Come previsto, i bambini sono rimasti entusiasti della torre di cioccolato al buffet della colazione.
Siamo rimasti per tre notti, ma il menù era quasi sempre lo stesso, il che è stato un po' deludente.
Inoltre, appena sono entrato nella stanza, ho trovato il bagno, ma la porta sembrava aprirsi nel modo sbagliato.
È stato difficile entrarci finché non mi ci sono abituato.
Inoltre non c'era nessun portiere.

È molto datato e ha un'atmosfera rustica. MA è quello che è.
Non potremmo mai sperare di pagare di meno e vorremmo che l'hotel facesse un lifting come se fosse nuovo di zecca. Chi fa la ristrutturazione gratuitamente?
Questo hotel sfrutta al meglio ciò che ha e gli ospiti, come noi, hanno potuto percepire l'ospitalità.
Penso che l'offerta che ho prenotato su trip.com non fosse male.
S$568 per 2 adulti e 2 bambini per 3 giorni e 2 notti e include la colazione giornaliera. La camera ha 4 letti ed è di 36 mq. Spaziosa.
La posizione non è male per la Disney Line.
La posizione è ideale se si desidera uno spuntino o due la sera perché questa è una zona turistica.
Facciamo la nostra mini spesa e la spesa alla stazione della Resort Line prima di prendere la navetta dell'hotel alla fermata dell'autobus C. Questa navetta ci riporta alla hall dell'hotel.
Meglio di tutto, la nostra camera si affaccia su Disneyland e siamo riusciti a vedere i fuochi d'artificio comodamente dalla nostra camera.

If you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay.
I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour.
The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash.
Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting.
The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center.
I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late.
The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more.
The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel.

Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

DDionIt's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)

TTimothy JoachimLa posizione non era troppo cattiva, molto vicino al monotreno (distanza passeggiata). La camera e il bagno erano super grandi e confortevoli, anche se il design è un po 'dato. Se si può guardare oltre questo, l'hotel è davvero un grande soggiorno.

YYQQPosizione Convi vicino alla stazione ferroviaria JR Shin Urayasu. A pochi passi (passa un ponte) e raggiungerai l'hotel livello 2, area reception. C'è anche un Lawson al livello 2, convi per prendere un drink. C'è un servizio lounge a partire dalle 14:00 tutti i giorni e puoi avere bevande e snack gratuiti. Tiroir al livello 2 accanto allo spazio bagagli è dove puoi ottenere servizi. Se arrivi in hotel in anticipo, ti chiederanno di scansionare il codice QR per l'utilizzo dello spazio bagagli (per conservare i tuoi bagagli) fino alle 15:00, quando è consentito il check-in. All'uscita del treno, se cammini più avanti vedrai il centro commerciale AEON. E infine, c'è un bus navetta Disneyland/Sea al livello 1 dell'hotel. Tutto sommato, l'hotel è carino e confortevole, convi per viaggiare e anche se hai in programma di andare a Disney!

Hotel felt desolate and the place was not very welcoming
Breakfast “reservation” instructions were inconvenient. It is NOT a reservation system; it is just a waiting in queue system. You can only stand in line using QR code starting 0600 of day of use but this is not real booking. You cannot book for a designated breakfast time. Once you are notified by email, you have to go RIGHT AWAY to have breakfast or lose your spot.
Levels and entrance layout confusing - could have better signage
Rainbow room does not have rainbow design (unlike photos).
On the good side, buffet breakfast has good variety of food, both Jap and western.
Free shuttle to Bayside Station is helpful for Disneyland/sea goers
Paid limo service to Haneda Airport is helpful for tired legs after Disney

WwhaleGood choice for those who want to visit Disney. The shuttle bus is reliable and with multiple timing. We took the shuttle bus to Disney to access to Maihama metro station which is convenient. Have to walk cross the road for airport limo to Haneda but it’s not difficult, just need to catch the right timing. It’s helpful especially after long day in Disney. Room is spacious and upgraded our room from 3 person to 4 person room.
Room is clean, comes with bathtub and separate toilet. The public hot spring is good idea after long day. There is cafe available nearby, 5 mins walk from hotel.

JJoyxxIt's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

PPuay LingQuesto hotel era molto vicino a Disneysea e ci siamo voluti meno di 10 minuti a piedi e ci siamo stati per un giorno intero anche la camera dell'hotel era piccola ma decente abbastanza per dormire solo due notti vicino a noi.

Anche se ha le caratteristiche di Disney, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto, quindi penso che sia raccomandato alla famiglia.
Il numero di metri quadrati della stanza è molto piccolo?Mi sento, ma la disposizione è buona, c'è un divano e due letti singoli, quindi posso passare un po'di tempo libero.

MmharsnVery nice hotel. The front desk staff will make sure you have everything you need. The free morning breakfast is filling, with its eggs, potato salad, and bread with jelly and juices. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are plenty by the train station which is just a 5-minute walk. And there are three convenience stores even closer than that. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk.
