This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

The staff at the counter were generally polite, though communication was sometimes limited, so service may feel a bit uneven. The room was spacious enough, but it had a noticeable humid smell, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast area is very limited, and I would not recommend paying extra for it. The food options were basic and not good value for the price. I also found the use of plastic plates and cutlery frustrating, especially with hot food, as it felt low quality and uncomfortable. Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay.

Questo hotel ha un buon personale, ma un terribile rumore nella stanza. Oltre alle condizionatrici, c'è una ventilazione forzata che soffia sul letto e rumore come un motore a jet. Non può essere spenta, quindi tutta la notte è stato un grande test. Anche nel corridoio alle 5:00 è stato tutto il tempo rumore a causa della pulizia del bagaglio.

Good location, near to Suburban train station. Walking distance about 15-20 minutes walk to Chinatown and the Marketplace. Would be better if housekeeping vacuum the floor.

The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) The biggest disappointment was the room itself. The room had no proper window. Instead of a normal window with a view or natural light, there was only a small round porthole, approximately 50×50 cm. This made the room feel dark, closed, and uncomfortable. When booking a hotel room, we expect a standard window, not a tiny round opening. This should be clearly stated in the room description before booking, so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

The service is good, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the pool was closed for the weekend. The rooms do not have a minibar or smart TV.

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
