Hotel con parcheggio a Filadelfia

This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

La vista dalla finestra era fantastica, con vista diretta sul ponte Benjamin Franklin. La zona era sicura, la colazione era piuttosto abbondante e il caffè era disponibile alla reception. Non c'era il microonde in camera, ma ce n'era uno nella hall. Non è lontano dall'Independence Hall, dalla Liberty Bell e da Chinatown, a circa 20 minuti a piedi. Ci ha anche detto che la nostra stanza non era pronta, anche se ci siamo reclutati alle 4:00, un'ora dopo l'orario di check-in, e ci ha detto che avremmo dovuto prendere una stanza di 2 regina invece di una stanza di re. Le ho detto che preferiremmo aspettare una stanza re perché è per questo che abbiamo pagato, e guarda, improvvisamente aveva una. Abbiamo pagato per colazione con il nostro soggiorno, ma lei ha dimenticato di dare i biglietti per colazione. È stato molto pesante quando siamo andati a colazione il giorno dopo e doveva insistere che abbiamo pagato per colazione. Ci hanno ancora dato un conto per colazione, ma dopo aver parlato con il desk, si è reso conto che era un errore. Erano gentili, ma era ancora molto difficile difendere il fatto che abbiamo già pagato per il colazione, dicendo che siamo il secondo gruppo quel giorno che il desk aveva dimenticato di dare biglietti per il colazione. In generale, oltre al popolo e alla cattiva causa, è stato un buon soggiorno. Spereremo un miglior servizio la prossima volta che torniamo.

Questo hotel ha un buon personale, ma un terribile rumore nella stanza. Oltre alle condizionatrici, c'è una ventilazione forzata che soffia sul letto e rumore come un motore a jet. Non può essere spenta, quindi tutta la notte è stato un grande test. Anche nel corridoio alle 5:00 è stato tutto il tempo rumore a causa della pulizia del bagaglio.

Juan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.

The main advantage of 4211 Suites is its location. It is a practical option if you need to stay close to the University of Pennsylvania campus or nearby academic activities. For a short one-night stay, especially if you are in a rush, it can work. That said, it feels more like a basic student accommodation than a proper hotel. The staff at the counter were generally polite, though communication was sometimes limited, so service may feel a bit uneven. The room was spacious enough, but it had a noticeable humid smell, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast area is very limited, and I would not recommend paying extra for it. The food options were basic and not good value for the price. I also found the use of plastic plates and cutlery frustrating, especially with hot food, as it felt low quality and uncomfortable. Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay.

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
