Hotel con colazione a Puerto Vallarta

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Had to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

Sono stato in questa posizione 2 anni fa quando era Grand Fiesta Americana. Il menu e la qualità del ristorante di cena erano eccellenti. Come Hilton la qualità del cibo nei ristoranti è certamente scesa da un 8 a 5. Il divertimento notturno è molto cattivo. Devono fare alcune attività di piscina più divertenti e spettacoli notturni. Non c'è niente da fare alla notte dopo cena. Raccomando di lavorare su migliori opzioni di menu, qualità del cibo e intrattenimento. Il ristorante messicano ha principalmente cibo americano. Il ristorante italiano ha opzioni molto limitate e il cibo non è buono affatto. Non potevo nemmeno mangiare il mio cibo italiano. Ma la posizione, il servizio e la vista dell'hotel sono eccellenti. Odio scrivere recensioni negative, ma questa è una recensione onesta. Grazie!

La nostra stanza era a 2 piedi dall'ascensore nel lobby principale, e possiamo sentire chiunque parlare e camminare per la nostra porta, così come i bambini urlando perché il negozio di gelati era a 15 piedi. La pressione che stanno esercitando su ogni ospite per andare e partecipare alla promozione del tempo è incredibile. Se si partecipa, di solito ti danno dei regali decenti. Abbiamo un buono di 200 dollari per spendere sui cibi e sulle bevande. La maggior parte dei casi non volevano prendere i titoli, o dovevi spendere tutto il $50 all'uno perche' la regola non era il denaro.Quindi se spendiamo $30 o $40 dobbiamo darli $50. Il cibo era tutto, ma buono. Il pranzo promozionale del taco era disgustoso, con pesce secco, carne di bovino senza sapore, e pollo secco e overcooked. E non accettavano i biglietti. Sono tornato a casa con un biglietto inutilizzato $50 nella mia borsa perché non potevo usarlo. Ramon e Martin dal desk front were the most nice, warmest and friendly people I ever metto. Tutti i server e i lavoratori sono persone molto dure.

Quando abbiamo controllato la stanza, c'era cibo in minibar, abbiamo annunciato la ricezione e non c'era niente. La mattina dopo abbiamo notato che c'era sangue sul muro del bagno. Abbiamo annunciato la ricezione per pulire e ci hanno preso tre tentativi di informarli prima che qualcuno la pulisse. Non sembravano essere stati gradualmente. Ci dispiacevamo che fosse sangue e potenzialmente un biorischio e la trattavano come un segno di sporco. I ristoranti che abbiamo provato erano carini, ma mangiamo anche molto cibo locale. La piscina era una buona e grande posizione. Hanno annunciato la loro adesione attraverso la quota di tempo che è apparentemente comune ma non era noto a noi. Sapevamo che doveva essere una cattura per il “friendly breakfast”. Era interessante sentire di questo, ma non ci fu consigliato prima di tutto ciò che era coinvolto, quindi ci sentivamo un po' impazziti. Le percezioni date per il nostro tempo erano giuste. È stato un buon soggiorno e pensiamo che la nostra esperienza sia stata sfortunata. La parte migliore è la posizione del resort.

Un buon hotel nel centro della Zona Romantica. Ci è una piscina. Dal rumore in basso nelle camere dal trasporto. Beh, una certa stanchezza è visibile.

Siamo arrivati per il nostro soggiorno di 10 giorni e al check in ci è stato informato che la piscina della famiglia è stata chiusa per le riparazioni e che tutti gli ospiti utilizzavano la piscina adulta unica. (che è molto più piccolo. Non c'è bisogno di dire che la piscina era confezionata con bambini con giocattoli d'acqua, ecc, saltando splashing ( avendo molto divertimento) Era difficile sedersi vicino alla piscina, poiché tutte le sedie erano prese molto presto nel giorno e entrando nella piscina Non è possibile rilassarsi. Se avessimo saputo avremmo prenotato altrove, perché questo ha davvero influenzato il piacere delle nostre vacanze. Anche il personale di frontlobby che ci ha provato a dirci il nostro pranzo di ultimo giorno non era incluso. Gli ho mostrato l'e-mail che avete inviato. Non erano molto accoglienti e riluttanti a lasciarci pranzo.
