Hotel pet friendly a Zurigo

A wonderful hotel in Zurich with an excellent location, just a short walk from the main railway station, central markets, and key city attractions. The service quality is outstanding, with very attentive staff and a high level of customer loyalty, making you feel truly welcome from the very first moment. I will definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend paying attention to the pavilion located next to the hotel, where they prepare exceptional risotto — a true gastronomic delight.

The people at Arlette Hotel were great! Very friendly and helpful. Zurich is a very expensive city and the Arlette is a very good value. The room (101) was smallish as was the bathroom. But we have come to expect that in the older European hotels. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed after a full day of sightseeing in Zurich and the magnificent Alps. The Arlette is just a short walk away to the bus and train station; and there is a great breakfast spot right next door and good kebab restaurant a few doors down. The gentleman at the desk even allowed us to check in very early after a long redeye flight. That was truly wonderful gesture. It says a lot about how caring the staff is. If we ever return to Zurich, we will be sure to stay here.

Innanzitutto, sono arrivato all'ora in cui avrei dovuto effettuare il check-in automatico, ma mi hanno dato il numero sbagliato per il check-in, quindi non ho potuto nemmeno entrare in una giornata fredda, il che è stato davvero imbarazzante. Fortunatamente, sono riuscito a entrare nella hall mentre gli altri ospiti uscivano e a effettuare una chiamata di emergenza tramite il telefono della hall. La risposta successiva è stata positiva, ma mi sono sentito davvero in imbarazzo perché mi hai dato il numero sbagliato. Cosa sarebbe successo se non ci fossero stati ospiti in arrivo... La colazione è un pasto vegano abbastanza standard, quindi niente prosciutto~~

Friendly service, generous extra check-out time, good breakfast. Room is OK, with good work desk and chair and coffee and mini bar selection. Strangely soft pillow not how I like it. As usual in too many hotels, there was no walk-in shower and one had to shower standing in the bad tube, and as too usual, the shower head could not be fixed in a proper position, but kept sliding down.

Non volevo dare 1 stella ma è stato davvero deludente. Ok, Trip.com non ha menzionato che c'è l'aria condizionata, quindi è giusto che la stanza non ce l'abbia, ma nemmeno un ventilatore e faceva molto caldo! Non c'è un cestino della spazzatura nella stanza, quindi abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri sacchetti di plastica per raccogliere i rifiuti. Non c'è il wifi (anche se avevano promesso che ci sarebbero state informazioni in camera a riguardo, non c'erano). La doccia non ha una tenda o una parete, quindi l'acqua schizzava ovunque quando facevo la doccia. Tuttavia, andava bene solo per dormire, ma anche con il prezzo abbastanza basso considerando che siamo a Zurigo, non è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Forse sono troppo esigente, da qui la valutazione neutra.
