Hotel 4 stelle a Manchester

The room was spacious with a huge king-size bed. We had complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, there were hot and continental options from a buffet. I used the sauna and gym during our stay around 8a.m, I was the only person in there so very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Walking distance to Manchester central locations. Room was kitted out nicely with a comfy (but soft) bed, small kitchen for those who may want to make simple meals and not eat out. The room and its lighting is quite dark but I was ok with that. My allocated room was facing a back street into a car park so I was protected from the street noise and the bars and clubs over the weekend. Unfortunately the room itself was not very sound proof due to its wooden floors and paper thin walls and doors. I could hear people walking up stairs, showers and toilets running, people talking next door, people slamming doors, chatting in corridors, TV and music going .... If you are a light sleeper, don't think this is the hotel for you or bring ear plugs. The wifi password also did not work for me. Went down to reception, they said they will get maintenace to sort it out but it never did. Chased it up the second time and they said they will follow it up but no one came and it was never fixed so I gave up on it. Breakfast package is excellent value at $15pp. Overall it was an ok stay but I can probably get more peace and quiet for the same price elsewhere.

The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

Nan che lavorava lì amava assolutamente il suo lavoro e era grande. Ci serviva con bevande da 6 a 8 e ci disse che era tempo di festa. Ha avuto un grande sorriso. La stanza era un bel letto confortevole. Ha un sapore molto stupendo, anche se sembrava pulito. Ho trovato che pensavo che il bagno fosse la fonte dell'odore. La pressione dell'acqua era molto bassa, quindi la doccia era deludente. Abbiamo dormito bene e siamo andati a colazione. Gli stovi e gli occhiali sporchi hanno spruzzato il corridoio a notte e ancora lì mattina. Il colazione era ok. La buona qualità del bacon e la scelta di salsa di uova fresche cucinate per voi e omelete tutto quello che avete bisogno era lì. Fai quello che abbiamo bisogno.

L'hotel è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Piccadilly. È una vecchia casa ed è fantastico viverci. L'hotel è grande, le due strade esterne sono tranquille ed è a pochi passi dal centro città. La stanza è relativamente grande, le strutture sono nuove e sembra molto pulita, ma non c'è una porta di ricarica accanto al letto. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. C'è un drink di benvenuto alla reception, una caffetteria per riposarsi, i bagagli vengono depositati in anticipo e l'atteggiamento dei camerieri è sempre cordiale e amichevole.

Our stay was great, the amenities and resources provided work exactly as they should, the bed was comfortable, however my fiancée (who is a cleaner herself) noticed that areas of the kitchen appliances had collected quite a bit of dust. The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk away from Manchester Piccadilly itself. Other than certain aspects of cleanliness, the rest was spot on and the stay was great.

La stanza è pulita e confortevole, con un sacco di spazio per immagazzinare bagagli e cose. Mi sorprendeva molto vedere il caffè e il frigorifero all'interno della stanza. Il buffet è abbondante e il personale è amichevole. La posizione è al contrario della Cina con molti ristoranti belli per cena.L'unica cosa che si può migliorare è che la pulizia della stanza inizia troppo presto - alle 9:00 sono svegliato dalla campana.

L'hotel è ben situato per il centro della città, non c'erano bottiglia d'acqua nella nostra stanza, ma abbiamo visto altre stanze con acqua quando l'ho chiesto, mi è stato detto che l'acqua di copertura era abbastanza buona da bere, ma non c'era alcun segno nella stanza che lo dicesse. Ho dovuto chiedere i bagni e i pantaloni. Il bagno mostra segni di stanchezza con qualche forma nelle aree In generale il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile

The location is great Room and service is quite simple. Close to road a bit noisy if leave the window open. But anyway, great and comfortable stay.
