Hotel 5 stelle a Distretto di Pak Chong

I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Overall it’s one of the best hotel for us. Definitely recommended.

A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

Ho soggiornato nella villa con piscina, ma col senno di poi avrei preferito le suite nell'edificio principale, perché offrono una vista panoramica migliore sulle montagne. Le suite dispongono di un balcone con terrazza esterna che si affaccia su un paesaggio mozzafiato, perfetto per sorseggiare champagne o leggere un libro. Le ville, trovandosi ai margini della montagna, non offrono la stessa vista panoramica, ma il vantaggio è la piscina privata dove si può davvero nuotare in tutta privacy. La villa dispone anche di una vasca che si apre direttamente sulla piscina, permettendo di immergersi ascoltando il canto degli uccelli e sentendosi immersi nella natura. I servizi erano abbondanti e di alta qualità, tutti con prodotti L'Occitane. La manutenzione delle camere era eccellente: confortevole, minimalista ma lussuosa. L'unico neo era la zona del portico vicino alla piscina privata, dove i pannelli in legno mostravano un po' di usura. La colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: un piccolo buffet, ma tutto era di alta qualità e gustoso, con una varietà sufficiente a renderlo interessante per un soggiorno di due notti. Il resort in sé è piccolo e compatto, il che ne aumenta il fascino, anche se sarebbe stato ancora meglio se ci fosse stata una palestra (è una preferenza personale).

Stayed at Toscana Valley Town Square Suites and it was such a perfect getaway. Everything about this place feels luxurious—from the beautifully designed rooms to the overall atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location and ambiance really help you slow down and recharge. It has a very peaceful and romantic vibe, which made the stay even more special. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and it honestly felt like the perfect romantic escape. Everything was just right. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing and intimate stay.

The hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

Sempre piace andare in questa montagna in vacanza, sempre cercando bene, avanzato, più di 3000 dollari dopo l'aumento dei prezzi normali, 5.6 mille yuan di vacanza, questa casa è molto in linea con la mia estetica, la cena è anche molto buona, il servizio è buono, l'ambiente è davvero buono, il latte è molto numeroso, tutti i tipi di insetti, Anche nella piscina, con un grande spazzolino, la stanza di notte, si consiglia di cambiare il tipo di camera che costa questo prezzo.E'molto vecchio, anche se abbiamo portato una sola volta, l'hotel che si trova in questo modo deve prestare attenzione ai dettagli

I can't think of anything to complain about. Everything was perfect for relaxation, privacy, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of all the staff. I received all of these throughout my three-night stay. It was the best stay I've ever had.

Pros: Il personale era davvero eccezionale! Ogni persona che ci incontravamo era calda, attenta, e andò fuori dal loro modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo. Voglio sottolineare in particolare la squadra del ristorante, è stato un vero piacere incontrarli ogni giorno. Il ristorante stesso era incredibile. Tutti i pasti erano eccellenti, e abbiamo provato una vasta gamma di piatti e nessuno di loro era deluso. Sinceramente, sarei tornato solo per l'esperienza di cena. Il colazione era anche fantastico!  Le viste erano fantastiche e la posizione è assolutamente stupenda. La proprietà dell'hotel è anche bellamente progettata e visivamente impressionante. E 'super silenzio là, quindi se si cerca di rilassarsi e rilassarsi questo hotel è perfetto.  Coni: Ho sentito che la proprietà poteva beneficiare di alcune manutenzioni e manutenzioni, ma il design generale è bello, ma alcune aree sembravano richiedere un po' di più attenzione. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata anche; c'era un odore notabile nel bagno e qualche polvere negli angoli della finestra e sui dispositivi di luce. Non c'erano molte attività disponibili all'interno dell'hotel stesso, e le piscine erano non riscaldate che si sentono insolite in considerazione del clima più freddo. Tuttavia, dopo aver visitato più luoghi in Khao Yai, sembra che le piscine riscaldate non siano comuni nella zona, quindi questo potrebbe essere solo una norma regionale piuttosto che un inconveniente specifico all'hotel. Nota neutrale: Ci sono molti insetti intorno, che è del tutto comprensibile considerando l'ambiente naturale, forestale. Non era una questione per me, soprattutto perché la stanza aveva porte di schermo per aiutare a tenere gli insetti fuori, ma potrebbe essere utile per gli ospiti futuri essere consapevoli.
