Hotel con colazione a Urayasu

Wow, non sono mai rimasto impressionato da un hotel che mi ha colto di sorpresa dal momento in cui sono entrato nell'edificio/nella camera. Il mio soggiorno all'Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay è stato assolutamente fantastico e mi sono goduto ogni momento della mia permanenza. Dal check-in, al messaggio di benvenuto con frutta che mi aspettava in camera al momento del check-in, ai diversi servizi offerti dall'hotel, come: navetta per la stazione ferroviaria più vicina (che si collega alle varie linee che possono aiutarvi a esplorare la città), comfort eccezionali, servizio in camera, ecc., sono rimasto più che impressionato. Mi dispiace solo di non aver potuto accedere al bar sul tetto, dato che il tempo non è stato piacevole la sera durante tutto il mio soggiorno, quindi il bar era chiuso per sicurezza. Ho intenzione di tornare a Tokyo per un'altra vacanza e soggiornare all'Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Tokyo; non ve ne pentirete.

Al bambino è piaciuta molto la stanza in stile giapponese, molto pulita e ordinata, c'è un bus navetta tra Disney ed è molto comodo per me portare i bambini a giocare, c'è anche un comodo negozio

L'hotel è un gemello, anche se le camere sono piccole, le strutture sono complete e abbiamo avuto tutto quello che ci serve. La navetta fornita dall'hotel a Disneyland è anche molto conveniente e rimarremo qui in futuro se visitamo il Djsneyland. Il colazione dell'hotel è semplice e buono.

Davvero impressionato dalla posizione così vicina a Tokyo Disneyland. E dai comfort e dai drink di benvenuto e dal cibo offerti! Hanno persino arricciacapelli e comfort free flow (come pannolini, bavaglini, giocattoli per bambini in affitto gratuiti) e spugna da bagno e altro ancora! Molto conveniente e altamente consigliato! Adoro la bellissima chiesa nell'hotel stesso e la vicinanza al centro commerciale Aeon e alla stazione ferroviaria

L'hotel è datato, lobby, ristoranti e camere, ma è tutto molto bene mantenuto e pulito. La serata tardiva al lobby e la stanza si sente un po '. La stanza è spaziosa, calda e potente doccia e bagno, che è molto apprezzato dopo un lungo giorno a Disney. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Disney, ha un servizio frequente di autobus per portarti alla stazione di Disney. Solo le denunce sono: 1) alcuni degli anziani uomini non sono molto carini, soprattutto il signore in front desk.Zero sorride anche quando ho fatto un ulteriore sforzo per ringraziarvi ogni volta. 2) Letto duro 3) Nessun personale del lobby per assistere alle 2 4) L'hotel mi ha dato un po' di un'emozione di ‘******* casa’ quando l'hotel è abbastanza a notte 5) Il 23 dicembre, sia il ristorante giapponese che occidentale hanno offerto solo 2 pagine di menu set, nessuna a la carte. La prossima volta voglio provare la nuova Hilton appena ristrutturata.

We stayed at this hotel in early March 2026 during our family trip. It was a two-night stay at what felt more like a self-service hotel. We picked up the amenities from next to the self-check-in kiosks. There was no housekeeping service after the first night, but the room stayed clean throughout. The location is quite remote, even with a car. I suppose most guests choose this hotel because it’s close to Disneyland, but that wasn’t why we picked it. We were just looking for somewhere spacious and affordable. All in all, it was worth the price.

recently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.

Location is a walking distance from Maihama station , hotel provides a morning and night transportation to hotel. Is also walking distance to Disney Sea and Disneyland. Bed is comfortable . The room have a leg massager(delightful )and there’s a self service coffee machine and drinks up to 23:00 which is excellent . Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Breakfast is buffet style with the basic choices but good enough. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future

The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
