UUtente ospiteAdoro questo posto, pulito e moderno, con tè e caffè gratuiti tutto il giorno, il personale è stato cordiale e ci ha dato una camera ideale, le camere erano spaziose. Niente di negativo da dire, a parte il fatto che non ci sono abbastanza posti auto nel parcheggio la sera tardi. A parte questo, prenoterò di nuovo in futuro.

KKay-aLocation to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus.

SSitalI had a very enjoyable stay at Leonardo Hotel Cardiff. The room was well-presented, spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite. The service throughout my stay was excellent; staff were attentive, responded promptly to any requests, and went out of their way to ensure everything was seamless. A particular highlight was being offered a takeaway breakfast to accommodate my early train departure, which I greatly appreciated.
The only minor drawback was that the room could be somewhat noisy at times. However, this did not detract significantly from what was otherwise a very positive experience. I would be pleased to stay here again.

UUtente ospiteNice hotel but bit out of way of Cardiff centre. We were advised not to walk back at night but use a cab service as the area being developed and we were just warned it may not be as safe as we would expect
Hotel was busy and at breakfast it was hard to find a table free or cleaned for you. Coffee area was very untidy and littered and floor by food felt slippy and the area was messy with food. Room was nice and spacious. Our TV didn't work, there was a cut cable on it. Don't think I'd go again but once area is developed it could be a good place

CCHEI WAI GRACEThe apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cardiff City. Everything was exactly as I expected and even better. I had an amazing time with my family at this very nice hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was great. It’s a perfect place for families and friends. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service.

UUtente ospiteGood location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom

I check-in che perdono il contatto personale mi sento e non troppo felice pagato in più per il parcheggio che dà la posizione dell'hotel.
Grande servizio nel ristorante.

UUtente ospiteSituato nel centro della città vicino al castello e alle attrazioni locali. Purtroppo, la stanza è rimasta in un club notturno che ha giocato musica fino alle 4:00. Se sei un sonno leggero, potrebbe essere un problema. Altri, ecco il bellissimo posto.
