UUtente ospiteI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

The young and friendly staff consistently wore smiles, even as we lingered in the restaurant well past its supposed closing time of 10:30 pm. Their unwavering friendliness left a lasting impression on us. The thoughtful touches included a complimentary afternoon tea with a variety of drinks and snacks, a hand-drawn goodnight note prepared by the staff, and the delightful surprise of a birthday cake. These gestures made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Il receptionista di mattina è grande, e i ristoranti sono buoni, ma hanno bisogno di più varietà. Un hotel come questo dovrebbe avere un 7-Eleven fuori. Il personale di reception serale è non professionale. Parcheggiarono un furgone con il nome dell'hotel in mezzo alla strada, il conducente uscì e bloccò la strada. DDaryltyhMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

TThanathip MoolvongThe hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

BBearyHKLa stanza era molto grande e ci sorprendeva la piscina privata, il tetto Terrance e il cannone. Possiamo fare il check-in nella stanza stessa. I servizi forniti erano molto buoni. Puoi anche avere il tuo bbq sul tetto, ma potresti davvero dover dirlo che vuoi avere il tuo bbq. Se non ti aiuteranno a cucinare il cibo e servire la tua stanza. La qualità del cibo bbq dirò era solo media. Poteva essere meglio. Mi piace che possiamo scegliere in camera da pranzo per il nostro colazione e ci sono abbastanza poche opzioni per il colazione. As for the wise location, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place does not have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Devi prendere atto del parcheggio perché devi parcheggiare su una cortina 😅. È solo che era ancora una buona esperienza rimanere lì!

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained. Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day. The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities. An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options. Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.
