LLanJiangDa quando siamo entrati nella reception, sapevamo che avremmo fatto la scelta giusta. La nuova proprietà, decorata con bellissimi toni pastel, esultava una vibrazione contemporanea e fresca che immediatamente alzò i nostri spiriti.
La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole, e l'efficiente layout ha massimizzato lo spazio così bene che si sentiva molto più grande di quanto si aspettasse, un design intelligente che ci ha davvero impressionati. Nonostante la posizione migliore dell’hotel nel cuore della città, la stanza era felicemente tranquilla.
Una caratteristica molto apprezzata è stata la lavanderia di servizio, che ha fatto sì che le macchine fossero di prima qualità, rendendo incredibilmente facile rinfrescare i nostri vestiti a metà viaggio.
La posizione dell'hotel è ciò che si separa davvero da questo hotel. Situato proprio sulla strada pedonale Zhongjie, siamo stati passi lontani da tutte le azioni, con attrazioni iconiche come il palazzo di Mukden e la Mansione di Zhang a pochi passi. Le notti erano un'illuminazione per ustt'abbiamo spostato l'escalatore dall'hotel e subito entrando nell'atmosfera vibrante della strada è stato un trattamento così.
Questo hotel offre un valore incredibile per soldi, senza saldature combinando comfort, comodità e una posizione di prima qualità. E 'una gemma che avremmo consigliato molto a chiunque visita la zona non potevamo chiedere di più!

UUtente ospiteHotel boutique eccellente con attrezzature e strutture di hotel. Amichevole concierge e personale di servizio in camera. Situazione relativamente centrale e è servito da metro (~700m) e autobus. Pulizia e ben mantenuta. Raccomanderò agli altri di rimanere qui quando visitano Shenyang.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

ZZSHUMENA Hidden Gem vicino all'aeroporto di Shenyang Taoxian: Yunshangju Hotel
Nestled near Shenyang Taoxian Airport, Yunshangju Hotel (Shenyang Taoxian Airport Branch) può essere piccolo in dimensioni, ma si accoppia un potente punch quando si tratta di offrire un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente.
Dal momento in cui sono entrato nell'hotel, sono stato colpito dal suo interno moderno. Il lobby era ben progettato, con linee elegante e elementi di decorazione contemporanea. Era un cambiamento rinfrescante dalle spesso - stufa e tradizionali lobby alberghiere. L'uso di colori leggeri e mobili minimalistici ha creato un senso aperto e aperto, che ha dato un tono positivo per tutta la mia permanenza.
La mia stanza era un giardino di pulizia, ogni superficie, dal pavimento al tappeto, era immacolatamente pulita, il letto era morbido e fresco, e le mutande forniva solo la giusta quantità di supporto. La camera da letto era assolutamente senza spazio, con i servizi moderni e una zona doccia ben mantenuta.
Il vero aspetto di questo hotel è la caduta dell'aeroporto - di servizio - ho avuto un volo mattinale presto e temevo di trovare il trasporto in un'ora così indegno. Ma grazie alla fiducia di Yunshangju - fuori servizio, non ho dovuto preoccuparmi di una cosa. Il servizio era pronto, e il conducente era amichevole e professionale. Mi hanno assicurato di arrivare all'aeroporto in tempo per il mio volo, permettendomi di iniziare il mio viaggio con la pace.
In conclusione, se si cerca un hotel pulito, moderno e convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto di Shenyang Taoxian, l'Hotel Yunshangju (Shenyang Taoxian Airport Branch) è una scelta eccellente. Nonostante la sua piccola dimensione, offre tutte le attrezzature essenziali e un servizio che va oltre e oltre per soddisfare le esigenze dei viaggiatori.

怡程酒店真的太棒啦！就在瀋陽北站南廣場正對面，過個馬路就能到，旁邊就是地鐵站，2號線、4號線都在這兒交匯，出行超方便，酒店還有接送站服務呦。
酒店環境真的絕了 融合了山水和文化氣息的裝修風格，時尚又不失典雅，滿滿的東方韻味，特別適合拍照打卡。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住的速度很快，酒店採用刷房卡上樓的方式，再加上點外賣有機器人配送，安全感直接拉滿！走廊電梯旁的小桌子上隨時備有礦泉水，想喝就拿，真的超貼心~
房間整體設計簡約大氣，空間乾淨整潔。床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬恰到好處！衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全，高級感滿滿。房間還配備了智能語音系統，動動嘴就能讓小度控制燈光、窗簾、電視，妥妥的懶人福音。

UUtente anonimoQuesto è il miglior hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Shenyang. La camera è pulita e spaziosa, con una sorgente termale esterna. All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

RRusIn una notte fredda, quando il mio precedente appartamento è stato cancellato improvvisamente per qualche strano motivo, sono entrato in questo hotel in un ultimo minuto di decisione. La proprietaria mi ha salutato. Il suo nome inglese è Nancy e lei è molto amichevole e benvenuta.
Nella prima impressione, la stanza è essenzialmente un appartamento e non un hotel tipico. Per tutti gli stranieri, per dire semplicemente, è come un concetto Airbnb. Non era pulito all'inizio, ma essere la prima notte, ho lasciato andare. Il wifi non è buono e la doccia è cambiata incoerentemente da caldo a freddo da sola.
Tuttavia, il giorno dopo, grazie all'trip.com e al proprietario, abbiamo risolto la maggior parte dei problemi. Ancora una volta, per gli stranieri, essere pronti a avere un brutto giorno con l'internet. Usa i tuoi dati mobili invece. Il doccia era grande quando si è sistemato. L'hotel ha pulito la stanza. In generale, se è per un giorno o due, consiglio questo posto sia solo o con il vostro partner/compagno di viaggio.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
