UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione JR Shin-Urayasu, basta attraversare il cavalcavia! Proprio di fronte alla porta c'è un Lawson, quindi è comodo per acquistare degli spuntini. Dopo il trasloco, pulivano ogni giorno, il che è stato davvero fantastico! Nonostante ci abbiano assegnato il quinto piano, non si trova lungo la stazione dei treni ad alta velocità, quindi non c'è alcun rumore. Pollice in su! La colazione rimane praticamente la stessa, ma il prezzo è ottimo! Una fermata a Maihama, comoda per raggiungere Disney. In allegato l'orario degli autobus. Continuerò a sostenerlo la prossima volta che verrò!

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

Servizio navetta frequente nelle ore di punta. Ma quando siamo tornati in hotel da Disneyland e DisneySea, le navette erano davvero affollate.
In sintesi, ci siamo goduti il soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consigliamo ai viaggiatori con un budget limitato, vale il prezzo.

UUtente anonimoLa camera era molto spaziosa e pulitissima. Un buon profumo al nostro ingresso. C'erano servizi extra per i bambini. La hall ha un'area giochi per i bambini durante l'attesa e un drink di benvenuto che può essere portato in camera. Per la colazione a buffet, siamo scesi verso le 8:00 ed era già affollato, ma hanno gestito bene i clienti, scegliendo dove sedersi e le spiegazioni erano in inglese, quindi è stato davvero utile. Non c'era molta scelta e il cibo era abbastanza buono, posso dire che non vale il prezzo. Il cibo per i bambini era perfetto e c'era molta scelta, che i bambini adoreranno. Hanno persino dei buoni per le caramelle al cioccolato per i bambini. Ma nel complesso è stato fantastico e abbiamo dormito profondamente.

LlymaThe hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney.
5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station.
Only complaints are:
1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time.
2) Hard bed
3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am
4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night
5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte.
Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

The hotel ammenities are very well kept, should I take about the room with a bathtub, or the common parts where you can relax and grab an eat for a correct price at the end of the day. A convenience store is available also at B1.
The shuttle services are also very great, with more passages at peak hours!

UUtente ospiterecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

UUtente anonimoWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free.
The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience.
Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.

UUtente ospiteSapevamo a cosa andavamo incontro quando abbiamo prenotato questo hotel ed era davvero un hotel economico per essere vicino a Disneyland. Avevano ottimi e frequenti collegamenti con gli autobus per raggiungere l'area Disneyland e Disneysea e impiegavano dai 15 ai 20 minuti al giorno per arrivare dall'ingresso dell'hotel ai cancelli del parco. Offrono una navetta gratuita che funziona in base all'ordine di arrivo, ma al mattino partiva un po' tardi, quindi abbiamo usato gli autobus pubblici che fermano molto vicino all'hotel. L'hotel dista circa 1 km da ciascuna delle stazioni della metropolitana più vicine: Shin-Urayasu e Maihama (la più vicina a Disneyland).
L'hotel è molto minimalista ed era davvero un posto dove dormire. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di avere una piccola cucina con minifrigo e bollitore e di fare scorta di snack e bevande ogni giorno al vicino 7-11 per essere pronti a partire per Disneyland. Avevamo un letto matrimoniale ed era piccolo, ma giusto per dormire, quindi ci siamo sentiti riposati. Le camere erano abbastanza calde a dicembre, ma un po' fredde di notte. C'era una scrivania, una piccola postazione di lavoro, una piccola TV e, sorprendentemente, un lettore DVD/VCR in un mobiletto. Il bagno era piuttosto piccolo, ma abbiamo apprezzato il sedile riscaldato del water in stile giapponese e la buona doccia calda. Sono forniti prodotti da bagno e asciugamani, e c'è la possibilità di acquistare articoli aggiuntivi nella hall, come asciugamani extra, telo da bagno, schiuma da barba, pettini e spazzolini da denti. È importante notare che l'hotel non effettua pulizie giornaliere.
Abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno qui perché volevamo essere vicini a Disney senza spendere molto. Il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente, ma l'ultima notte l'allarme antincendio è scattato quattro volte intorno all'1:30. Hanno distribuito un opuscolo alla reception per avvisare che se si lasciava aperta la porta della doccia, il vapore avrebbe potuto far scattare l'allarme antincendio, e questo poteva essere ciò che accadeva. Dopo il secondo allarme, un giapponese ci ha detto che potevamo rimanere in camera; dopo il secondo allarme, la reception ha fatto un annuncio ad alta voce in giapponese tramite l'interfono e dopo il quarto allarme hanno fatto un annuncio in inglese di non preoccuparsi. Un sonno un po' disturbato, ma almeno non ha influito sulle nostre giornate Disney.

EErick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
