Hotel in zona Richard Lewis Park, Perth

Svegliati verso una bella vista del porto, aria fresca, direttamente al di là del tram, dove si può saltare sulla ferrata per attraversare al di là del CBD, centro, città chian, ecc in una mera 10 minuti di cammino ! hotel è pulito, nuovo, venendo completamente attrezzato con cucina, parcheggio in loco è disponibile, ci è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita al livello 2 e BBq pit che era fantastico

Il 2° soggiorno nel Wonil Perth dopo un buon primo soggiorno l'anno scorso. Il Wonil Perth non è il vostro standard hotel 4 o 5 stelle (avrebbe meritato 5 stelle, per il resto), ma un posto unico con una bella vibe, ultimamente, ma non meno che grazie ad un'eccellente squadra. Il personale è molto amichevole, con il direttore dell'ufficio di frontiera Khalid Awan, molto cortese e orientato al servizio. La camera è stata bella, la vista dalla balcone, la terrazza, l'ottimo cibo nel ristorante e l'atmosfera accogliente.

Ho prenotato questa stanza per mio fratello e mia madre. Hanno apprezzato il loro soggiorno a Pan Pacific. Situato vicino a un parco che offre una splendida vista sul fiume.

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Local. Il personale era molto utile e accogliente. Abbiamo pianificato di trascorrere una notte sull'isola di Rottnest prima di entrare per due notti all'hotel, e ci hanno concesso gentilmente di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio un giorno prima. Era un grande favore e rendeva il nostro viaggio molto più conveniente; quando siamo arrivati, il nostro bagaglio era già nella nostra stanza, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era elegante e moderna. Abbiamo scelto una stanza a angolo, con tre grandi finestre, riempiendo lo spazio con luce naturale. La luce nella stanza era anche ben fatta, creando un piacevole ambiente. Anche se il bagno e il bagno erano condivisi, e c'era un po' di rumore dalla musica del bar, l'esperienza generale era piacevole, questi minori disagio erano stati sovrascontrati dagli aspetti positivi del nostro soggiorno. In generale, penso che l'Hotel Local sia un bel posto per stare.

Raccomandare con forza questo luogo. Salutato da personale utile che si allontanano dalla loro strada per renderti comodo. Nessuno è troppo difficile per loro. Camere molto pulite con fogli di crisp. Perfettamente cucinato e presentato colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

Location was easy to find and accessible to mostly places. Appreciate the clean bedding and towel. Room was spacious enough and had sufficient luggage storage spaces. There’s a large & cosy co-study/working/living space with billiard tables and projector screen. Sleeping areas are pretty secured with keycards so one can be less concerned with external entry. There is a kitchenette that allows guests to store their food in big fridges and sufficient amenities like microwaves and toasters. It’s a pity that some guests are not responsible in washing up after use. The hot water dispenser wasn’t working for the few days I was there so many guests heated drinking water with the microwave. Possible improvements: I wish a hostel with such high turnover could consider to provide shared shampoo and soap in the showers, and have a machine that sells washing detergent pods. Definitely would help to reduce loads of single-use disposable waste.

La casa è ampia e completamente integrata, e i bagni e lavastoviglie sono completi. Ci sono tavoli speciali e tavoli da pranzo, particolarmente vicino al parco re, e l'ambiente interno e esterno è buono

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE BIG4 … LOOK ELSEWHERE Recently, my wife and I stayed at Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park. This without doubt would have to be the worst Big4 caravan park that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few being a Big4 Member. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is an absolute disgrace to the name of Big4 who would do well to distance themselves from this park. Many of the permanent’s sites, of which there are many, are nothing short of hovels which should be condemned; the ablutions whilst old, really need some proper cleaning and not just a lick and a promise. Hand soap in the ablutions was hit and miss, and garbage bins were continually overflowing and reeked of rotten food (prawns heads, crab shells etc) in the heat. The bins need to be either replaced more often as they become full or moved to a more central area away from sites, and if the permanents must walk a short way to put their rubbish in the bin, then so be it … having them parked outside their vans bringing flies and vermin is unacceptable especially in the heat of summer. Our site had a gutter that was so high that it caught our grey water outlet as we backed in twisting it 90 degrees, but thankfully not breaking the outlet. When we leave, again we expect the high gutter will catch the outlet again and hopefully not break it. Despite the check-in documents saying there is to be no washing of cars and caravans, several times we saw both permanents and campers doing just that … washing their cars etc … no intervention by staff was ever observed telling people to stop this practice. We needed consistent WI-FI as we were selling our house and needed contact both with sales agency and solicitors to facilitate the sale … but the Internet was “spotty and intermittent” every single day of our stay, even in the early hours of the morning when fewer people would be using it. Numerous times a day, I had to reboot my laptop which was extremely disappointing and frustrating when the booster was less than 10 metres from where our caravan was situated. Whilst the staff were fabulous, and accommodating, and the rates competitive, it did not make this stay worth coming back … we will never stay here again. For those looking at staying here, look elsewhere … it is a disgrace!
