Hotel con colazione a Cardiff

Siamo arrivati poco prima dell’orario di check-in e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di entrare in una stanza, ma la stanza aveva finestre opache. Poi aspettammo un altro posto, per poi ottenere un letto doppio e un letto piegato, invece di due letti gemelli. Molti vecchi mobili non erano abbastanza spazio, ma non erano abbastanza spazio per due letti. Il colazione era molto bello, potresti scegliere i kipper se volessi.

Ho avuto una buona esperienza di soggiorno a Hilton Cardiff. L'hotel mi è sentito estremamente sicuro e ben gestito durante il mio soggiorno. Uno dei miei notizie è che sono molto severi per non permettere visitatori dopo le 9:00. In primo luogo, è stato un po' deludente, ma, onestamente, mi ha fatto sentire molto più sicuro sapendo che prendono seriamente la sicurezza. Il servizio era eccellente dall'inizio alla fine, e il personale era sempre gentile, attento e disposto ad aiutare con tutto ciò che mi serviva, il che rendeva molto piacevole l'intera esperienza. La mia stanza era confortevole, pulita e ben mantenuta, e purificata anche durante il mio soggiorno, che apprezzo e che mi è stato aggiunto al comfort generale. La posizione è un altro grande vantaggio l'hotel è a pochi passi dal Castello di Cardiff, rendendolo perfetto per esplorare la città. È anche a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale di Cardiff, che ha reso molto conveniente arrivare lì e intorno. Una mattina ho deciso di provare il buffet per colazione, e sicuramente valeva la pena. Ci sono state molte opzioni da scegliere, tra cui pasticceria, cibo caldo, frutta e bevande. Hanno anche macchine da caffè con un caffè molto buono, che hanno fatto la colazione ancora meglio. Un altro punto di attenzione è stato il bar, che aveva un'atmosfera molto grande e un posto molto bello per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. In generale, rimarrei qui e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visita Cardiff, soprattutto se si apprezza il comfort, un servizio eccellente, un posto eccellente e soprattutto, sentirsi al sicuro durante il vostro soggiorno.

Best hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

Amo il tuo hotel. Avevamo una fantastica camera re con vista sul mare e il letto era molto comodo. Non avevamo la cena lì ma amava il colazione, era il migliore che abbia mai avuto. La posizione era magnifica. Guardate Kathleen Rhiannon & Douglas Spence 💃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🕺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I had a wonderful stay at Cardiff Marriott! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were given a spacious room and were even allowed to check in early, which made our arrival smooth and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

I stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

The stay was really good overall the room was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay £16 for parking for the whole day. It would have been nice if parking was included in the stay or at least offered at a reduced rate for guests. Apart from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay

Sono così felice che abbiamo deciso di rimanere al The Coal Exchange Hotel a Cardiff. Mi è stato dato il lavoro molto importante di trovare un posto per rimanere per la notte per il compleanno speciale del mio amico. Non sapevo dove iniziare, quindi ho confrontato i prezzi degli hotel in zona. Mi sorprende che i hotel “bilancio” Premier Inn e Travelodge non fossero più economici di The Coal Exchange per le date date! Ho guardato le foto e le recensioni e mi sembrava perfetta per un'occasione speciale. Era accanto alla storia con il design interno che rimaneva vero fino al periodo in cui era costruito. Inizialmente, come ci erano cinque di noi, avevo prenotato la stanza di sesso. Era sorprendente e siamo stati tutti molto eccitati di rimanere lì, ma purtroppo, a causa del lavoro di manutenzione che si svolgeva in quella parte dell'edificio, abbiamo dovuto cambiare i nostri piani in tre camere doppie accanto a vicenda. Le camere erano belle, il piano era un tetto doppio, un foglio di carta, mobili ornamentali e un bellissimo letto centro. I bagni avevano splendidi bagni di jacuzzi e bacini di pietra. La mattina seguente abbiamo avuto un delizioso colazione al ristorante di Culley, situato all'interno della Borsa del Coal. Il personale è molto amichevole e si allontana dal loro modo per assicurarsi che tu abbia il miglior soggiorno. Non posso aspettare di tornare indietro.

Situato nel centro della città vicino al castello e alle attrazioni locali. Purtroppo, la stanza è rimasta in un club notturno che ha giocato musica fino alle 4:00. Se sei un sonno leggero, potrebbe essere un problema. Altri, ecco il bellissimo posto.
