I initially booked 1 week at the hotel and then extended my stay there for another week. The purpose of my trip was buisness related and so the hotel served well. The staff were really polite and helpful. The reception staff were always warm and welcoming, the house keeping worked well with cleaning the room while I was out and around my schedule and the kitchen staff at breakfast were really lovely, especially Phomg, I hope I've spelled that correctly. Every morning, he would greet me with a warm welcome and assist me with finding a lovely seat at breakfast. He quite quickly learned my orders and would always have my coffer waiting at my table and order my omelette for me, which was really sweet. The service there was great. The location is just a short walk, maybe 13 mins to Old Quarters. One thing I'd say needs an update is the gym. I'd suggest getting some new gym mats ( a material that can easily be cleaned after use) and just an update with the equipment. Other than that, it was great to be there

It is a very good hotel in Hanoi. Whenever I come to Hanoi, I choose to stay here every time. It is excellent.

Location is good. Just that the drive way is not visible from the road. Service and cleanness is good.

Friendly staff... Rooms are small but tidy.... Breakfast is ok... Still can improve... Location is nice.. Good coffee shops around, some good pho restaurants too....

I stayed here for 4nights. Overally I satisfied with this hotel. Moreover, rhe location is good, which makes you reach Hoan Kiem Lake within 7-8minutes. And the breakfast is nice. There are not many kinds of food but each food is not bad. Plus no noise from outside!! This hotel has good value for money. Ah! After checkout, they allowed me to take a shower in the late afternoon. Thank you!!

The staff were very nice and attentive; always looking around to help and greeting us every time we entered the hotel. The location is unbeatable. It’s close enough to the action but not far enough to get peace in the middle of the city. Rooms were nice and big. The layout of the toilet and shower weren’t ideal but manageable. Breakfast had decent options. The gym is a bit improvised but extra points for having one. Overall, very good.

Clean and big room, walking distance to Old Quarter only about 1km about 15mins walk. Very convenient walking distance to the Old Quarter plus the location of Cititel is more quiet compared to Old Quarter.

The hotel is clean and not noisy. However, the hotel in hide behind another hotel. Grab rider or grab car might not be able to find you. Suggest to wait outside next to the main road.

Not a 4 or even 3 stars hotel. This is a 2 star hotel with poor finishes in the room, all looks cheap and not very well maintained. To be fair a paint touch up in the walls will help a lot. The hotel is in a hidden alley but felt safe. The reception team was pushing to sell Halong bay cruises. Breakfast was ok and more Asian options than other.

A decent hotel near Hoàn Kiem area. The entrance may not be pleasant considering outside have street food vendors and may take some time for you to find it , it’s in the alley next to the road. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is just so so, not too many options but still not bad. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the amenities. Not much view to see outside the window. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay.

After experiencing from previous hotel, I was sitting in a dinning room, and no one come to said HI… Bref… Cititel is great, lovely peoples and remember your face… Room is spacious, only thing I don’t like is your entrance is actually the bathroom… I don’t know if hallway can hear my privacy Breakfast is basic, not good but not bad either In general, I would recommend for guest looking to have a room out of tourist area, but still walkable distance What bothers me in VN is young generations don’t know how have a minimum meaners… what they do is on the smartphone… hello to guest is a minimum meaner
