AAlexandre L.This hotel offers international standards just outside of the city center which is in fact very convenient because you don’t get stuck in the traffic every time. 5 years ago, international hotels were concentrated downtown as I can recall.
The hotel is quite new, so everything is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Easy to go shopping nearby.

UUtente ospiteI pre-booked hotel car for airport and drop off by email and confirmed the departure time with the hotel receptionist again when I arrived at the hotel. However they still missed my booking. They couldn’t arrange the hotel car at the end but arrange a taxi for me. The hotel facilities are ok, but the receptionist staff is not professional.

UUtente ospiteWas very hard to find the hostel and I also had a hard time communicating with them. They also double booked me on a separate booking and I had to cancel. They did apologize and give me a private room which I very much appreciated.
I arranged a ride to the airport for 3:30AM with them and I could have communicated better, but I found my ride was 2000 turghik cheaper on UBCab. I confirmed the ride for 3:30 over text and something got lost in translation and was willing to pay their 10000 Turghik for the ride. I woke up and waited outside only to find the driver wasn’t there.
Ended up only staying there from 9PM-3AM and it took me an hour to find the actual hostel and honestly didn’t have a great experience with this place. Maybe other people might have better luck than me. Thanks for giving me a place to sleep before my early flight.

JJenn5I had few times stayed in hotel .Everytime was perfect.this time front disk reception was good worker .I don't know there is small towel had bit dirty when I checked out.they said charge 30 .000 mnt I told them it's very little one. If you not pay you can clean yourself .gosh it's makes me annoying .traveld so many place stay with hotel .never tell me like that . I well not coming back in future.too bad service

MM9508****Questo hotel è interamente in stile giapponese, pulito e igienico, ma un po' piccolo. La sua posizione è estremamente comoda. Ulaanbaatar è piuttosto trafficata; dopo essere usciti dalla stazione ferroviaria, proseguite dritto fino al primo incrocio, girate a destra e da lì sono circa 10 minuti a piedi. Il personale della reception è cordiale e parla mongolo, inglese e giapponese. Uno degli addetti alla reception parla un po' di cinese e il personale delle pulizie è molto diligente. La mia camera si affaccia sulla strada e, nelle giornate limpide, la vista sulle montagne in lontananza è davvero bella. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel!

DDmitrii_KhОтличное расположение и прекрасный сервис! Останавливались в Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar недавно и остались очень довольны. Отель расположен в самом центре города, что было очень удобно для посещения достопримечательностей. Особенно порадовала исключительная чистота в номерах – все было идеально! Также хочется отметить англоговорящий персонал, который был всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный массаж в спа-центре отеля – это был настоящий релакс!
Единственный минус – завтраки. К сожалению, они не оправдали наших ожиданий, были довольно однообразными и, на наш взгляд, не стоили своей цены. Даже не было возможности заказать нормальный кофе, например, латте или капучино.
Но несмотря на это, общее впечатление от отеля очень хорошее. Благодаря отличному расположению, чистоте и превосходному персоналу, мы обязательно рассмотрим Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar для нашей следующей поездки в Улан-Батор. Рекомендуем!

AAleFragolaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.
If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

UUtente ospiteIt is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless.
Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
