La piscina era la preferita dei bambini; ci hanno giocato dall'alba al tramonto ogni giorno. Il proprietario ci ha persino prestato l'attrezzatura, dicendoci che potevamo andare in spiaggia a pescare granchi la mattina. In breve, abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di tre giorni e due notti sull'isola.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica, è molto pulito e le camere sono spaziose. È molto vicino al Tempio Puji e c'è un ristorante chiamato ”Original Flavor” al piano inferiore, che rende il pasto molto comodo. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente attento, aiutandoci con i bagagli sia quando ci ha accolti che quando ci ha salutati. Un elogio speciale va a Xiao Li, la persona che ci ha accolti. Sceglierei sicuramente questo hotel di nuovo la prossima volta e lo consiglio vivamente.
