CChrissy_HankWow, non sono mai rimasto impressionato da un hotel che mi ha colto di sorpresa dal momento in cui sono entrato nell'edificio/nella camera. Il mio soggiorno all'Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay è stato assolutamente fantastico e mi sono goduto ogni momento della mia permanenza. Dal check-in, al messaggio di benvenuto con frutta che mi aspettava in camera al momento del check-in, ai diversi servizi offerti dall'hotel, come: navetta per la stazione ferroviaria più vicina (che si collega alle varie linee che possono aiutarvi a esplorare la città), comfort eccezionali, servizio in camera, ecc., sono rimasto più che impressionato. Mi dispiace solo di non aver potuto accedere al bar sul tetto, dato che il tempo non è stato piacevole la sera durante tutto il mio soggiorno, quindi il bar era chiuso per sicurezza. Ho intenzione di tornare a Tokyo per un'altra vacanza e soggiornare all'Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Tokyo; non ve ne pentirete.

UUtente ospiteCamera molto spaziosa con 3 letti singoli, un balcone e un ampio bagno. I bambini si divertono nei bagni termali.
Servizio navetta frequente nelle ore di punta. Ma quando siamo tornati in hotel da Disneyland e DisneySea, le navette erano davvero affollate.
In sintesi, ci siamo goduti il soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consigliamo ai viaggiatori con un budget limitato, vale il prezzo.

WWanderer TL'hotel è un gemello, anche se le camere sono piccole, le strutture sono complete e abbiamo avuto tutto quello che ci serve. La navetta fornita dall'hotel a Disneyland è anche molto conveniente e rimarremo qui in futuro se visitamo il Djsneyland. Il colazione dell'hotel è semplice e buono.

UUtente ospiterecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

Have spa and bath tub inside own room. Love the balcony view. Quite some walk to DisneySea but otherwise ok if not for the cold winter.

UUtente ospiteBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!

UUtente ospiteFirstly, it's my mistake for booking a smoking room but when I asked the next morning if I could change rooms, they said they were fully booked. Even though, Trip showed you could book non-smoking rooms at that moment. But I don't want to argue. Instead, the staff recommended the deodorizing spray which helped, alongside blasting the AC. Aside from that, I think the man I talked to was nice & trying his best.
Forgetting about the smell, in this room for me, walls are just dirty. The tub looked used. The furniture looked old. They have all the amenities, including PJs, either in the room or by the front desk.
Location is good, right by the station & a nice area to scroll but nothing exciting in close vicinity in terms of shopping or attractions.

FfyukmingIt is located very closely to Tokyo DisneySea and Maihama train station. You can walk to Tokyo DisneySea or Maihama station in 10 minutes. Staying this hotel allows you to sleep a bit more and wake up a bit late before going to the entrance of Tokyo DisneySea to join the queue to enter DisneySea at 06:30-07:00 in the early morning. It is not close to Tokyo Disneyland so, if you are going to Disneyland, you have to take the monorail or taxi. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean. We love that they have two types of pillows already placed on the beds for our selection - one is soft and rectangular (the common one) and the other one is harder and shaped to support your neck.
