our time here at Andaman Legacy.
