The hotel lobby and amenities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of towels at the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is big enough for a number of people soaking in it together. Two big containers of water are ready for you in the lobby. The room is dated; the screen door requires some work. Water comes out from both the shower head and faucet when taking showers. Overall, we had a good time.

The place is great, breakfast is wonderful, free parking is provided

What a great hotel, the location is in the centre of Palm Springs, the fire pits outside are simply amazing. Staff were really friendly.

Staff were helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Food was delicious. Only complaint would be the pool being very warm so much so that it wasn’t refreshing. Perhaps they could improve this by adding some kind of shading to the pool area. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a central location.

臨時停留一晚，酒店雖然舊了點但是舒服乾淨。 停車場是開放的，check in前台會問你有沒有停車，25刀一天。但是出去是沒有出口檢查的…… 樓下有星巴克和餐廳，咖啡價格比外面貴，味道不如外面。

酒店地理位置不錯，就是設施有些老舊了，但整體還算整潔，房間比較大，服務也很熱情，泳池很贊，適合親子度假。

호텔 뷰가 정말 진귀합니다. 팜스프링스는 처음이었는데 메리엇 계열이라 그런지 깔끔 모던해서 좋았어요. 시설도 다 잘 갖춰져있고 모닝뷰도 좋고, 스위트는 간이거실이 있어서 쓰기 좋았습니다

按照美帝這邊標準來説，這個價位標準，酒店還是很不錯啦！大泳池，大套房還帶觀景陽台，甚至陽台上的傢俱都是配備齊全。地廣人稀的大沙漠，該酒店適合週轉附近各景點。 缺點：給兒子洗澡，他突然尖叫，在浴簾後面發現一衹“小強”……呃😓

5樓陽台房，但樓頂的空調機組噪音非常大，所以衹想關上陽台門，去陽台就太吵了…

很差，有蟑螂，衞生不好，服務也不太行，早餐還可以，自助挺豐富的，餐廳服務人員也不錯，橙汁是鮮榨，味道也不錯。
