"La stanza era super spaziosa e pulita. La decorazione era eccellente. Il WiFi non era così affidabile. Era stabile, per lo più ma a volte ci ha chiesto di inserire la password ogni 5 minuti. UUtente ospiteI recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable.
During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day.
I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after.
My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning.
Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

UUtente ospiteWe made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)

BBearyHKLa stanza era molto grande e ci sorprendeva la piscina privata, il tetto Terrance e il cannone. Possiamo fare il check-in nella stanza stessa. I servizi forniti erano molto buoni. Puoi anche avere il tuo bbq sul tetto, ma potresti davvero dover dirlo che vuoi avere il tuo bbq. Se non ti aiuteranno a cucinare il cibo e servire la tua stanza. La qualità del cibo bbq dirò era solo media. Poteva essere meglio. Mi piace che possiamo scegliere in camera da pranzo per il nostro colazione e ci sono abbastanza poche opzioni per il colazione. As for the wise location, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place does not have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Devi prendere atto del parcheggio perché devi parcheggiare su una cortina 😅. È solo che era ancora una buona esperienza rimanere lì!

- Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type.
- There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple.
- The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍
- In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️
- One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭

RRick and KateEstella Khao Yai is a spacious and good-value accommodation option located on the grounds of the Mövenpick resort in Pak Chong.
The rooms are extremely large, clean, and well priced for what you get. They feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms, with a full-sized kitchen, large bedroom, spacious bathroom, makeup bench, and a pleasant balcony overlooking the west-side garden and water feature.
This property suits guests who prefer quiet, non-commercial areas rather than busy tourist zones. It’s a more affordable alternative to Mövenpick next door and offers excellent space and privacy. There is no noise bleed at all from other guests.
However, an important note for light sleepers: there are soi dogs in the surrounding area, and they can howl intermittently late into the night, sometimes continuing until around 3am. It’s not constant, but it can be disruptive if you are sensitive to noise.
Breakfast is basic and edible but with limited variety. The pool area is clean and benefits from good shade from the adjacent building.
Do not stay here unless you have a car. There are no nearby taxis or public transport options. For some this will be inconvenient, but it also keeps the area quiet and free from crowds.
The property is within walking distance of Mövenpick’s beautiful gardens and golf course and close to the Ozone area. Bicycles are available for rent, though they are quite basic.
Staff are excellent and very welcoming, as expected with Thai hospitality.
Overall, this is a very good-value option if you want space, privacy, and don’t mind the remote location — just be aware of potential night-time noise from dogs.

MMike PanovWe've stayed at this hotel several times in different rooms, but this was our last. The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use.
The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant.
The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks.
The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.
The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal.
On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly.
Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate.

Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться.
Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно.
Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок.
Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово.
Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится.
Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал
Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует.

UUtente ospiteWe booked 2-bedroom house for 2 nights. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Ambience was nice and quiet.
However to improve by installing hooks in toilets and rooms for hanging clothes. The long table was great for group meals together. It would be good if a basin for washing utensils be installed near the refrigerator instead of bringing into the bedroom toilet to wash.
