We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

I had a very good stay at Healray Collection Zhizhu. The hotel is in a great location by the water, and although it’s a little distance from the wharf, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. They were extremely responsive—even when I only requested a pick-up about half an hour before arrival, everything was arranged smoothly. The room was comfortable with modern facilities, and the hotel feels very well renovated and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaning lady was very friendly and would clean the room promptly whenever guests stepped out. Staff were always around and readily available. The reception staff and doorkeeper were also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The location is another plus, with only a short walk to the famous Guanyin statue. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area.

Anche il cibo qui è davvero buono - il (compreso) colazione e quello che si può comprare per pranzo/diner è davvero fresco. A causa della barriera linguistica, hanno cercato di accogliere offrendoci più colazione “stile occidentale”, ma quando ci siamo resi conto e ci hanno chiesto di farci un secondo colazione che era come quello che tutti gli altri avevano. Ci hanno aiutati anche con un guidatore a portarci al villaggio abbandonato e hanno prenotato i nostri biglietti a Shanghai. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata qui è FAST e affidabile che abbiamo realizzato non è un dato dopo poche settimane in Cina. Quindi è un altro (piccolo, ma importante) più sicuramente! Di solito mi piace esplorare posti diversi e soggiornare in alloggi diversi se/quando visitavo posti, ma probabilmente farei un'eccezione e restare qui ancora se tornassi a visitare l'isola!

L'esperienza dell'hotel Yuanyan Yuanyan Hotel è particolarmente buona per i genitori.La posizione geografica è molto eccellente. La camminata può raggiungere il mercato di Yuanyanga e il fiume Dong. Invece di risolvere il problema, il personale ha dato la colpa a tutti, ha evitato di assumersi le proprie responsabilità e alla fine ci ha offerto un ventilatore come ”soluzione”, dopo che avevamo già pagato il prezzo intero per una camera che avrebbe dovuto essere adeguatamente rinfrescata. Solo quando ho finalmente alzato la voce e ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore, hanno deciso di riaccendere l'aria condizionata. Che senso ha soggiornare qui se gli ospiti devono lottare solo per avere l'aria condizionata normale, che tipo di hotel è questo? Tutta questa esperienza ha rovinato completamente il mio viaggio. Il servizio alla reception è stato altrettanto deludente. Sono stati scortesi, insensibili e sprezzanti. Ci hanno ignorato mentre chiacchieravamo tra loro e hanno risposto solo quando ho alzato la voce. Questo comportamento è ben al di sotto degli standard professionali. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel e non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così poco professionale e irresponsabile. Non consiglio questo hotel.

La stanza è piuttosto piccola. La colazione è ok. Solo il problema è la mancanza di comunicazione dal personale. Abbiamo lasciato il nostro bagaglio dopo aver controllato il locale che li raccoglieremmo dopo aver visitato i templi di mattina. Quando siamo tornati, il bagaglio era scomparso. Il personale ha fatto uscire il bagaglio e ha mandato il bagaglio al piatto. Quando si è verificato, abbiamo preso la navetta dal pierre all’hotel per raccogliere i nostri bagagli, e questa ripartizione in comms ci ha costato un’ora di ritardo in un giorno d’autunno molto bello, soleggiato, che potremmo usare per godere del tempo balmario.
