Ho dato un rating medio a questo hotel perché ci sono alcuni punti molto buoni sull'hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in un appartamento di una camera da letto. Il buono: Grande posizione, spaziose camere, bagno spa massiccio adatta facilmente due persone. Camere confortevoli. 2 TV. 2 con unità di aria con. Molto tranquillo nonostante sia vicino alla strada. Ben attrezzato con tutto quello che hai bisogno. Buona attrezzatura sul sito, ad esempio piscina riscaldata, sauna, parcheggio sicuro. Il male: I primi arrivati hanno doppio prezzo per la mia stanza come avevo già pagato attraverso Booking.com. In secondo luogo, dopo circa un'ora, l'aria condizionata principale, che si trova essenzialmente nel mezzo della stanza, ha iniziato a scorrere acqua in tutto il pavimento, abbiamo messo sotto di essa un buco di gomma e chiamato il manager. Un uomo è venuto a dirci che non c'era niente che potesse fare perché era sabato e l'hotel era completamente prenotato. Purtroppo, abbiamo dovuto rimediare e il fuoco cambiato finisce qualche volta e ha sconvolto i nostri tentativi di catturare l'acqua. Anche il livello di pulizia lascia molto da desiderare. Io e mio figlio abbiamo goduto del nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Sebbene sia più come un'area di ”clubing”, mi sento ancora sicura e ho un bambino con me. E solo due di noi. Il personale è amichevole e l'hotel è in una buona posizione. La stanza è ben mantenuta, pulita e confortevole. Ci sono state buone 4 notti di sonno! Guarda dalla nostra stanza è fantastico. Il colazione è anche buono. Tornerò certamente di nuovo!

Siamo arrivati a Perth al 2.30am e abbiamo un taxi direttamente dall'aeroporto. Definitivamente ha bisogno di decorare, il letto sembra andare un po' in basso, come sentimmo i piedi erano più alti di quelli, le mutandine erano piatti, avevamo una foglia, poi una foglia che era stata vista meglio e necessita una nuova e poi una foglia superiore. Il bagno era di base, aveva una doccia, anche se ha fatto qualche naso strano e la temperatura è aumentata e giù, nessuna piastra nella baia di mano, ci sono i bagni che non abbiamo mai usato. Il colazione era molto di base, solo alcune carni fredde, uova fredde cotte, salate e tosta. Se volevi cuocere dovevi pagare con Croissants, dolore au raisin, ecc. Il personale di ricezione durante il giorno era piacevole e molto utile, aveva sempre un sorriso. Il servizio Freebus è stato vicino al servizio gatto che si può saltare in qualsiasi momento.

Qualche problema con check-in. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Qualcuno felice ha deciso di impostare l'allarme dell'orologio per mezzanotte!! Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!

UUtente ospiteThe Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

La verità è stata detto che ho trovato un po 'sombra per vedere bene, ma questo è il prezzo dell'atmosfera. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il letto la prima notte e il personale l'ha rapidamente risolto il giorno dopo. Buon servizio. Excelente ristorante italiano in hotel - dovrete prenotare, anche a mezza settimana.

UUtente ospiteLa settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

UUtente ospiteStayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

UUtente ospiteNon credo che questo hotel sia nella parte migliore della città, ma è piuttosto centrale e facile da camminare per alcune delle attrazioni della CBD e circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ho fatto un check-in molto tardi la sera dopo un lungo volo dal Regno Unito. Ho prenotato una piccola stanza regina e era piccola. C'era solo una tavola a letto su un lato del letto, nessuna giacca, ma due ganci con pendenti. C'era un caldaio, un serbatoio e un frigo. Il sito web dell'hotel menzionava anche una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli per gli ospiti. Ciò che non mi hanno detto prima di arrivare è che ci sono lavori di costruzione in corso all'hotel, che iniziavano alle 8:00. Non è stato bello quando mi battevo con la differenza di tempo tra Regno Unito e Australia. Era piuttosto rumoroso. Il letto era molto comodo, perché c'era un topo di materassi con padella. Ci era anche un condotto d'aria nella stanza che poteva essere usato per riscaldare o raffreddare la stanza. Anche se c’era uno specchio sopra il bagno, non c’era uno specchio nella stanza con una luce decente per farsi riempire, eccetera, c’era uno specchio lungo, ma non molto ben illuminato, vicino alla porta. La camera da bagno era pulita, con due grandi asciugamani bianchi, con l’acqua dal doccia era calda e una pressione decente, e si era scaricata un po’ sotto la porta, ma non troppo per diventare un problema. Una delle questioni con la stanza era il controllo del rumore - ho sentito chiaramente i miei vicini alzare e abbassare l’orco, così si è certamente scappato il rumore intorno alle grandi finestre; mi sono svegliato anche durante la notte da uno dei vicini che russava forte. E svegliato poche volte ogni notte da persone che tornano tardi nelle loro stanze. Non c'è un ristorante per colazione all'hotel, ma ci sono molti caffè localmente. Ho scelto questo hotel perché era prezzi competitivi, ma non l'avrei scelto altrimenti

UUtente ospiteI would call this hotel ”very average” the only good thing it really has going for it is the location which is great. The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund. We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising. It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service. The breakfasts are average. The rooms are tired Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was ”they were too busy”!!! I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.

UUtente ospiteLots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Ero un po' nervoso per alcune delle recensioni/descrizione che lo descrivano come container di spedizione... ma una volta che sei li', si sente come qualsiasi hotel normale. Le camere sono compatte, ma completamente sufficienti. Il design è grande, i letti sono super comodi, AC funziona bene, il bagno è stato davvero bello. E il servizio era fantastico.È un hotel boutique e tu sentivi davvero il contatto personale. Ci hanno salutati caldamente all'arrivo, erano felici di tenere le nostre borse, dare tutti i tipi di buon consigli, ecc. La mattina del check-out, abbiamo dovuto iniziare presto e colpire la strada alle 7:00 (per catturare il traghetto alle 7:30 a Rottnest Island). La colazione inizia alle 7:00, quindi quando ci siamo chiesti la notte prima se potessimo avere qualche tipo di scatola, la signora al di fuori del dipartimento ha detto che sarebbe arrivata un po' presto al mattino e che tutto sarebbe pronto alle 6:00: 45 così potremmo mangiare qualcosa prima di lasciare l'hotel. È fantastico! Ci hanno lasciato anche lasciare le valigie nella nostra stanza e hanno detto che li porterebbero a terra e li stoccherebbero al desk front. Ci sentivamo davvero come se stessi davvero preoccupando di noi e volevano fare qualsiasi cosa per rendere il nostro soggiorno grande. Molto consigliato!
