One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Very classy

Cleanliness: the room and the bathroom facilities is pitch-perfect clean. No water stains at all. The bath tub is also cleaned thoroughly, which is important. Location: The view is good but not the best. Service: nice and helpful staff. Helped me order pick up form the airport and send my leftovers to my new place for stay. Breakfast is a bit simple. The Chinese restaurant has a Michelin star but as a Chinese this is just ordinary lever food and way way overpriced.

We loved our stay at the hotel. We received a free upgrade which was awesome. The restaurants and location are great. Staff are super helpful and the room was very comfortable. One of the best stays we had in any hotel.

This was our favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi Its lost a huge step in staff! Not very friendly and when I ask about an upgrade she was almost rude! Gave us a room right above a bar that played music until 2:00AM

Simplement parfait, l’hôtel, le service et la chambre. Très spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Le staff est agréable, disponible, professionnel.

Had to ask for water in my room 5 times and took 6-8 hours. The next day, was informed there is no running water in my room, and it took over an hour to get them to understand that I needed to take a shower. I used to live at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi Residences and this is just gone downhill.

一個亞洲背景酒店，目視東亞客人不多，踩坑了，下次不會再選這家，同樣地理位置周圍有更好的選擇。 服務不行，主要是態度。因為攜程預訂付了全款，就一晚在阿布扎比，入住時沒選擇按金，晚上11點有人敲門，然後自行進入房間，要把minibar鎖起來👎👎👎，一個睏覺女人房間有陌生男士進入，提前電話説一聲？沒有，當場嚇傻。馬上投訴，前台卻説，早就説要鎖minibar，敲門三次就可以進屋是我們酒店的例行措施。當時真是想…… 瑰麗，你得想想你的這些當地僱員有些例行的傲慢吧，我知道旁邊有個克利夫蘭的醫院，你們可能有足夠客源，旁邊的環境也不錯，北京瑰麗樓下餐廳好幾次給我們好的印象，哪知道這些香港背景的酒店到了國外比西方背景酒店更讓人不爽，為什麼？你問問你當天辦理入住的高個子男性員工…… 投訴攜程處理的盡力了，有沒有可能是攜程預訂價格比其他OTA更合適導致？我不知道，我覺得rosewood不應該如此吧。那就不知道為啥了。 Rosewood酒店本來全球就不太多，在阿布扎比有，就試試，下次不會了。 下樓有個中餐廳，叫Dai pai dong 大排檔，酒店相關餐廳，門口放條龍，這名字這理解，是有多不懂中國文化……瑰麗就沒認真經營的感覺，要不就是對高檔中餐有誤解…… 樓下找了一家黎巴嫩餐廳Almayass，如圖，挺好，全是夜間出來吃飯的當地人。參觀累了一天，老婆進瑰麗倒頭睡了，我去吃飯，酒店房間就出事了……
