Esperienza eccellente in questo hotel boutique. Questo è un piccolo hotel boutique ad alto termine molto bello. Le posizioni sono perfettamente bloccate su una strada laterale, ma solo un isolato dal cuore del Quartiere Latino. A 20 minuti a piedi dal fiume Notre Dame, a Louvre, molti ristoranti e caffè in un blocco dell'hotel, erano così tante opzioni per mangiare e bere, era fantastico. Le camere erano molto belle con letti confortevoli e aria condizionata fredda, perché era molto caldo quando eravamo a Parigi. La parte assolutamente migliore di questo hotel era tuttavia il servizio. Maria in servizio ospite era FABULO. Ogni membro del personale con cui abbiamo interagito durante il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso.

We traveled with our teen daughter recently to Paris and stayed for a week to introduce her to one of our favorite European destinations. The most memorable has got to be the service! From the doorman, front desk staff, concierge team to breakfast room staff... we couldn't say enough great things about how friendly and helpful they all are. We were always greeted with a great smile and ”how can I help you today” attitude. During the planning stage, I corresponded with the concierge team about ticket reservations and some planning tips. They were always very responsive within 1~2 days and also had good insights into what worked best for our schedule. Throughout out stay, the concierge staff also helped with last minute changes and helped communicate with restaurants or boutiques for any adjustments or questions. They made it so easy for us to just enjoy the vacation with minimal stress. We had a minor issue with our room due to weather and the front desk team jumped quickly to find alternative solution for us and was also very apologetic throughout the process. They continued to check up and to make sure that things were made right in the end and we appreciated how concerned they were that our holiday was not soured in any way. Lastly, the property is just the right size and in the right location that we're not overwhelmed by crowds when we ”returned home” after a long day of Parisian adventures. The central location also allowed us to hop over to the right bank or to the closest metro stations to venture out. Nothing was every too far to walk, at least for us. We've been so spoiled by this location, property and staff that we will be back again for sure!

L'Hotel Bel Ami mi ha stupito positivamente! Partendo inizialmente dalla sua posizione, che è veramente ottima, essendo al centro di tutti i più importanti luoghi da visitare oltre ché l'ottima zona in cui risiede: lussuosa e ben servita. La reception ed il concierge a completa disposizione del cliente, sono disponibilissimi e parlano tutte le lingue, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole. Le camere, pur essendo non molto grandi, sono confortevoli, pulitissime e ben climatizzate. Le governanti, inoltre, sono sempre a disposizione e ci hanno lasciato anche due pensierini all'interno della stanza (cioccolato ed acqua). La colazione a Buffet in quantità e di qualità ottima. Alla fine dei conti, ne è valsa assolutamente la pena e consiglio a tutti il Bel Amì! Gianluca Bot.

Hotel Madison è un magnifico hotel boutique in una posizione conveniente.Abbiamo trovato la nostra camera comoda e deliziosa decorata. La parte migliore è il nostro balcone con vista sulla chiesa in tutta la strada. Questa visita è stata una speciale che celebra il 16° anniversario di mia figlia, che è stato anche il suo dorato compleanno. Sanjay, il concierge dell’hotel, è la ragione principale per cui il nostro viaggio è stato così meraviglioso. Gli ho scritto in anticipo per posta elettronica e ha potuto creare prenotazioni e tour di ristorante popolari in anticipo alla nostra visita. Questo livello di servizio è incongruo nella mia esperienza e ha fatto molto per alleviare qualsiasi stress possibile legato al coordinamento dei viaggi internazionali. Sanjay era responsabile, gentile, conosciuto e solo una persona meravigliosa. Ci aspettiamo già la prossima visita e saremo sicuri di riferire Hotel Madison e Sanjay a tutti i nostri amici e familiari.

L'hotel è particolarmente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Lyon. Il problema è che abbiamo una figlia di quattro anni con la ricetta per noi di sistemare una stanza di nuovo, perché siamo tre persone e non possiamo vivere in una stanza di due persone. Spieghiamo per molto tempo che la figlia e noi dormono 1.8, cioè non concordiamo, Più tardi, attraverso amici, ho imparato la Francia a prenotare una stanza per persona, e i bambini sono anche uno, e fatevi svegli! Non capisco quando ho prenotato. Trip.com ha scritto che i bambini potevano stare. A mezzanotte, a 23:00 Trip.com era molto responsabile. Mi ha aiutato a risolvere e a far fronte a tutti i costi aggiuntivi. Il potere di una grande marca, e dopo la vendita è meglio di **!

Siamo appena rientrati da Parigi e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti della scelta di questo hotel! Posizione centrale, 10 min a piedi dal Louvre e dall’Opera, vicino al quartiere orientale quindi circondato da tanti ristorantini cool di cucina asiatica. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma molto pulite ed eleganti, diciamo che vanno bene per una formula weekend. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso. Davvero accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica a 2 minuti a piedi dalla Gare de Lyon da dove si possono prendere un sacco di mezzi per poi spostarsi. A piedi se uno ha voglia di camminare si arriva in mezz'ora a Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, ecc....Camere piccole ma pulite, noi eravamo in 3 (2 adulti ed un bimbo di 9 anni) e le abbiamo utilizzate solo per dormire quando tornavamo la sera. Bagno comodo e doccia spaziosa e cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione variegata sia dolce che salata e decisamente buona ed il personale veramente cordiale e gentile. Inoltre in zona si possono trovare ristoranti di tutti i tipi (etnici, francesi, bar, fast food, ecc.....). Lo utilizzerò sicuramente per un altro viaggio a Parigi.

The location of this hotel is excellent in a vibrant area of Paris with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Its within walking distance to a number of key attractions and there is a metro station a few hundred metres away which provides easy access to everywhere else. The hotel is good value, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms basic yet comfortable and spacious as a solo traveller. Shower leaked a bit into the bathroom and room could do with some chairs and storage but all minor given the value and location which were what was most important for me. There is a cafe that is part of the reception area. Given the location and value I would stay again.

Struttura perfetta per muoversi nel centro di Parigi , ogni mezzo a pochi passi dalla metró alla rer B , pulizia impeccabile , stanza calda accogliente , ogni giorno asciugamani e lenzuola pulite , colazione internazionale il giusto per ogni palato , e poi a 250 mt c’è notre dame , quartiere latino famoso per la svariata cucine di ogni genere , se posso aggiungere sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque il ristorante VITA che dista a pochi passi , non fatevi ingannare ! Lo consiglio sia a coppie e famiglie il personale è stato esemplare , al prossimo ritorno a Parigi saprò dove ritornare per alloggiare !! Complimenti Consiglio a tutti di portare le foto tessere 25x30 e attivare all aeroporto la navigo dècouverte costa 5 euro per due tessere durata 10 anni si ricarica al costo di 22 euro per le zone 1/5 durata settimanale si può scegliere anche mensile !! Situazione elegante: In accesso passo per passo Lussemburgo Garden, Notre Dam de Pari, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Elysee Fields, Triumph Arc, ecc. entro un'ora di cammino. Anche vicino alla chic Chiesa di St. Serena con una finestra 2-row in tutto il perimetro. In generale, camminare - non andare. Il sogno di un turista! Le camere sono piccole. Tutti e due saremo strette. O andate a letto sul principio di ”venite-caduto”. Le letti sono comodi, le camere sono pulite, tutto quello che avete bisogno (eccetto le mutandine) è presente. Una piccola cassaforte non permetterà di mettere una compressa o un portatile in essa. In questo caso, una chiusura in una borsa sarà utile se si vuole lasciare l'apparecchiatura nella stanza. Se decido di tornare a Parigi, il 99% che fermerò di nuovo in questo hotel.
