Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff who can speak English. No parking available within hotel, but there is public carpark with charges within walking distance. Check in after 3pm. Check out was fuss free using the check out machine. There is a water dispenser at the entrance.

Added breakfast and it was very delicious! The room size is okay.

Excellent service! I love the rooftop bath! Nice to relax after a day of walk! There’s a bit of walk to Hakata Station.

Great location, has lots of restaurants, coffee shops and department stores nearby. Front desk personnel are friendly, however, with only limited English communication skills. Our rental car is too high to park in the hotel’s garage, so they directed us to a nearby parking lot. When I asking about the parking reimbursement, no one understood what I am talking about until I use Google translator to communicate with them. The answer is no. Hotel has only a few parking spaces, so there is a big chance you need to park outside of the hotel and pay thousands of parking fee. (The front desk even suggested me to park till 20:00 to save some money without thinking that I am staying in this hotel, which means I need to park overnight…)

The room was a little smaller than expected but looked quite neat and clean with all the items we needed for the stay. We enjoyed the semi-outdoor onsen every evening there.

Stay was ok, however, many people knocked on my door whom I didn’t know. Very strange

Located between Hakata station and tenjin. Nice hotel to stay.

Location is the great advantage of this hotel. Few minutes from Canal City, 100 meters from Subway station (only 1 stop to Tenjin) and 10 minutes walk to Hakata Station.

It’s not far from the Hakata station, need to walk around 7 mins or take subway for one station, everything is new and the room is big

Location was good. But you have to collect your own amenities at the lobby which was inconvenient. Does not over overnight parking which isn’t ideal. There are better options in this area.

Great location with great service. The room is nice and clean. Love the outdoor onsen, either morning dip or late night dip is super fine. Delicious breakfast.

Overall, the hotel can satisfy most of the night. However, there are still rooms in certain areas for improvement. We like to Public bath on the top floor. Staff services is a little bit under provided, and more support should be given to people Lighthouse, who are visitors to the city. The drop off area is a little bit small, and like talk in the back door, although there are a lot of taxis. Getting off there is a hot difficult due to the metal railing.

The hotel service and location is good. It is clean. There is also indoor carpark provided. I would like to recommend it to my friends.
