Hotel con parcheggio a Urumqi

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal personale della reception. Nella hall era disponibile del tè salutare per gli ospiti, un dettaglio molto apprezzato. Persino le guardie di sicurezza si sono dimostrate disponibili e pronte a fornire informazioni, arrivando persino ad aiutarci a portare i bagagli giù per le scale. La colazione veniva servita nella biblioteca, un ambiente splendidamente arredato con un'ampia scelta di cibi. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno, tuttavia, è stata l'attenzione premurosa del personale dell'hotel. Hanno aiutato mia figlia, che si trova attualmente a Londra, a ordinare un mazzo di fiori da farmi recapitare in camera per la Festa della Mamma. Non ne ero a conoscenza. L'hotel era molto pulito e bello.Le strutture erano meravigliose, ci piaceva la palestra e il buffet era uno dei migliori che abbiamo avuto in viaggio in Cina. La posizione era vicina al centro CC, ma come descritto nella descrizione, pensavamo che sarebbe stato più vicina. Era anche lontano da altre cose da vedere in Urumqi, e doveva essere didi ovunque. La stanza non era pulita ogni giorno, e sembrava difficile pulire la nostra stanza ogni giorno. A parte questo, era un buon soggiorno e un albergo confortevole.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Tutto in questo posto è stimolante e accattivante, in un modo o nell'altro. Se c'è una cosa che traspare dall'arredamento di questa locanda, è che qui l'arte è vissuta con entusiasmo, un vantaggio per gli ospiti amanti dell'arte. Per finire, gli amanti dei gatti apprezzeranno particolarmente questo posto grazie al suo tema felino e alla mascotte, il gatto Hanhan. Per il suo prezzo, è un luogo meraviglioso dove soggiornare a Urumqi.

Le foto delle aree pubbliche dell'hotel non sono reali. Colazione con selezione cinese, solo pane vecchio e niente caffè. Ho preso il mio caffè e una colazione fresca dal panificio all'ingresso. La camera non era stata preparata. Il personale della reception era per lo più al computer e lì abbiamo chiacchierato.

Amber & Mr. Ma is great asset to the hotel as they are friendly & helpful who offer assistance in our needs. Thank you to both of them. They made our stay in your hotel very pleasantly. There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice.. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station. We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

Quite and outdated hotel. Staff was not particularly friendly when checking in, we had to ask for all information rather than it being given to us. Room is spacious, but old and the bathroom was rather dirty. Room smells like smoke but that it the case everywhere in China.
