Hotel con parcheggio a Urumqi

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal personale della reception. Nella hall era disponibile del tè salutare per gli ospiti, un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Persino le guardie di sicurezza si sono dimostrate disponibili e pronte a fornire informazioni, arrivando persino ad aiutarci a portare i bagagli giù per le scale. La colazione veniva servita nella biblioteca, un ambiente splendidamente arredato con un'ampia scelta di cibi. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno, tuttavia, è stata l'attenzione premurosa del personale dell'hotel. Hanno aiutato mia figlia, che si trova attualmente a Londra, a ordinare un mazzo di fiori da farmi recapitare in camera per la Festa della Mamma. Non ne ero a conoscenza. Poco dopo il check-in, la reception ha bussato alla mia porta con i fiori. Che piacevole sorpresa! È davvero impressionante che un servizio clienti così eccellente possa essere offerto anche online. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nel nuovissimo Xin LV Yige Hotel. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e molto confortevole. Forte Anley questo hotel!La prima scelta per la guida e il parcheggio sono comodi.La sala fitness, la lavanderia privata e la macchina da bagno dovrebbero essere completi e i dettagli sono considerati particolarmente attentamente.La casa è pulita e pulita, il servizio della ricetta è in fretta e tempestiva, l'esperienza di soggiorno è molto confortevole, vale la pena tornare!

Questo hotel è di alta qualità. Valore di 5 stelle standard. È stato costruito nel 2024, tutto era nuovo. I ricevitori del front desk erano tutti così professionali e ospiti. Ci sentivamo così a casa e confortevole che ci fermavamo per 6 notti. Abbiamo ricevuto un abbondante colazione, tè di sera e cena tardi. Avevamo una TV di 70 pollici con canali cinematografici. Ci è una lavanderia complementare. Il bagno di stile giapponese è un bonus. La fermata di autobus è lungo la strada. A piedi di Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum e Saybad Shopping District. Molto consiglia a tutti i visitatori di Urumqi di questo meraviglioso hotel.

Service: For check in on trip, it says to call a day in advance. I tried this, but the person who answered couldn't speak English. It was not a problem, because I then messaged on the online chat. That was perfectly fine and they responded very quickly. I'd say if you don't speak Chinese, just message online. The front desk staff were super helpful when I was there, and quick to use a translator so we could communicate well. Amenities: I did some washing, laundry detergent cost ¥10 I think, and again the staff were very helpful, finding as many hangers as I needed to dry my clothes. Location: The environment was so peaceful, the lobby was a nice air-conditioned place to hang out. The outside grass area was so lovely, with little lavender and rose plants and chairs to sit outside. There is also a bar across the courtyard, and a coffee shop. The area is a bit far out of the city, but it is right near the metro, lots of local shops, and a mall with some big chain stores. Things to consider: I stayed in the single room attached to the women's dorm. It was so handy to have my own space for a very reasonable price. However, the single room itself does not have its own air-conditioning. The women's dorm does, so to cool the room down, I would just keep the door between open for a bit. Still, it was never as cold as the dorm room because it went up to 40°c outside when I was there, and I preferred to keep the door locked when I went out to keep my belongings safe. The single room does have a fan and a window, so you can get some airflow through there. Overall, it was fine, just be aware if you are travelling during the summer. (Also one suggestion I would have is to put a mirror in the room, so you can get ready in there). The only other issue was no soap for washing hands in the dorm bathroom, although there was shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Cat: The cat was so cute! 🐈

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.

L'hotel è molto bello, il ristorante in fondo è davvero il migliore! Situato lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria e bus, ma immagino tutto sia in Urumqi! Vicino ai parchi nel centro!

Amber & Mr. Ma is great asset to the hotel as they are friendly & helpful who offer assistance in our needs. Thank you to both of them. They made our stay in your hotel very pleasantly. There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice.. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station. We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

Rimasto per 4 notti, solo una signora gestisce la ricezione quando ci siamo accolti e non sembrava amichevole. La colazione per 4 giorni è quasi la stessa pasta, non molto da scegliere. La partizione della stanza è orribile, possiamo sentire la conversazione a porte adiacenti e il rumore di colpo pesante dal nostro tetto a causa della gente che salta sul piano superiore. La cosa peggiore che ci ha davvero annoiato è che il pulitore di stanza ha dimenticato di chiudere la porta della stanza dopo aver pulito, esponendo la nostra lingua e le nostre proprietà quando siamo usciti per tutto il giorno.
