SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

UUtente ospiteCamera molto spaziosa con 3 letti singoli, un balcone e un ampio bagno. I bambini si divertono nei bagni termali. Servizio navetta frequente nelle ore di punta. Ma quando siamo tornati in hotel da Disneyland e DisneySea, le navette erano davvero affollate. AAna Bernadeth DioknoQuesto è il nostro primo viaggio di famiglia, e Hilton Tokyo Bay è stato l'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato più a lungo nel nostro tempo in Giappone. Dalla nostra arrivo, l'hotel ci ha fatto sentire caldi, rilassati e veramente a casa. Viaggiare con un bambino che è al 100% energetico 24/7 non è facile, ma scegliere questo hotel è assolutamente perfetto. È a pochi minuti da Disneyland, che è una benedizione dopo un giorno pieno di camminare e giocare. Tornando in una stanza eccezionalmente pulita, mi sentivo come il cielo. La squadra di custodia ci ha toccato davvero i cuori, e hanno preparato un panino e una carta per mio figlio, che lo rendeva incredibilmente felice dopo il nostro lungo, ma divertente giorno a Disneyland. L’iscrizione era senza saldatura, e il ricevitore che ci ha aiutati andò a un chilometro di distanza, cercando personalmente di dare a mio figlio la sua carta di compleanno, che ci ha portato così tanto. Nonostante viaggiasse con un sacco di bagagli (1 XL, 2 L e 2 R-size), la stanza era ancora molto spaziosa e dava a mio figlio un sacco di spazio per giocare. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno, il bagno e il bagno erano enormi e la vista dalla nostra stanza era semplicemente perfetta. La nostra prima notte abbiamo anche potuto guardare i rifugiati Disneyland/DisneySea direttamente dalla nostra stanza. YYQQPosizione Convi vicino alla stazione ferroviaria JR Shin Urayasu. A pochi passi (passa un ponte) e raggiungerai l'hotel livello 2, area reception. C'è anche un Lawson al livello 2, convi per prendere un drink. C'è un servizio lounge a partire dalle 14:00 tutti i giorni e puoi avere bevande e snack gratuiti. NNigel I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. One of the standout features is the convenient and frequent shuttle bus service to Bayside Station, which makes getting to the Disney parks seamless and hassle-free. The transfers are well-timed and reliable—perfect after a long day out. The breakfast was another highlight, offering an excellent spread with a good mix of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it a great way to start the day. As a pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary one-category room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, the hotel combines convenience, quality service, and great amenities, making it an excellent choice for visitors to the area.

GG ChanWe stayed at this hotel in early March 2026 during our family trip. It was a two-night stay at what felt more like a self-service hotel. We picked up the amenities from next to the self-check-in kiosks. There was no housekeeping service after the first night, but the room stayed clean throughout. The location is quite remote, even with a car. I suppose most guests choose this hotel because it’s close to Disneyland, but that wasn’t why we picked it. We were just looking for somewhere spacious and affordable. All in all, it was worth the price.

UUtente ospiterecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

UUtente ospiteSapevamo a cosa andavamo incontro quando abbiamo prenotato questo hotel ed era davvero un hotel economico per essere vicino a Disneyland. Avevano ottimi e frequenti collegamenti con gli autobus per raggiungere l'area Disneyland e Disneysea e impiegavano dai 15 ai 20 minuti al giorno per arrivare dall'ingresso dell'hotel ai cancelli del parco. Offrono una navetta gratuita che funziona in base all'ordine di arrivo, ma al mattino partiva un po' tardi, quindi abbiamo usato gli autobus pubblici che fermano molto vicino all'hotel. L'hotel dista circa 1 km da ciascuna delle stazioni della metropolitana più vicine: Shin-Urayasu e Maihama (la più vicina a Disneyland). L'hotel è molto minimalista ed era davvero un posto dove dormire. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di avere una piccola cucina con minifrigo e bollitore e di fare scorta di snack e bevande ogni giorno al vicino 7-11 per essere pronti a partire per Disneyland. Avevamo un letto matrimoniale ed era piccolo, ma giusto per dormire, quindi ci siamo sentiti riposati. Le camere erano abbastanza calde a dicembre, ma un po' fredde di notte. C'era una scrivania, una piccola postazione di lavoro, una piccola TV e, sorprendentemente, un lettore DVD/VCR in un mobiletto. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
