Unexpectedly great experience! Room with JBL sound system and big screen tv and free movie access! Location superb! At commercial area with shops, restaurants and 5 mins walk to Shenyang Railway station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed and having great rest

L'ambiente interno è pulito e rinfrescante, il layout è ragionevole e regolare, e non sarà depresso vivere in. Si può fare in loco, lontano dal mondo esterno, il personale di servizio comporta adeguatamente, trattare le persone con sincerità e amicizia, ci sono molti negozi in piedi, le esigenze quotidiane sono piene e tutti possono essere soddisfatti. L'intero soggiorno è molto comodo, il rapporto costi-benefici è molto buono, la stanza è ben mantenuta, l'attrezzatura è in buona fede, l'esperienza di utilizzo è eccellente, l'igiene è completa, la circolazione dell'aria è asciutta, e il servizio è accurato.Molto buono.

Ho soggiornato di recente allo Yicheng Hotel (filiale della stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana di Shenyang Nord) e ne sono rimasto profondamente colpito. Questo hotel offre un mix perfetto di comodità, comfort e servizi moderni, rendendolo una scelta eccellente sia per chi viaggia per affari che per piacere. La posizione è imbattibile: si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Shenyang Nord e a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende incredibilmente facile spostarsi in città. Che arriviate in treno o che vogliate esplorare Shenyang, la posizione privilegiata dell'hotel garantisce un soggiorno senza stress. L'hotel stesso è moderno ed elegante, con una reception spaziosa e lussuosa che anticipa lo stile dell'intera struttura. Anche la camera era altrettanto impressionante, con un design elegante e contemporaneo e arredi accoglienti. Ho apprezzato particolarmente i comandi vocali per luci, tende, aria condizionata e TV: un tocco di innovazione e praticità che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la colazione è stata un punto forte. L'offerta era ricca e variegata, con un mix di opzioni europee e cinesi, tutte fresche e deliziose. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata, sia che dovessi andare a riunioni o esplorare la città. Nel complesso, l'Hotel Yicheng è una scelta fantastica per chiunque visiti Shenyang. La sua posizione strategica, i comfort moderni e l'eccellente servizio lo rendono un'opzione eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei sicuramente durante il mio prossimo viaggio!

Wonderful three night stay, really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, lots of selection and quality very good. Room was especially nice, very roomy and modern and feng shui in room very good, shower in room was spectacular, gym well-equipped with latest generation machines. Huge shopping connected to hotel building with many floors, including a food court and also medium to high end restaurants and also a supermarket so very convenient location. Sylvia and Ivy at the front desk were very warm and pleasant during check-out, would stay here again if ever back in Shenyang.

第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

La stanza era bella e pulita, la posizione era molto conveniente. La receptionista era incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, era molto disposta ad aiutarmi con le mie indagini sulla zona e mi ha aiutato nel mio arrangimento taxi, considerando che non conoscevo la zona in generale, e il servizio aeroportuale era anche molto efficiente. My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay at Swissôtel Shenyang again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenyang. Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

I recently stayed at this hostel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, making it easy to meet other travelers from all over the world. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available to give recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Even in shared dorms, there was plenty of space for luggage and personal belongings, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and cleaned regularly throughout the day, which made a big difference. One of the highlights was the common area. It was cozy and lively at the same time, with comfortable seating, games, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hostel also organized social activities like city tours and group dinners, which created a great sense of community. The location was perfect — close to public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions. Overall, this hostel offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and social place to stay. I would definitely come back!

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
