UUtente ospiteI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

The young and friendly staff consistently wore smiles, even as we lingered in the restaurant well past its supposed closing time of 10:30 pm. Their unwavering friendliness left a lasting impression on us. The thoughtful touches included a complimentary afternoon tea with a variety of drinks and snacks, a hand-drawn goodnight note prepared by the staff, and the delightful surprise of a birthday cake. These gestures made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

UUtente ospiteSituazione fantastica. Bella esterna e interiore. Il momento in cui raggiungiamo la Toscana, l'edificio può essere visto da lontano. Sembra la torre di Pisa Italia. Poi il parcheggio è abbondante. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi. Solo che è condivisa con altri visitatori di attrazioni vicine. Ma non ho mai incontrato parcheggio completo durante il mio soggiorno. Salire fuori dalla macchina, l'aria è fredda. Poi siamo andati al lobby e ci siamo salutati con sorrisi dal receptionista. Sono molto utili e amichevoli. Il controllo in corso è facile. Hanno dato una mappa dei luoghi vicini da visitare. Certo, alcuni luoghi da andare vicini per prendere foto, ma non molto attività da fare. Il luogo circostante ha vibrazioni e design simili a quelli in Italia. Caffè, con corpi acquatici, con cibo sorprendente. Dopo il check-in, il portatore dell'hotel ha aiutato a sollevare i bagagli dalla nostra macchina al parcheggio e portare tutto il cammino fino alla nostra stanza. L'ascensore è veloce. Da solo 7 piani. E l'hotel non è pieno. Dal suo 2 unità per piano. La stanza è accogliente, pulita, spaziosa, con belle viste. Le strutture sono sorprendenti. Vengono con macchina da caffè (tipo di capsula) nescafe brand nel pantry. E selezioni premium. Mocha, americano, ecc. Acqua minerale e bevande contenenti canna sono fornite e verranno a battere la porta per offrire top up ogni giorno. Snacks disponibili all'interno della stanza ma alcuni devono pagare. La colazione è buona con opzioni vegetariane. In generale è uno dei migliori hotel per noi. Si raccomanda definitivamente.

CC_ngOverall, the stay was good except for the toilet. After showering, the water would pool and took quite some time to drain. The door also could not close fully, causing water to flow out. We had to keep requesting for the toilet to be cleaned because there was a persistent stench.

TThanathip MoolvongThe hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

UUtente anonimoSempre piace andare in questa montagna in vacanza, sempre cercando bene, avanzato, più di 3000 dollari dopo l'aumento dei prezzi normali, 5.6 mille yuan di vacanza, questa casa è molto in linea con la mia estetica, la cena è anche molto buona, il servizio è buono, l'ambiente è davvero buono, il latte è molto numeroso, tutti i tipi di insetti, Anche nella piscina, con un grande spazzolino, la stanza di notte, si consiglia di cambiare il tipo di camera che costa questo prezzo.E'molto vecchio, anche se abbiamo portato una sola volta, l'hotel che si trova in questo modo deve prestare attenzione ai dettagli

Eevelyn_pieWe had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

PPai_M4That was one of my best moments in my life. The service and the staff are really amazing and the decorations is like Europe vibe + vintage vibe. Everything is perfect. I want to suggest to go more than one days to travel every place of hotel. And also for someone who is budget saver, I want to suggest to prepare food or something if you don’t want to take dinner from the hotel. There was no restaurant no taxi and no nothing so prepare before you go. Everything is perfect. I will go next time.
