Camera molto spaziosa con 3 letti singoli, un balcone e un ampio bagno. I bambini si divertono nei bagni termali. Servizio navetta frequente nelle ore di punta. Ma quando siamo tornati in hotel da Disneyland e DisneySea, le navette erano davvero affollate. In sintesi, ci siamo goduti il ​​soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consigliamo ai viaggiatori con un budget limitato, vale il prezzo.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for those visiting the Tokyo Disney area. The location is a major highlight—situated right next to Maihama Station, it offers exceptional convenience for getting around and easy access to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The room itself was impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, with enough room to comfortably open luggage and move around without feeling cramped. This made the stay much more relaxing, particularly after long days out. Another standout feature was the well-stocked amenity kit. It included a wide range of thoughtful items, ensuring that almost everything I needed was readily available without having to request extras. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and attention to detail. A solid choice for both leisure travelers and families visiting the area.

Non sopporto proprio il personale alla reception che mi ha fatto il check-in, il direttore e anche il fattorino... Tutti condiscendenti. Non capiscono le famiglie con bambini. L'unico personale valido è il personale delle pulizie che mi ha portato ciò di cui avevo bisogno. E anche molto veloce e cortese. Le camere sono belle e confortevoli, ho dormito benissimo. I miei figli hanno adorato la stanza.

The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time. 2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte. Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

La hall ha un'area giochi per i bambini durante l'attesa e un drink di benvenuto che può essere portato in camera. Per la colazione a buffet, siamo scesi verso le 8:00 ed era già affollato, ma hanno gestito bene i clienti, scegliendo dove sedersi e le spiegazioni erano in inglese, quindi è stato davvero utile. Non c'era molta scelta e il cibo era abbastanza buono, posso dire che non vale il prezzo. Il cibo per i bambini era perfetto e c'era molta scelta, che i bambini adoreranno. Hanno persino dei buoni per le caramelle al cioccolato per i bambini. Ma nel complesso è stato fantastico e abbiamo dormito profondamente.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per un viaggio a Disney Resort 3-day - il soggiorno è stato fantastico! Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto ben mantenute, se prendo la stanza con un bagno, o le parti comuni dove si può rilassarsi e prendere un pasto per un prezzo corretto alla fine del giorno. Un negozio di comodità è disponibile anche al B1. I servizi di navetta sono anche molto grandi, con più passaggi alle ore di picco!

Great hotel, convenient for those wanting to visit Disney. Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is as a vegan there was not many breakfast options.

recently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.
