Hotel con parcheggio a Manchester

The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

L'hotel era fantastico. Il personale era favoloso. Ma le pulizie erano davvero carenti. Questo era il nostro bagno. Muffa nera ovunque e diversi capelli neri (siamo tutti biondi) RIPARA I TUOI BAGNI!!! Questa è stata la parte più importante del nostro soggiorno!! Per tua informazione, il cibo era ottimo. Il servizio era OK. Il cameriere era gentile ma era un po' distratto a parlare con gli altri membri dello staff e siamo rimasti ad aspettare un po'... Amazing location, about 10 mins walk to any departures hall, not having to faf about the shuttles was nice aswell! Staff super friendly, let us leave out bag there for a day as we were just away for a day trip. Free drink for signing up to the hotels loyalty program was a nice was to start our trip. Room was really nice, with proper coffee machine within, Would stay here again for sure

no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

Sebbene il sistema fosse un piccolo problema al momento dell’iscrizione, il ricevitore l’ha gestito con estrema professionalità, il che mi ha fatto apprezzare molto. La stanza è estremamente pulita, confortevole e ha una vista estremamente impressionante. La palestra, la piscina, il cibo ... tutto rende tutto più perfetto.

Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me! He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night. Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn.

The hotel room was very clean and stuff what friendly but there breakfast the coffee machine was not working which was a shame the food was a average but are stay was lovely

Durante il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel, ho trovato l'esperienza generale piacevole con attrezzature e mobili di alta qualità, ma ci sono stati aree che richiedono miglioramenti. L'hotel stesso è piacevole, ma migliorare il servizio e la pulizia delle camere migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti. La camera standard è stata pagata, ma è stata fornita una camera accessibile per disabili, e noi abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla a una norma che è stata fatta immediatamente senza alcuna domanda. Nonostante le richieste due volte in 4 notti, il pulitore ha cambiato le foglie solo una volta e ha trascurato di prendere il vuoto, sostituire le toletta o pulire il bagno, cosa particolarmente deludente, data la durata del mio soggiorno di quasi una settimana. Il colazione era ben presentato con varie opzioni, ma purtroppo rimaneva lo stesso ogni giorno senza alcuna variazione. Alcuni settori erano particolarmente poveri. Per esempio, le uova schiacciate avevano un odore distinto e erano troppo acquatiche. Aggiungere pomodori o semplicemente modificare le opzioni ogni pochi giorni avrebbe migliorato l'esperienza. Una preoccupazione che abbiamo avuto era la squadra di pulizia, due volte la pulizia usava la sua carta universale per entrare nella nostra stanza senza assicurarsi che nessuno fosse presente, il mio partner era nel doccia e il nostro bambino dormiva. Abbiamo sentito un colpo, ma non siamo riusciti a raggiungere la porta in tempo; quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo capito che era già entrato, e questo è avvenuto due volte e il giorno dopo abbiamo deciso di catenare la porta per motivi di privacy. In altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, la privacy è di estrema preoccupazione per il personale e non rischierebbero nemmeno di aprire la porta chiusa senza essere sicuri.

Struttura d'epoca, gli spazi comuni davvero affascinanti. Camere molto ampie e calde. C'è necessità di qualche lavoro di manutenzione. Personale efficiente e disponibile. La posizione dell' hotel è molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse.

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
