Hotel con bar a Tunisi

Tutto dell'hotel è fantastico: la colazione, la pulizia, i comfort! L'unica pecca è il servizio. Anche se, forse, è colpa delle aspettative. Bisogna aspettare davvero tanto per tutto, e potrebbero anche dimenticarsene. Si scusano più tardi, ma potrebbero comunque sbagliare di nuovo. Per il resto, tutto è fantastico!

Cela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed as the pillow and bed sheet have some stains, the hot water is inconsistent also we asked for in room iron but they couldn't provide, Overall for this price I don't recommend it.

Questo hotel si trova nel centro della Tunisia ed è un vecchio albergo. Appena entrato nell'hotel, ho visto il grande capo dell'hotel che supervisionava il lavoro alla reception, camminava avanti e indietro e aiutava nella gestione dell'hotel, ed è stato davvero impressionante. Il capo è educato e caloroso. Questa volta ho prenotato una suite ed era molto pulita e confortevole. La cosa più singolare è che nella vasca da bagno c'è uno sgabello, appositamente predisposto per gli anziani o i viaggiatori con mobilità ridotta, il che è molto premuroso e merita un elogio. Era molto tranquillo dormire la notte. La suite dispone di un balcone con vista sulla città. La camera include i pasti e il cibo è composto da specialità locali e deliziose. La prossima volta che andrò in Tunisia soggiornerò in questo hotel.

In generale, molto centrale nel centro della città e a piedi di distanza da molti posti. L'allarme di fuoco si è smesso di andare, tutti hanno dovuto scendere, poi si è fermato senza spiegazioni, senza chiamate, nessuno è venuto a spiegare - apparentemente una falsa. La casa è a buon punto!

It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

Overall, I had a very good stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities were good and met my expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

Grande posizione e personale molto gentile, lasciatemi controllare presto e lasciatemi in pace per la durata del mio soggiorno. L'hotel è un po' datato e le strutture sono un po' di base, ma è comodo e ha una bella vista. La porta balcone non si apriva ma non era troppo di un problema. Per il prezzo e la posizione, questa è una buona opzione.
