Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, facendomi sentire a casa. Il colazione era davvero incredibile, offrendo una vasta gamma di scelte che soddisfacevano perfettamente le diverse esigenze alimentari. Tutto era fresco e delizioso. Non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza!

Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me! He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night. Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn.

Un posto così grande per stare! È una posizione fantastica, soprattutto se sei li per la vita notturna!! Le camere erano così grandi. I letti con le tende e le luci erano super comodi e avevano grande privacy- sentiva come un hotel di capsula! Aircon ha funzionato molto bene. Le camere sono state molto divertenti, ma non sono state molto divertenti. Non è davvero colpa dell'albero e solo male fortuna, ma mi dispiacerebbe menzionare- mi sono spostato in un letto misto di 8 persone perché il letto femminile di 4 persone che ho prenotato aveva ospiti che erano molto visibile sporco e puzzato come pesce e sh*t (stuck up the room). I asked to be moved immediately and was accommodated. Non mi è stato offerto alcuna restituzione (per la differenza di prezzo), tuttavia, quando ho chiesto di colazione gratuita per la stanza di degradazione + esperienza negativa e sono stato dato ciò che apprezzo.

È un hotel conveniente nel centro della città, non lontano dalla stazione degli autobus gratuiti. È comodo e può raggiungere a piedi la statua di Turing. La stanza è piccola. Se il divano letto è tirato fuori e il tavolo è completamente bloccato. quindi non puoi sederti e usare la camera genitore-figlio, ti potrebbe essere addebitato un costo maggiore, ma in realtà è grande Il letto viene tirato fuori dal divano La colazione è relativamente semplice, pane, insalata, caffè, succo di frutta. eccetera.

Hotel room was nice and clean, and the location was good too. Breakfast was decent, and the staff in the restaurant were lovely, especially the lady who served us, although unfortunately I can’t remember her name. The only issue I had was with the hotel’s WhatsApp service. They provide a WhatsApp number for guests to contact if they need assistance during their stay, but unfortunately, calls were never answered and messages were rarely responded to. It’s a useful service to offer, but it would be much better if it were actually monitored and guests could get a timely response when they need help.

So no issues with the staff down at the reception area at all, doing a smashing job representing the hotel, telling us about the app too upon arrival... check in the hotel earlier with app very cool, very nice, also the reception area is where the big bosses of this hotel choose to spend most of their budget as when you get to the rooms it does show. Cleaning staff - now what are they doing? Because they certainly aren't cleaning the rooms, the room was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in, windows, bed, bathroom, carpets, i know its a budget hotel but basic levels of hygiene and cleaniness should be a must in a hotel, ive stayed in cheaper hotels and they were cleaner! Needs a refurb in the rooms and big recruitment drive for cleaning staff. Me and my partner had to make the bed before sleeping because we couldn't stomach sleeping on it because of how it was. Area is very loud, traffic, horns beeping, people shouting. On a positive note I did like the shower in the bathroom, the water pressure was excellent and it is in a brilliant location attending gigs and festivals in the area.

Zona strategica per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della città, vicino alla stazione. La struttura ha tutto quello che mi serviva, ho adorato la vasca da bagno, tornare in hotel dopo una fredda giornata all’aperto e tuffarsi in un bagno caldo è stato come andar alla spa ogni sera. Camera e letto spaziosi, cuscini comodi. Non impazzisco per la moquette, da sempre l’impressione di non essere pulita, ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo non posso che dire: ottimo affare.

Ho prenotato una camera senza finestra per una vacanza economica di una notte e all'arrivo sono stato aggiornato a una camera con finestra, camera doppia, camera enorme, letto comodo e set per la preparazione di tè e caffè, doccia sopra la vasca, proprio nel mezzo del centro città, la reception è stata molto gentile e mi ha informato che l'ascensore era e il check-out alle 10:00 offrono un check-out posticipato alle 12:00 per £ 10 o alle 13:00 per £ 20, anche la colazione se prenotata all'arrivo veniva offerta a un prezzo ridotto prezzo di £ 9,95, ho prenotato la camera per £ 34 ma la possibilità di includere la colazione £ 42 su trip.com quindi solo £ 3,50 a testa per una colazione che pensavo fosse una buona offerta ho deciso di non fare colazione qui, distributore automatico di snack patatine e bevande al cioccolato vicino all'ascensore 24 ore su 24, TV in camera, la sicurezza in loco non ti avrebbe fatto entrare nell'edificio finché non ti avessi mostrato il numero di prenotazione e la carta d'identità ed era un po' esagerato, non era menzionato nella prenotazione se soggiornando qui gli ospiti non possono venire dopo le 22:00 e devono mostrare un documento d'identità per ogni persona alla reception che non ha visto che prima di solito solo l'hotel prenotato mostra un documento d'identità un po' esagerato,

Hotel is little far from city center but near to the airport. The hotel dosnt have air conditioning. No soap, no shampoo and towels dirty. In 28 temperature without air condition very hard to coop. We were couple and booked double bed but given 2 single beds.
