UUtente ospiteCome alcuni hotel a Cardiff, il Marriott è molto conveniente per la stazione ferroviaria, che abbiamo scelto perché ci siamo rimasti prima e ci siamo divertiti.
La stanza (Superior Double) era molto accogliente, ma dove erano i bagni?
Il rumore delle strade è piuttosto alto, ma è stato venerdì sera, perciò, davvero.
Andammo all'arena Utilita per un concerto, e fu a cinque minuti a piedi.
Ho avuto le orecchie da usare in hotel, molto utile a causa degli ospiti inconsiderati che parlavano al corridoio alle 1130.
Letto confortevole, in realtà, un letto molto confortevole.
Purtroppo, la nostra stanza aveva una porta interconnessa, e ci svegliamo presto da grandi ospiti vicino alla porta discutendo i loro piani per il giorno.
La signora di Cardiff con il ”nodo di punta” che ha detto ”sì” invece di ”sì” come un vero africano era bella e molto accogliente. Infatti, ogni membro del personale che abbiamo parlato era bello.
Resterò qui, ma forse solo all'inizio della settimana.

Tthe travelling brummieBest hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

UUtente ospiteLa prima camera aveva una doccia interconnessa sopra il bagno e il letto matrimoniale. La seconda offerta di una camera era una camera disabilitata, ancora con solo letto matrimoniale. Poi scoprì che tutte le camere avevano solo un letto doppio con doccia sopra il bagno. Il personale era molto utile, ma non ci aveva detto prima, quindi abbiamo sprecato molto tempo. Infatti non avevamo abbastanza tempo per mangiare prima di dover andare per il nostro evento. Perciò, finalmente, abbiamo dovuto avere un snack alle 11:30 quando siamo tornati. Anche allora abbiamo dovuto uscire per ottenere il servizio in camera è disponibile solo attraverso un app

UUtente ospiteI have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

UUtente ospiteGreat stay at Future Inn Cardiff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location near Cardiff Bay is excellent with plenty of places to eat and things to see nearby. Free parking was also a big bonus. Would happily stay here again.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was nice, as it has a lovely swimming poo, so na and steam room. Very few chair for relaxing in the pool area, some people were sitting on the floor with their towels. Breakfast was the same with bit of change in their biscuits cereal. Bad side for food is that they offered scamble eggs only, fried and pouches eggs and omelette they charge for them.
It was my first time at the hotel or in Cardiff, it was Xmas even they seem kinda busy check in was suppose to be 3oclk but when we got there room was not ready and the receptionists were just cool about that, had to go to the desk and ask constantly which s boring.
The hotel is clean but I think their cleaning management is not up to standard, I had missing items in the room, like towels and next day I had to ask for handwash gel 100 times as it was not replaced. If you book with them maybe get yourself a suite room unlike just an ordinary room. It is a 4 star hotel was expecting a lot from them.

UUtente ospiteSono così felice che abbiamo deciso di rimanere al The Coal Exchange Hotel a Cardiff. Mi è stato dato il lavoro molto importante di trovare un posto per rimanere per la notte per il compleanno speciale del mio amico. Non sapevo dove iniziare, quindi ho confrontato i prezzi degli hotel in zona. Mi sorprende che i hotel “bilancio” Premier Inn e Travelodge non fossero più economici di The Coal Exchange per le date date! Ho guardato le foto e le recensioni e mi sembrava perfetta per un'occasione speciale. Era accanto alla storia con il design interno che rimaneva vero fino al periodo in cui era costruito. Inizialmente, come ci erano cinque di noi, avevo prenotato la stanza di sesso. Era sorprendente e siamo stati tutti molto eccitati di rimanere lì, ma purtroppo, a causa del lavoro di manutenzione che si svolgeva in quella parte dell'edificio, abbiamo dovuto cambiare i nostri piani in tre camere doppie accanto a vicenda. Le camere erano belle, il piano era un tetto doppio, un foglio di carta, mobili ornamentali e un bellissimo letto centro.
I bagni avevano splendidi bagni di jacuzzi e bacini di pietra.
La mattina seguente abbiamo avuto un delizioso colazione al ristorante di Culley, situato all'interno della Borsa del Coal.
Il personale è molto amichevole e si allontana dal loro modo per assicurarsi che tu abbia il miglior soggiorno.
Non posso aspettare di tornare indietro.
