"The best hotel we have stayed in China! We got upgraded to an executive room which was really spacious. Even though the convenient store is not nearby, we managed to order a delivery from Watsons. The Reception desk is really helpful, knowing that a foreigner doesn’t have a local number to finalise the delivery order, the receptionist kindly lend me her number and received the delivery. She even sent my item up to my room! Dinner was great too! We had crab, hotpot, sushi and more at the buffet place. Eating great food while listening to the live jazz band, totally the right feel for Christmas! Will stay in a Sheraton again!"

"Booked a sea view twin room overseeing nanhai guanyin for a family trip with mother. Excellent stay with comprehensive services from pick up, booking with morning class at puji temple, sending us to the temple at 3am for the morning class, clean kitchen which made us feel good dining there throughout our stay, curated photography service and booking with reliable driver to the airport. Thank you for the personalised service and hospitality. We enjoyed our time at Putoushan very much."

"L'ambiente è molto buono come un giardino di giardino!La stanza che fa il valore verde può anche essere buona sempre come l'hotel sotto la testa. Non si sente niente di cui parlare. Ma il servizio non è molto buono, il personale non è professionale, l'hotel ha lezioni al mattino, ha chiesto alla reception. In maniche corte, il vento ha preso mezza piccola, e poi ha mandato qualcuno a prendermi e ai miei figli, e le persone sono state fredde! Solo dietro di me sapevo che c'era davvero un sacco di strada per il primo piano dell'edificio della sala. Anche perdere tempo. La chiave di questa lezione non ha portato nessun insegnante, cioè dare polvere e pinguini. È molto stupefacente rispetto ad altri corsi a mano dell'hotel!Spero che il servizio e la formazione del personale possano migliorare in futuro!"

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"酒店在法雨寺附近，步行8分鐘，比較方便。雖然離碼頭有距離，但是酒店的專屬班車從早到晚一直不停來回，幾乎10來分鐘一個單程，也算方便。我們還回購了酒店自製的沐浴露和潤膚乳有檀香味。還買了房間同款沉香線香，因為點了覺得很舒心。尤其是酒店自製的3.8元一桶的香，一個微信號可以請2桶，我們覺得這款香味道也很好。管家小王服務不錯！總體來説雖然價位偏貴但體驗上還是比較舒心。"
