UUtente ospiteStaycity is great, although they duplicate charged me which I have already paid thought agent earlier. Agent helped me to contact Staycity and they corrected it immediately. When I arrived Staycity, they knew and told me the money would be refunded to my credit card shortly.
Staycity is my second time to stay, it is convenient, clean, kitchen, bathroom, bedding….. room size, everything is great. I absolutely will recommend my friends to stay here when they visit Manchester.

UUtente anonimoRecentemente, rimase in un duplice albero di Hilton piccadillo per una notte con il mio partner, mentre eravamo in città per una festa di compleanno amico nel centro della città.
L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Piccadilly.
All'arrivo c'era solo una persona alla ricezione che sembrava un po' leggera, mentre il carico di addestramento delle persone si svegliava poco dopo di noi, ma personalmente non abbiamo aspettato molto per essere controllati e il personale era molto accogliente e professionale, Ci ha anche detto che il minibar era libero per assicurarci che prendiamo tutti i suoi contenuti, che io sono stato gentile con lui.
La cosa interessante di questo hotel è che vi dà una calda cookie di cioccolato al momento dell'arrivo che è un bel trattamento/toccamento.
La camera era sul 9° piano con facile accesso via 3 ascensori. La camera era pulita a un alto standard e tranquillo.
Roba/slips nel cassetto con un sacco di pendenti e un enorme muro montato TV.
Tavolo di ferro/acciaio in cassaforte, asciugacapelli nel cappuccio.
Il bagno aveva doccia (nessun bagno) gel da doccia, shampoo e condizionatore.
C'era una caldaia e una macchina da caffè separata e tutti gli indumenti che avresti bisogno di usarli.
Il colazione è stato incluso nel nostro soggiorno e ci sono state molte opzioni di colazione cucinata o calda (buffet) e caffè e pasticceria fresche di frutta, ecc. Dirò che era delizioso e ben presentato.
Ci piaceva stare e restare ancora.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato questo hotel perché un'offerta prevedeva lo stesso prezzo del vicino Ibis Budget. È un hotel molto più carino, con personale cordiale e attento e un arredamento curato. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, incluso un asciugacapelli (come quelli degli hotel, a dire il vero è meglio stare in piedi davanti alle bocchette dell'aria condizionata). Mi è stato chiesto se cenavo stasera e, dato che non c'è molto altro in zona a parte altri hotel, ho accettato. Mi hanno detto che si aspettavano un'affluenza maggiore, quindi hanno prenotato per me. Ho bevuto qualcosa al bar (7,40 sterline per una pinta di Camden Hells, ecco come si capisce di non essere più in vacanza, ahia!) e poi ho cenato; ho preso olive, pane all'aglio e lasagne, tutto molto buono. Un po' caro, ma bisogna sempre ricordare che si pagano i supplementi aeroportuali, perché cos'altro si può mangiare? Il sito web del Tribe pubblicizzava un negozio ”Grab and Go” aperto 24 ore su 24 che vendeva bevande e snack, ma quello all'aeroporto di Manchester sembra chiudere alle 16:00, ovvero prima ancora del mio check-in. La cosa mi ha un po' deluso: c'era un sacco di personale in giro, quindi non capisco perché il negozio debba chiudere così presto. Volevo delle bibite analcoliche da bere in camera e, anche se si possono ordinare al bar e portarle al piano di sopra senza problemi, si pagano i prezzi del bar (forse è per questo che il negozio chiude così presto, anche se mi piacerebbe pensare di no). Non c'erano distributori automatici o altro, quindi una volta chiusi il ristorante e il bar non c'è più niente da mangiare o da bere. Forse è solo una mia impressione, ma almeno mi piace avere la possibilità di un piccolo spuntino o un drink la sera. Ma d'altro canto mi rendo conto che questo hotel si rivolge probabilmente a un tipo di viaggiatore diverso dal mio: più un tipo da viaggio d'affari che un viaggiatore solitario in cerca di affari. Detto questo, a parte la chiusura del banco ”Grab and Go” alle 16:00, non c'era davvero nulla di cui lamentarsi, soprattutto considerando il prezzo che ho pagato. Un bel modo per iniziare o concludere una vacanza/viaggio.

SSal JobeI recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay.
Location & First Impressions
The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away.
On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy.
Rooms & Comfort
My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning.
The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay.
Facilities & Amenities
The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city.

Ttraveller2002Absolutely loved our stay at The Midland Manchester – everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely looked after, and the service throughout was faultless.
The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud – we had some of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in ages! The room service was prompt, professional, and the food was delicious – a real treat after a long day exploring the city.
Speaking of relaxing – the spa was absolutely divine. Clean, calming, and wonderfully designed, it was the perfect escape. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – incredibly soothing and tailored to perfection. If you’re in need of some proper pampering, this is the place to be.
Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. Right in the heart of Manchester, everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel still manages to feel like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
All in all, The Midland is a true gem. Comfortable, elegant, and run by an outstanding team. We’ll absolutely be back!

UUtente anonimoDuring my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.
A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay.
The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience.
One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons.
In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

Arrived at reception and was greeted by a friendly staff,and made very welcome, was pleased to find out the parking to be free.filled in the relevant paperwork and received my room card.went to our room and found it to be nice and clean and all the needed requirements for the over night stay.i would definitely book another stay here if I needed an overnight stay and would recommend it to family and friends.
