What a great hotel, the location is in the centre of Palm Springs, the fire pits outside are simply amazing. Staff were really friendly.

The thermostat was locked at 69 degrees because the engineer said the system would lock up if it as set below 65. It was an old, loud, clunky HVAC. I had a hard time falling asleep because it was going off constantly.

Plumbing issues with the bathtub in our room.

We checked into the hotel, got our 2 room keys and proceeded to our granddaughters gymnastics competition. We got back and went up to our room, tried our key and it didn't work. After hearing talking inside our room, the door opened and a family of 3 were in there!!!! We had to go downstairs and they had no idea how this happened. I am handicapped so the family invited me to stay with them as my husband went back down. The building is HUGE and took 15-20 minutes to go from Our Room to the desk!! After quite a scene, he was given another room for us on another floor. Another VERY LONG walk for both of us!! The room was what we paid for but no apologies or reimbursement was offered. What would have happened if our suitcases were in the room? What would have happened if they weren't a very nice family and helped me out as I couldn't walk any further with my cane. They did end up comping our food and drinks but it was a terrible and upsetting experience for us...and the other family! I am VERY UNCOMFORTABLE staying there again due to room security!!!!

My wife and I had a terrific stay. There was a friendly concierge on-site every day eager to help out with any needs or requests from the guests. The location was walking distance to the downtown area. We had a great stay and was thrilled with our choice.

Bath floor was dirty. Balconies dirty. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

Bedrooms feel a little tired, especially the bathrooms. You can see mildew buildup on the showerhead and along the drain. No small amenities like make up wipes or shower cap in the bathroom. The elevators are terrible, don’t know why they can’t make them look a little nicer, they are tired and look like service Elevators. The lobby is nice. Very convenient if you have an event at the convention center.

臨時停留一晚，酒店雖然舊了點但是舒服乾淨。 停車場是開放的，check in前台會問你有沒有停車，25刀一天。但是出去是沒有出口檢查的…… 樓下有星巴克和餐廳，咖啡價格比外面貴，味道不如外面。

The hotel is beautiful but it is missing some maintenance. More cleaning and some pieces missing in the elevator. The rooms are good, but the dispensers for taking a shower wasn’t working. The cleaning lady just made the beds and left the rest of the room exactly as we did. I will not complain for this small details, but the room was $300 a night. Not even water bottles for the guests.
