UUtente ospiteWe have traveled all over the world. This was the nicest classiest place we have stayed. Very quiet and exclusive. Nine rooms up on a hill overlooking the ocean. The staff is solicitous of your comfort but not intrusive. Sat by the pool and drank crafted margaritas impeccably served and made. We were pampered

UUtente anonimoWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

UUtente ospiteA cercare di viaggiare con la famiglia? Molto raccomandato! Questo è un hotel di lusso con un ”boutique” viva e un servizio eccellente. Il buffet del colazione è uno dei migliori in PV (ha soggiornato a Sheraton, Westin). La piscina è ben mantenuta, la sala da letto per bambini è fantastica (Grazie Bibiana!). La proprietà è molto moderna, molto ben mantenuta, anche se le camere sono un po 'piccole. Ci siamo stati al Marriott a Cancun, anche, esperienza simile. Meglio ristorante di lusso in PV.

Scegliamo il servizio completo, la colazione è buona, la cena di pranzo è molto generale, può essere che le persone richiedono alimenti elevati, la carne di vacca è fatta di salsa, i frutti del mare non hanno quasi il cibo simile da scegliere. Il vino è un vino contenente frutta concentrata e vino contenente molto difficile da entrare. Se vuoi gustare cibo dolce o aspettare un alto cibo dolce, si consiglia di scegliere con colazione, non tutto.
La sabbia sulla spiaggia non è una sabbia sottile, e questa zona è così, senza alcuna risonanza.

UUtente ospiteJust one thing would have been nice in the room , or a communal coffee machine. Other than that , perfect.
Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.

RRujjiraHotel eccellente, pulito, il personale cordiale ha uno spettacolo gratuito ogni sera alle 21:00 ma non mi piace la varietà perché solo il soggiorno locale, la spiaggia non è acqua limpida sporca e sulla spiaggia voglio rilassarmi, godermi il sole per abbronzarmi locale vieni alla vendita di cose così fastidiose. Non tornerò più. Spiace dirlo . Preferisco stare a casa mia andare alla mia spiaggia di casa. deluso.
