Hotel con parcheggio a Ipoh

Passato una notte qui. La posizione è media, ma ci sono molti posti di parcheggio disponibili. Ci sono anche un 7-Eleven giù, che è molto conveniente. They’re very strict about checkout time, they even called and WhatsApped to remind me 😅. La stanza era confortevole e confortevole.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite, ed è stato incredibilmente spazioso! avere quella stanza extra per muoversi è un salvatore di vita quando viaggiare con i bambini. Inoltre, ha una piccola cucina, che ha reso il nostro viaggio incredibilmente conveniente. È stato un enorme plus essere in grado di preparare facilmente snack o cose per i bambini nella stanza. Un altro grande punto di vista per noi è la piscina all'interno. Mia figlia l'ha amata assolutamente! E' un grande schema perché non devi preoccuparti del sole di mezzogiorno o di una pioggia improvvisa che rovina il tempo della piscina. Prima di prenotare, ho cercato ovunque online, ma non ho trovato nessuna informazione o foto sul colazione. L'unica recensione che ho potuto tracciare ha detto che la selezione era ”limitata”. Ora che sono rimasto qui, volevo condividere queste foto, così i futuri ospiti sanno esattamente cosa aspettare. Sì, la selezione è sul lato più piccolo, ma la qualità è grande. Anche con meno opzioni, ogni prodotto alimentare fornito è stato un mio preferito personale! Quindi, sebbene non sia una massiccia diffusione di buffet, sicuramente colpisce il punto per noi.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities provided were also well-maintained and in excellent condition. The location is very strategic and easily accessible, with various amenities nearby. What I appreciated most was the convenience of having a shop located on the ground floor, offering a wide range of essential daily necessities, making it easy to get what I needed without having to travel far. Overall, this accommodation provided a comfortable, practical, and worthwhile experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean accommodation in a convenient location

Tutto andava bene, tranne il parcheggio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è troppo piccolo. Vorrei dare un suggerimento all'hotel: le famiglie con bambini o anziani solitamente hanno bisogno di una piccola luce durante il sonno, comoda per loro quando devono andare in bagno. Spero che l'hotel possa prenderne atto. Resta comunque un buon albergo. Torneremo se visiteremo nuovamente Ipoh. La prenotazione tramite Trip.com è stata vantaggiosa. È più economico, più conveniente e facile da usare. Nel complesso, sono comunque soddisfatto della prenotazione.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.

La camera è piccola e squisita, pulita e ordinata, l'aria condizionata è ottima, silenziosa, la reception e il servizio in camera sono eccellenti; l'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni e dalle vie dello shopping; la colazione è abbondante e deliziosa. In breve, ha una valutazione a cinque stelle ed è consigliabile ai turisti che apprezzano il rapporto qualità-prezzo in viaggio.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

Vale il prezzo che paghi! Grande posizione, proprio accanto all'autostrada. Tutto è pulito, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, la camera è bella. È solo che il piccolo frigo non funziona e la pressione dell'acqua è molto lenta. Ma non m'importa davvero. Il servizio di fronte era anche bello. Riconsidererò di rimanere in questo hotel per un breve soggiorno.

Le cose buone sono le camere pulite. Ma la parte triste è che la lavanderia dell'hotel puzza male. Il terzo letto non era come annunciato, ma non mi era stato permesso cambiare in un altro letto come mi lamentava. La semplice offerta di 3 colazione gratuita per il loro manager era in vacanza. Trip.com Si prega di assicurare ai tuoi membri che la camera di prenotazione dalle tue applicazioni dovrebbe essere la tua priorità e essere felici per le vacanze con la famiglia.
