this hotel really lives up to its Instagrammable award reputation! the location is convenient and plenty of parking is available. breakfast is also fantastic and of good quality too! also, the service staff are all very sweet and helpful. thumbs up! only downside is the many lizards at nigh, which is to be expected because of the ecology of the location. they aren’t very disruptive and will run away.

A beautiful and peaceful resort nestled in nature but still just steps from local restaurants, markets, and convenience stores. Also quite close to the Khao Yai National Park entrance. We stayed in a suite villa with an outdoor jacuzzi — the space was large, tastefully decorated, spotless, and fully equipped. Staff were very professional and friendly throughout our stay. The grounds are lush and relaxing, and while the pool is on the smaller side, it’s well-kept. As it was low season, the restaurant was closed, but generous and delicious breakfasts were delivered to our room each morning. Free bicycles and scooters are available for use around the property. Spa services are offered but quite expensive. One issue was the outdoor jacuzzi — the water pressure was so low we couldn’t actually use it. Still, a fantastic stay overall. If you’re heading to Khao Yai, definitely book a national park tour in advance — it’s absolutely worth having a guide or driver arranged ahead of time.

Un hotel con tema bianco, nuovo per 24 anni, sembra molto pulito, la posizione geografica è anche molto conveniente e il percorso per giocare ai punti di attrazione circostanti è molto vicino.Lo stile di decorazione dell'hotel è molto in linea con il tema del vento di vacanza locale di Caowei e vivere facilmente e felice. Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è anche molto entusiasta e amore. È molto consigliabile che l'hotel venga a casa a Koai!

A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

Toscana is always a best place when I am looking for a peaceful rest near Bangkok. Not only those nice temp. and air, but food and activities are favorable for a few days escape with friends and families.

Overall, the stay was good except for the toilet. After showering, the water would pool and took quite some time to drain. The door also could not close fully, causing water to flow out. We had to keep requesting for the toilet to be cleaned because there was a persistent stench.

We made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)

Only stayed a few nights,room was nice,but didn't have a smart TV which for the price of a room was surprising,although I was told there about 50%through changing them and you can ask for a digital box on reception if your room doesn't have one .steam room was out of service,gym was fully equipped and pool was OK,chlorine not salt water so take some goggles if your going to swim . Food for breakfast was excellent staff were all very polite,and accommodating,surrounding area is ok everything you could need nearby.all in all nice few days

We had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.
