Fate attenzione quando pagate! Alcune receptionist non hanno molta familiarità con la propria contabilità. Anche se la tariffa della camera è stata pagata con settimane di anticipo, al momento del check-out vi addebitano comunque la stessa cifra! Assicuratevi di portare la prova di pagamento. Ho avuto lunghe discussioni su questo argomento. Davvero fastidioso...

Cela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

A very nice hotel at the city centre with great service. A swift checking in process, the room was clean and spacious. A gym at the 4th floor was a big plus for me and the morning breakfast had a lot of variety. Definitely will recommend the hotel and will revist for any visits in the future.

E' stata la mia prima visita a Tunisi, e ho scelto Ibis sulla base di una raccomandazione di un amico. Il personale dell'hotel presto ha partecipato al mio check-in e sono stati ospiti e amichevoli per tutta la mia permanenza. Mi è piaciuto il pub nel lobby, che era molto conveniente. Il colazione dell'hotel è stato moderato e spero che la varietà di pasti caldi possa essere ulteriormente migliorata.

The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

Grande posizione e personale molto gentile, lasciatemi controllare presto e lasciatemi in pace per la durata del mio soggiorno. L'hotel è un po' datato e le strutture sono un po' di base, ma è comodo e ha una bella vista. La porta balcone non si apriva ma non era troppo di un problema. Per il prezzo e la posizione, questa è una buona opzione.
