UUtente ospiteTutto dell'hotel è fantastico: la colazione, la pulizia, i comfort! L'unica pecca è il servizio. Anche se, forse, è colpa delle aspettative. Bisogna aspettare davvero tanto per tutto, e potrebbero anche dimenticarsene. Si scusano più tardi, ma potrebbero comunque sbagliare di nuovo. Per il resto, tutto è fantastico!

RRabebCela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

UUtente ospiteA very nice hotel at the city centre with great service. A swift checking in process, the room was clean and spacious. A gym at the 4th floor was a big plus for me and the morning breakfast had a lot of variety. Definitely will recommend the hotel and will revist for any visits in the future.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel si trova nel centro della Tunisia ed è un vecchio albergo. Appena entrato nell'hotel, ho visto il grande capo dell'hotel che supervisionava il lavoro alla reception, camminava avanti e indietro e aiutava nella gestione dell'hotel, ed è stato davvero impressionante. Il capo è educato e caloroso. Questa volta ho prenotato una suite ed era molto pulita e confortevole. La cosa più singolare è che nella vasca da bagno c'è uno sgabello, appositamente predisposto per gli anziani o i viaggiatori con mobilità ridotta, il che è molto premuroso e merita un elogio. Era molto tranquillo dormire la notte. La suite dispone di un balcone con vista sulla città. La camera include i pasti e il cibo è composto da specialità locali e deliziose. La prossima volta che andrò in Tunisia soggiornerò in questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'Hotel Belvédère Fourati è convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto, in un'unità 10-minute. Non c'è navetta alberghiera e, se lo chiedi, l'hotel vi farà pagare più di quanto non pagheresti per un taxi. Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono amichevoli e disposti a aiutarvi con qualsiasi cosa. Le camere erano pulite e fino a standard mondiale. Attualmente sorpreso da un cesto di frutta al nostro arrivo, avevano date deliziose. C'è un bar Shisha vicino alla porta e molti altri posti vicino a mangiare.

However, guests should be prepared for an experience that feels slightly past its prime, primarily due to the condition of the accommodations and a disappointing morning meal.
The Good:
• Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here.
• Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused.
The Areas for Improvement:
• Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards.
• ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price.
Conclusion:
The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

CChristobalDas Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und groß genug. Die Matratze war gut. Leider weder Haartrockner und Wasserkocher.
Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber man wird satt.
Der Weg zum Hotel ging über den Markt, was schon ganz gute Eindrücke in die Stadt gibt. Die Lage selbst ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir haben gut geschlafen

UUtente ospiteNo issues with the staff. Issues with visitors that have no respect for other people that stay st the hotel. You are not at home, have some class. We don't need to repeatedly have to tell you to stop signing and talking out loud for the whole hotel to hear you. Common room is for all that stay at the hotel. Do not barricade the door or tell others they cannot usd because you want to have a personal gathering. Go rent a conference room. Stop acting so disrespectful and entitled. It a hotel, not your personal living room.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

UUtente ospiteGrande posizione e personale molto gentile, lasciatemi controllare presto e lasciatemi in pace per la durata del mio soggiorno. L'hotel è un po' datato e le strutture sono un po' di base, ma è comodo e ha una bella vista. La porta balcone non si apriva ma non era troppo di un problema. Per il prezzo e la posizione, questa è una buona opzione.
