Posizione strategica e ben servita dai servizi, hotel piccolo ma carino e soprattutto silenzioso.

Il personale è stato molto gentile. La posizione era meravigliosa, a pochi passi dall'Arco di Trionfo e dagli Champs-Élysées. Anche la stazione della metropolitana, con diverse linee, era vicina. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Fate attenzione, in hotel c'è un ladro. La posizione è buona. Il direttore è stato bravo fin dal primo giorno. È un uomo. È così gentile e simpatico. Ma ho perso tre oggetti in camera: un Apple Headset Pro, un paio di pantaloni e una fascia. La direttrice mi ha detto di non aver visto nulla. E continuava a digitare male il numero della mia carta quando ho fatto il check-out e continuava a dire che c'era qualcosa che non andava. Che stupidaggine. Persino io sono una donna. Ma mi mette davvero a disagio. È scandaloso. Non credo che l'hotel assumerà un ladro in hotel. Ma esiste.

Non siamo riusciti a dormire bene per 2 notti perché l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra ma il rumore dei lavori e la strada trafficata hanno incasinato il nostro sonno. Avrebbero dovuto informarci in anticipo e lo abbiamo segnalato il primo giorno, ma nulla è stato risolto fino alla nostra ultima notte. Non valeva il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per essere così stanchi per giorni da tutti i voli che abbiamo preso e volevamo davvero avere l'energia per passeggiare per Parigi, ma con un brutto sonno, il nostro viaggio non è stato massimizzato.

Good location, good room size, clean, friendly staff, small but good breakfast.

The only downsides I can mention are: • the small bathroom, • narrow hallway, • no space to open a suitcase, • and the limited space for breakfast. But on the positive side, having free tea and coffee available all day was great, and the hotel was close to the metro with very good access to transportation.

Well located hotel and excellent for tourism next to shopping area and major touristic sites.

Location to metro and top sightseeing spots is what makes this place top notch. The hotel is nice and historic. The rooms are nice, but they’re very small. The staff is very Courteous.  Did I mention that the location is the sweet spot of this hotel? Very convenient for visiting Paris and getting to attractions

Good location, excellent staff, small room, and amnesties just OK. Could have been good value for money if priced around $ 100-120.

I like the hotel not bad at all for tourists but I believe it can be better. the owner, i believe, can add a lot of things to transfer the hotel from good to excellent. The staff a very nice & friendly. For those who expect a room big like the hotels in the USA don't. I reserve a business room and upgraded to premium it was the biggest room I believe in that hotel but still was small. The hotel 5 min walk to the arc .
