UUtente ospiteCheck in lady was awesome. Didnt get her name. Almost everynight we have footbath. The lady was very kind who serve the footbath. We really enjoy it. The breakfast was super. I should all the staffs are great. Walking distant to Wanda Plaza. To Hetian 2nd street too. Turn left as you walk out to main road. All the way down and turn right. Keep walking and you will see it with the crowd for Hetian night market. Eatery around hotel. Left and right on main road. Very cosy breakfast area.

IIamliuThe room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities provided. I appreciated the laundry service, the small gym, and the good breakfast served each morning. The location was convenient, surrounded by many restaurants and close to CC Mall. Early check-in was also a plus, making my stay more comfortable.However, the front desk staff's attitude really spoiled the experience. When I arrived for check-in, the first thing the front desk guy said was, “There is internet problem,” without even greeting me. I was confused and asked what he meant, but he just repeated the same sentence multiple times, each time raising his voice. It was an unpleasant exchange, and only after a few minutes did he proceed with the check-in and apologize.The next day, when I asked the front desk about transportation to Heavenly Lake (Tianshan Tianchi), the female and male staff looked at me blankly and seemed to have no idea. I had to repeat myself several times, but they still couldn’t provide any information about such a famous tourist spot. One of the female staff was even playing with her phone during the conversation. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first time I’ve encountered staff with such poor knowledge of their own city.Overall, the hotel has good facilities and a convenient location, but the front desk service and staff attitude need serious improvement.

Sshawn_on_caSlightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

AAkimi AkiyamaIl personale è molto utile, non abbiamo trovato alcuna scambio di denaro intorno, ma un ricevitore maschio ha cambiato denaro per noi a un tasso equo, apprezziamo. C'è un edificio commerciale proprio all'angolo dell'hotel, ci piace il mercato alimentare all'interno, hanno varietà di cibo come frutta fresca, verdure, pane, torte e tutto! Mi piaceva il loro colazione, non troppo, non troppo poco, cibo locale fresco cotto in stile buffet, godevo di mangiare la congee con un po' di sapone. Hanno anche tosta con gioielli aromatizzati e marmaladesi, era più di abbastanza ❤️ Abbiamo anche dormito molto bene, tranquillo e comodo.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. The best was just the right softness and the sheets was so soft and buttery smooth All other facilities was good , nothing new nothing amazing. BUT THE BED WAS SO GOOD. Please book this for the bed. I even contemplated staying for one more night just so I can lie in the bed and do nothing Also very near a lot of eateries. I think I will go back to Urumiqi and book this same hotel because the bed was so comfortable

TThanis T.If you are a first time traveler in Urumqi and don’t have a car, staying at this hotel will be challenging. The location is not that near to the railway station as the name might lead you to believe. The staff, although willing to help, didn’t really speak much English, making the interactions very hard. Room was very clean and spacious. No fridge and the safety box did not work when I tried to use it. Internet was poor.

UUtente ospiteL'ostello è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma un po' più lontano dal centro città. È facilmente raggiungibile in taxi o autobus (15-50 minuti di viaggio, 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione). Il personale è disponibile. Purtroppo non c'è la cucina, ma ci sono alcuni elettrodomestici a disposizione (un erogatore di acqua calda, un mini lavandino, un forno a microonde, un piccolo scomparto nel frigorifero). La lavanderia è disponibile a un piccolo costo. C'è un simpatico gatto, ma puzza di fumo, proprio come il resto della struttura. Molti ospiti sono scortesi e lasciano le porte delle camere aperte, quindi le camere puzzano sempre. La direzione deve risolvere questo problema. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare; i bagni e le docce vengono puliti raramente e ci sono molti capelli, polvere e sporcizia in camera. Da backpacker, però, sono abituato a questo genere di cose, quindi non mi sono trovato male. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato accettabile e, per il prezzo, non ci si può lamentare. L'unica cosa che ho trovato estremamente fastidiosa è stato il fumo, quindi toglierò punti per questo nella sezione ”Pulizia e servizio”.

UUtente ospiteL'ostello è a circa 5 - 7 minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana ”Sports Centre”, che è a circa 25+ minuti dall'aeroporto. L'ingresso dell'ostello è vicino al negozio Tesla, e si deve premere il buzzer, per la guardia di sicurezza aprire la porta per voi. Poi, dopo aver scritto il tuo nome nel libro degli ospiti, vai al decimo piano dell'ascensore. (Controlla le altre recensioni qui, per una foto della porta/porta all'edificio) Il personale parla poco in nessun inglese, ma è molto utile. Cercheranno di risolvere i vostri problemi, finché siete pazienti con il software di traduzione. Inoltre, è difficile per il personale verificare se non ha un numero di contatto o un contatto Alipay/Wechat. (Questo è un requisito del governo NC) Le camere sono di base e si può vedere la città. Non ci sono cortine di privacy e non c'è aria condizionata, nella mia. Il personale dell'ostello può fornire i fan, ma non abbiamo bisogno di nessuno, perché era ancora freddo a notte. I letti sono a posto. Anche nel bagno c'è un bagno, ma non c'è privacy per il bagno, perché c'è una lacuna tra la porta per gli altri a vedere e si può vedere attraverso il vetro congelato anche nel bagno! L'ostello è relativamente pulito, tranquillo e ben situato, eccetto che ci possono essere altri ospiti locali, che sono alti e a volte fumatori nelle altre camere. Oltre all'ostello è un bel centro commerciale e con molto da mangiare, nel cortile alimentare al terzo piano.
