"Hotel incantevole, accogliente, con bevande gratuite 24 ore su 24. Accanto al comodo chiosco Lawson e servizio navetta gratuito da/per Disneyland/mare. A 10 minuti a piedi da supermercati e ristoranti più grandi. La camera è più spaziosa rispetto alle dimensioni standard di un hotel giapponese, considerando che ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali, anche se noi eravamo solo in 2. Sono soddisfatto del soggiorno di 3 notti sopra descritto e del prezzo ragionevole della lavatrice (300 yen all'ora) e dell'asciugatrice (100 yen all'ora). Potrebbe essere migliorato aggiungendo una bilancia per i bagagli. Sono gentili nel ricevere gli articoli per conto loro e forniscono un servizio di corriere alla reception, da quanto ne so. Infine, è comodo prendere il bus limousine per l'aeroporto dall'Hyatt Hotel, proprio accanto. Grazie!"

"I was thrilled to find my room included a washer. The refrigerator and hot plate were helpful too. The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay. The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel. The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride. The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options. Overall I was happy with my stay."

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition."

Hanno persino arricciacapelli e comfort free flow (come pannolini, bavaglini, giocattoli per bambini in affitto gratuiti) e spugna da bagno e altro ancora! Molto conveniente e altamente consigliato! Adoro la bellissima chiesa nell'hotel stesso e la vicinanza al centro commerciale Aeon e alla stazione ferroviaria"
