Location is good. Spacious for our family of 4. Need to walk a bit to town for food and to Elizabeth quay. The aircon and heater makes quite a big noise and can affect the the light sleepers. There is also just one aircon in the whole apartment. Means the rooms only have fans. Parking bag provided which is nice

It is quite near the subway , you have to walk about 8 mins. The room is clean. The place is quiet too

Location is excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Room is spacious

Apartment was well equipped. Quiet environment. Walkable to city centre. Near to King’s Park as well. Unfortunately, there was smell in the apartment. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Hotel / room is dated. Need to total refreshment on the property.

地段不錯，如果喜歡步行遊覽的人走去國王公園、伊麗莎白港和市中心完全沒問題都在20分鐘左右；帶停車場免費停車，對去Perth周邊自駕遊的遊客來説就很友好了，在Perth city停車還是有自帶免費停車場的酒店好很多；酒店有基本的煮食工具，簡單弄個晚餐和早餐很方便，洗碗機解決飯後清潔問題，提供加床服務，孩子大的可以考慮

L’appartamento che ci hanno assegnato è grande, ma i vantaggi finiscono qui. Il palazzo è vecchio, lo sono gli appartamenti e c’è un odore terribile nella stanza. Assolutamente da evitare La posizione è discreta rispetto al centro, ma sei comunque su una grande arteria di traffico e muoversi a piedi non è granché

Excellent hotel. Our room is a full one bedroom apartment including laundry. Everything is spotlessly clean and well catered for. Bed is very comfortable. Enjoyed a good breakfast. Close to everything in Perth. Onsite parking available. Definitely recommend.

Old but comfortable enough apartment. Could smell that someone had been cooking a curry in the room. Quite old and tired, a new cistern would’ve spruced the room up a bit. Good tv with Netflix, etc included. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast included in our stay. No restaurant on site, had to drive out to get dinner. For the price it was quite reasonable.

Once we worked out how to get to our carpark we were fine. Good complex of a number of units that look like have permanent renters and owners as well as the short term letting. There is a bottle shop next store but everything else is in the city. It was raining but was only a $10 Uber ride into town. Great for a short stay

Great apartments, everything we needed, great communication prior to arrival from uk to answer questions as travelling with daughter in wheelchair. Reception really helpful, especially Dilansh who checked us in and helped on checkout when taxi didn’t arrive (thank you). Quiet area, easy access - 15 min walk to train/bus station. Very clean apartment serviced weekly. Fully equipped with everything we needed. One note, no close shops do organisation is key!

Handy sited apartment with a short 15 minute walk into Perth City/Elizabeth Quay. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of eggs freshly cooked for you along with the norm, bacon tomatoes beans, toast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc Staff were overall really helpful, shout out to the really friendly Angelica at the breakfast station. Thank goodness for the air conditioning as it reached 35-40 degrees most of the time we were here. Wi-Fi dropped in and out, although was free but a little frustrating. Heat and eat meals are a great idea if you don’t fancy going out or cooking….. big portions and an excellent price. Having a washer and dryer was fabulous as we have come back to the UK with no dirty washing, which is fab Bed and pillows were really comfortable, pool was great, along with the tennis court, however the whole building looks a little tired and unloved so perhaps it maybe time for a bit of a refurb and freshen up ( in the room we had anyway)

Room was clean and tidy. Reception were lovely. Walking distance to convention centre for events. Breakfast had excellent choices and we were asked if we would like eggs and what what we would like them cooked. Free car parking. Excellent walking access to Jacobs Ladder and the Kokoda steps also. The only down side would be a key was required for the gym and we weren’t sure about tennis court access/equipment.
