An excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns. All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

Amo il servizio clienti. Grazie all'avvertimento gale, siamo arrivati un giorno prima. L'hotel ha ricevuto un servizio di navetta da e verso Ferry/aeroporto. Siamo arrivati tardi e il tempo non era il più grande, ma il proprietario era disposto a spingere noi a prendere cibo e a prendere un pick-up.Dopo un lungo giorno di rush da un'isola all'altra, abbiamo bisogno di un massaggio a piedi. A causa del cattivo tempo, il proprietario era così bello offrire di condurci a un parlamento di massaggio e di prendere noi dopo. Questo è un ottimo servizio che non vedi spesso. L'hotel non ha ascensore, ma non è davvero una questione per noi. Le camere erano pulite e pulite. Ho potuto vedere il tempio dalla mia stanza. Questo posto è in una comunità, ma non lontano da molti posti. E 'distanze da camminare per noleggiare un moped, Se potessi guidare un moped, lo consiglio al 100%. L'hotel aveva un servizio clienti così grande, quando abbiamo visto, ci hanno chiamato per informarci che hanno ricevuto un avvertimento Gale e che la nave non funzionerà il giorno dopo. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di rimanere o restituire la notte se volevamo andare a check-out per catturare la nave. Erano molto utili e di grande utilità in questo senso. Il manager Zhou Min è arrivato alla nostra prenotazione online per verificare il nostro rimborso. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e sorpresi del loro servizio straordinario. Io personalmente mi riferirei e li rimanderò. Mi interessa il servizio e hanno uno dei migliori servizi che abbia mai avuto.

Absolutely incredible stay! The best we’ve had in China. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They formed a WeChat group to help us to communicate, order food, to if we had any questions. The food is absolutely top quality, huge portions and delicious,highly recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once (make sure to place your order 1 day in advance). Good breakfast, even though few European style options. The swimming pool is very clean and absolutely huge with amazing views over the sea and town. Room is very clean, service is good, ver Yu good quality shower gel and shampoo, and anything we needed was brought to us very quickly. The location is the best on the island - a little remote but along the most beautiful stretch of road. You can rent an e-bike right in the car park and the national parks are very close (10 minutes away). Very peaceful stay, felt very at home there. Our favourite feature was the amount to plants in the hotel - smell amazing and make it feel very welcoming. There is also access to a small beach - like your own private entrance to the sea.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

Invece di risolvere il problema, il personale ha dato la colpa a tutti, ha evitato di assumersi le proprie responsabilità e alla fine ci ha offerto un ventilatore come ”soluzione”, dopo che avevamo già pagato il prezzo intero per una camera che avrebbe dovuto essere adeguatamente rinfrescata. Solo quando ho finalmente alzato la voce e ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore, hanno deciso di riaccendere l'aria condizionata. Che senso ha soggiornare qui se gli ospiti devono lottare solo per avere l'aria condizionata normale, che tipo di hotel è questo? Tutta questa esperienza ha rovinato completamente il mio viaggio. Il servizio alla reception è stato altrettanto deludente. Sono stati scortesi, insensibili e sprezzanti. Ci hanno ignorato mentre chiacchieravamo tra loro e hanno risposto solo quando ho alzato la voce. Questo comportamento è ben al di sotto degli standard professionali. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel e non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così poco professionale e irresponsabile. Non consiglio questo hotel.
