LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

Fornire anche la stazione di ricezione di Yuanyang North! Chiamatevi in anticipo per una prenotazione. Fornire una mappa di tutti i principali piani di linea di attrazioni di Xiaoyang in camera dell'hotel 🗺️ Anche i contadini che non hanno aggredito possono fare il viaggio di Yiaoyang ～ Inoltre, fornire un buono per mangiare un pranzo di lavoro, può ordinare due piatti e può imballare e portare via questo viaggio per me La gente che viaggia è molto amichevole e lava i vestiti può anche lasciare che il cameriere venga a prendere la stanza. NNiuguluxueSono andato a Shenyang da Harbin con il treno ad alta velocità e ho scelto appositamente questo hotel. La mia ragazza e io viaggiavamo insieme e sono stati la prima scelta perché potevano ospitare una stanza a persona con un letto grande! Uscire dalla stazione di Shenyang, camminare fino all'ingresso della linea 1 della metropolitana, attraversare la strada e camminare per cinque minuti per arrivare. È circondato da Taiyuan Street, Walmart, Suning, Parkson e Wanda, dove potrai trovare tutti i servizi di ristorazione, shopping e intrattenimento di cui hai bisogno. È anche molto vicino alla West Tower in taxi. Anche l'orario della colazione dell'hotel è molto buono, e può essere aperto fino alle 11 nei weekend, il che è davvero fantastico per coloro che non vogliono alzarsi presto ma non vogliono perdersi la colazione. Lo staff è stato molto entusiasta e ha preso l'iniziativa di chiederci se avevamo bisogno di aiuto per portare i bagagli in camera. Hanno pulito la camera con cura ogni giorno durante il nostro soggiorno prolungato. Lo consiglio vivamente❤

И в действительности номер был очень хорош. Есть все удобства, уютный свет, телевизор и чистота. До отеля и обратно есть трансфер, приятный мужчина, который и с чемоданами поможет тоже. Утром водитель так же был ко времени и всё прошло быстро без проблем
Из минусов: персонал совсем не говорит по-английски, объяснить что-то базовое нужно по переводчику, в целом это не сложно, но так как место находится недалеко от аэропорта мы думали, что будет иначе. По поводу трансфера нужно было звонить по прилёту и договариваться и это тоже оказалось большим квестом для нас и для сотрудников. Но сами сотрудники несмотря на это очень милые и доброжелательные
Главный минус: очень сильно пахнет сигаретами, в номере тоже было невозможно находиться в какой-то момент. В отеле можно курить, но мы выбирали функцию удалить запах сигарет, но видимо из-за тонких стен он буквально везде. На улице тоже стоит неприятный запах гари и какой-то смог. В ближайшем магазинчике тоже было сильно накурено. Для тех, кто плохо переносит плохие запахи этот район и место НЕ подходит. Мы прогуливались и у других отелей так же был этот запах гари (видимо по всему райончику), как там внутри сказать не могу

Underground parking.
The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione era eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione di metropolitana del Centro finanziario e a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di ShenYang Nord.
È anche facile andare in uno dei più grandi mercati mattinali se si segue semplicemente la mappa GaoDe.
Sono andato anche al museo più vicino, perché le strade sono facili da camminare.
Molto consigliare questo posto per la posizione e il prezzo a prezzi accessibili.
Ci sono molti ristoranti, mini-mart, negozi di frutta proprio sotto la casa. È anche un centro commerciale a piedi. Ci è anche un piccolo giardino vicino se non si può davvero fare senza giardino.
Ci sono 3 ristoranti a hall a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.
La stanza che ho trovato era spaziosa e ben progettata, e i pilastri sono costruiti in uno specchio corporeo completo che mi ha sorpreso. La stanza ha tutto quello che mi serve per il mio soggiorno di settimana.
Internet non era abbastanza stabile per le chiamate video.
Portare alcuni pezzi d'orecchio per la qualità delle pareti sono davvero sottili.
Il servizio del proprietario era professionale e molto rapido, cosa che è cruciale in questa linea di business.
Gli appartamenti di questo proprietario sembrano essere molto più in domanda. (Ho rinunciato ad un altro appartamento da un altro proprietario e sono venuto qui invece. L'altro proprietario in un altro blocco era una dellusione totale. Per questo sono felice di aver trovato un tale proprietario professionale.)
In generale, non può chiedere di più con questo appartamento a questo tasso. Certamente oltre la mia aspettativa. 👍

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
