RRifu._.garhI am so incredibly glad I decided to spend a few nights at Toscana Valley and even more grateful that I chose this particular hotel. It exceeded every expectation I had and was honestly even more beautiful than the photos online. The moment you enter Toscana Valley, the atmosphere completely transforms. It truly feels like stepping into a charming corner of Italy. The hotel’s ambiance is amazing, European-themed music gently playing in the morning, serene landscapes everywhere you look, and countless picturesque spots perfect for photos. Our room was stunning, spacious, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Everything inside the room felt just right, from the décor to the comfort. I also have to highlight the shampoo provided because it was so good I actually bought some to take home with me! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering plenty of delicious choices. And across the property, there are multiple restaurants and cafés, so you’re never short of places to enjoy a meal.
There is also plenty around the hotel: golfing, biking, scenic walks through beautiful views, feeding the fish, working out at the gym, and simply exploring the different areas of Toscana Valley. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. And now, the spa! Honestly, it was the single best spa experience I have ever had. For such a reasonable price, we were given an enormous, beautifully decorated room with a charming old-European theme. The amenities were perfect, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible.
I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. My husband told me later that they literally ran around late at night trying to find white roses for my surprise even though none were available at the time. Somehow, they still managed to put together a huge, gorgeous bouquet. That level of effort and kindness genuinely touched me. The hotel also offers a very convenient free shuttle service connecting the three main areas within Toscana Valley, and they arrange it on request, which made getting around so easy.
But what stood out the most was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Their hospitality made a beautiful place feel even more special.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I am definitely coming back. Without a doubt. I loved this place so much.

UUtente anonimoWe had a mountain view room and it was nice and relaxing looking out the balcony in the morning. There were some campfire chairs near the pool which also felt very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the room was clearly getting old. Furniture had clear signs of age and peeling off. The cleanliness could also be better. The hinge to a cabinet was loose, there were spider webs at the corner, the bath towels were frayed and looked grayish. But the worst was that the shower hose broke with a light tug, which suggest how old it is. The technician came to replace it shortly but it was such a shocking and unpleasant situation overall.

Very cozy, located beside a river, 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to Pak chong night market. 2 minutes walk to Banmay Chaynam michelin resto.
the room is very clean, have lots of flowers in the garden.
The owners are very kind.
They prepared breakfast earlier for us coz we need to go to the airport on the last day's stay.
We have porridge for breakfast, very delicious, big portion.
Reasonable price for both food and room.
Super recommended for budget traveller.

Ho soggiornato con l'altro hotel nel gruppo kirimaya, Atta, e la mia esperienza era davvero buona e piacevole, quindi ho scelto di rimanere in un altro hotel di sorella. Tuttavia, Muthi Maya è molto lontano dalla maggior parte delle strutture e le strutture sono accessibili solo attraverso il loro servizio di navetta basato su determinati tempi o con la guida. Durante il soggiorno, uno dei miei figli ha avuto un'emergenza medica, una reazione allergica, un primo per me, e l'hotel del gruppo Kirimaya non è l'hotel che vuoi rimanere quando si sta affrontando un'emergenza medica. In primo luogo, la ricezione di Muthi Maya non ha la necessità di un kit medico o borsa medica. BBearyHKLa stanza era molto grande e ci sorprendeva la piscina privata, il tetto Terrance e il cannone. Possiamo fare il check-in nella stanza stessa. I servizi forniti erano molto buoni. Puoi anche avere il tuo bbq sul tetto, ma potresti davvero dover dirlo che vuoi avere il tuo bbq. Se non ti aiuteranno a cucinare il cibo e servire la tua stanza. La qualità del cibo bbq dirò era solo media. Poteva essere meglio. Mi piace che possiamo scegliere in camera da pranzo per il nostro colazione e ci sono abbastanza poche opzioni per il colazione. As for the wise location, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place does not have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Devi prendere atto del parcheggio perché devi parcheggiare su una cortina 😅. È solo che era ancora una buona esperienza rimanere lì!

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.

DDACHIt’s nice to the overall layout of the hotel in individual domes shape which is impressive architectural despite that it was built in 1999.
Might look old but it’s well maintained and service was good even during the low season period.
Overall was a short and enjoyable night in this place.

NNannapat PatchrThis hotel is situated very far but the view is worth it! All of the staffs are super supportive and kind. The weather there is refreshing too. I love everything here! Wish to come back again anytime soon.
