Fantastico
SSusanThis hotel was great to stay in. We were only there for 2 nights but that was a good experience. It's kinda hard to find since the entrance is in like a side road but the inside is very nice and comfortable. The person at the front desk the day we arrived was super friendly and even gave us a few bottles of water while we checked in. The room was spacious enough for 3 and included a small fridge. The shower unfortunately leaked a lot of water on the floor so I hope they fixed that after we told them. The included breakfast was great and very filling. You just sit on a table in the lobby area and they bring it to. A croissant, coffee or tea, a yoghurt, a fruit smoothie and bread with butter were included. First breakfast we got a small omelette and the next day was a crepe with Nutella. It was enough to skip lunch. For location it was a small walk to the Bazaar streets (which btw make sure u have a GPS or u never find your way out 😆) you can visit some historical sites or walk down the boulevard in the other direction. We enjoyed our stay and all the staff was super nice and answered all questions

GGherMedaUn hotel cittadino molto piacevole, situato in posizione strategica nel centro, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i punti di interesse, come l'aeroporto e piazza Habib Bourguiba. Questa struttura a conduzione familiare pone grande attenzione alla pulizia, alla sicurezza e, naturalmente, alla soddisfazione del cliente. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e competente. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il Point Bar dell'hotel, con la sua atmosfera piacevole, gli snack e i pasti. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Camera con letto matrimoniale,sala con cucina e divano letto e bagno tutto in stile moderno. Mi son sentita a casa.Il posto è molto pulito, silenzioso e accogliente.
Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Abbiamo chiesto delle coperte che mancavano per il divano letto e subito ci hanno servito con cuscini e coperte appena uscite dalla lavanderia.
Peccato che non ci sia un ristorante che serve anche per la cena perché nelle vicinanze non ci sono fast food o ristoranti con cucina del posto ma solo un locale a fianco del hotel Maia che serve caffè e sandwich/dolci semplici.
La mattina dopo siamo scesi per la colazione e devo dire che il tutto era delizioso sopratutto il succo di fragole fresco e il pane.
Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte passata tutto in tranquillità...
Hotel Maia ottimo il prezzo e soggiorno gradevole. L'unico lato negativo è la non disponibilità della cena in hotel e la lontananza dal centro della capitale per il resto è tutto ottimo!

UUtente ospiteTutto dell'hotel è fantastico: la colazione, la pulizia, i comfort! L'unica pecca è il servizio. Anche se, forse, è colpa delle aspettative. Bisogna aspettare davvero tanto per tutto, e potrebbero anche dimenticarsene. Si scusano più tardi, ma potrebbero comunque sbagliare di nuovo. Per il resto, tutto è fantastico!

However, guests should be prepared for an experience that feels slightly past its prime, primarily due to the condition of the accommodations and a disappointing morning meal.
The Good:
• Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here.
• Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused.
The Areas for Improvement:
• Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards.
• ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price.
Conclusion:
The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

Gli ascensori sono vecchi e il sensore della porta dell'ascensore non funziona davvero, le porte si schiacciano su di te.
La camera che avevo richiesto al momento della prenotazione non era quella che avevo ricevuto. Tuttavia, era una camera enorme con un letto queen size e un letto doppio, che erano abbastanza comodi.
Il bagno del bagno è troppo disordinato, è come se ne rattoppassero pezzi dipinti.
Puoi sentire ogni rumore proveniente da un'altra stanza e nel passaggio.
La vista dalla finestra non era buona come mostrato nelle foto. Le immagini pubblicizzate dall'hotel sono molto più diverse quando sei effettivamente lì.
L'hotel non aveva alcuna fonte di acqua calda pulita. Quindi non consiglio di portare qui il tuo bambino. Ho dovuto comprare il termost e l'acqua in bottiglia e andare al bar dietro l'angolo e convincerli a scaldarlo.
L'aria condizionata era pessima nella stanza in cui mi trovavo. La toilette non riusciva a scaricare correttamente, è stato necessario togliere il coperchio e premere da lì.
Niente ferro da stiro, niente bollitore.
Personale molto disponibile, 3 bar carini, servizio in camera regolare.

UUtente ospiteNo issues with the staff. Issues with visitors that have no respect for other people that stay st the hotel. You are not at home, have some class. We don't need to repeatedly have to tell you to stop signing and talking out loud for the whole hotel to hear you. Common room is for all that stay at the hotel. Do not barricade the door or tell others they cannot usd because you want to have a personal gathering. Go rent a conference room. Stop acting so disrespectful and entitled. It a hotel, not your personal living room.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.
