Hotel in zona Matilda Bay Reserve Site 1, Perth

Abbiamo affittato 2 camere da letto per 4 di noi. È molto stufa quando siamo entrati nella proprietà e necessitiamo di aerlo. Il posto è pulito, letti sono confortevoli e abbastanza buoni per un breve soggiorno. È solo una camera da letto, quindi a volte è un po' scomodo quando 2 persone hanno bisogno di usarla. Cucina ha limitato la cucina per fare semplici pasti. Devi avere la macchina per guidare per ottenere cibo come non ci al supermercato o al ristorante vicino. L'aspetto esterno non è lo stesso di quello che c'era sulla foto. E' più vecchio come molte pitture di muro chipping ovunque. Il lato del giardino sembra lo stesso di quello che c'era nella foto.

Svegliati verso una bella vista del porto, aria fresca, direttamente al di là del tram, dove si può saltare sulla ferrata per attraversare al di là del CBD, centro, città chian, ecc in una mera 10 minuti di cammino ! hotel è pulito, nuovo, venendo completamente attrezzato con cucina, parcheggio in loco è disponibile, ci è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita al livello 2 e BBq pit che era fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre settimane e abbiamo pianificato di farlo di nuovo. L'alloggio era abbastanza spazioso, anche se mancava un po' di spazio trattore. La cucina era abbastanza ben attrezzata, ma nessun lavastoviglie. Il desk front è molto utile se c'è qualcosa di cui hai bisogno. Il nostro appartamento era pulito per la maggior parte dei giorni, ma non tutti. Non abbiamo mai capito il calendario. Ma il servizio era certamente più adeguato. Avevamo una stanza di pavimento (n. 8) con un bel piccolo patio. Il condizionamento d'aria funzionava perfettamente e la stanza era molto tranquilla. Incredibilmente conveniente per la nave al CBD, al supermercato Good Grocer che potrebbe fornire tutto ciò che si potrebbe desiderare di mangiare o bere e a diversi ristoranti, caffè e altri negozi al dettaglio.

We stayed at Tribe Perth Kings Park for 3 nights, and we had an amazing experience. These are just a few things that we loved in the hotel: * Our room was very comfortable and clean. We really felt welcomed, and the city views were great. Nespresso machine and kettle in the room is a very nice touch with coffee, tea, and complementary water every day. * All the staff was very professional, nice and kind. They really know how to take care of their guests. We felt really special the way that everyone treated us. * Good location with main attractions on walking distance. * The buffet breakfast was delicious with much variety and with fresh products. We had, without a doubt, an amazing hotel experience. We can't recommend enough staying at this hotel.

Dopo 4 notti qui abbiamo esteso il nostro soggiorno per un ulteriore 5 notti, come ci piaceva tanto! La posizione era molto conveniente, Subiaco è a tre fermate dal centro di Perth e sulla stessa linea per l'aeroporto. È possibile raggiungere Fremantle sulla stessa linea, in circa 25 minuti. Tutti i membri del personale qui sono gentili e gentili, e i letti molto confortevoli sono un grande bonus. La settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Enjoyed the stay overall even though there was a hiccup on the first night due to the significant noise level of the renovation where our room was directly above. My infant was startled by the noise and we were woken up as early as 7AM by it. Staff was great and accommodated our request for a change of room.

Location was easy to find and accessible to mostly places. Appreciate the clean bedding and towel. Room was spacious enough and had sufficient luggage storage spaces. There’s a large & cosy co-study/working/living space with billiard tables and projector screen. Sleeping areas are pretty secured with keycards so one can be less concerned with external entry. There is a kitchenette that allows guests to store their food in big fridges and sufficient amenities like microwaves and toasters. It’s a pity that some guests are not responsible in washing up after use. The hot water dispenser wasn’t working for the few days I was there so many guests heated drinking water with the microwave. Possible improvements: I wish a hostel with such high turnover could consider to provide shared shampoo and soap in the showers, and have a machine that sells washing detergent pods. Definitely would help to reduce loads of single-use disposable waste.

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!
