Hotel con parcheggio a Astana

La posizione e la vista dell'esposizione sono solo super! Letti, biancheria e cuscini al livello superiore. Personale responsabile, amichevole. Spa lo amava anche.

Le camere erano confortevoli, i servizi eccellenti, il letto king-size comodo, l'arredamento di qualità superiore, gli interni freschi e accoglienti, la hall elegante e lussuosa, il cortile splendidamente progettato, il servizio al ristorante attento e la colazione abbondante. Merita davvero la sua valutazione massima! Le foto del 20° anniversario mostrano che personalità di spicco provenienti da vari paesi hanno visitato l'hotel; credo che persino Hu Jintao ci sia stato all'epoca. È un hotel di alta classe davvero impressionante! Pollice in su!

Mi sono fermato all'Hilton Garden Inn Astana per una breve visita a Astana, e ho avuto una bella esperienza, la stanza era pulita, moderna e incredibilmente spaziosa, con un buon ufficio che rendeva facile lavorare per qualche ora. Mi piacevano le grandi finestre e l'atmosfera tranquilla, nonostante fosse in una zona centrale, la stanza era molto tranquilla di notte. Il colazione era solida, con opzioni locali e internazionali, e il personale era amichevole e parlava buona inglese. More than disappointed! First of all- it’s a good hotel. Friendly staff and nice rooms. But my complaint is with the management.  With around 30° OAT the A/C did not work. First day I got a mobile ventilator unit which helped a bit, but is not really cooling down the room. I could open the window and got a bit of fresh air during the night but with heavy road noise.  After bringing the issue to the hotel management I expected a change. Got a new room- same. Technicians came but could not fix it. So 3 days without A/C and the only reaction from management was to offer the ventilator again. No compensation and above all- nobody came to me and apologised or tried to explain the situation. I ended up going down to reception every day multiple times without getting anywhere. Especially after bringing it up and leaving the hotel for a few hours, I left with requesting them to solve the issue. Came back- nothing. No one approched me, no note under the door, no call and still no A/C. For these kind of room rates I cannot accept such behaviour. Last time in the veil for me. Very disappointing

+ Good location. Breakfast with good choice of meals and exellent quality Nice, clean and comfortable in all aspects. I was during cold time with below -25 dae C outside. It was nicely warm inside and in the rooms. - Shower water pressure wish to have higher. Personnel need to be trained to match the hotel level however nothing is critical. There was some noise from equipment in basic rooms with windows facing to inner yard. All in all very good value for money paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ordinato per un collega. La camera ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'arredamento generale dell'hotel è lussuoso, generoso, confortevole, pratico e generoso. Lo stile di decorazione dell'orlo di design è alla moda e il design cinese d'avanguardia.

The hotel is close to the yurt-shaped shopping mall (Khan Shatyr). A good 20-25 minutes walk to the Baiterek Tower. If I understand well it is the ex-Marriott hotel. Unfortunately, the new hotel management is not doing a good job to maintain the Marriott standard. Just a few examples: the safe was not working in my room. The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00. Not sure why this was not possible when there were free rooms from the previous night (I of course checked availability the evening before). I also asked for the possibility of late check-out. I was told I can keep the room until 14:00. The next morning this was down to 13:00. Not a big deal, but all these small things do add up so I am only giving you a solid 3 stars, not more!

Overall, the hotel is a ln acceptable option in terms of quality/price. It is clean, and the staff tries to help. But the minibar refrigerator engine was so loud, it wakes you up in the night. I had room looking to east, and the room catches the rising sun, and it also wakes you up. The room does not have blackout curtains. So the sleep experience was very poor.

Хороший отель, отличное местоположение, скидка за покупку авиабилетов есть, сервис хороший, хоть мебель не новая, но хорошая, сервис работает хорошо, но иногда с расписанием завтрака неточности. В целом рекомендую!
