酒店地理位置很棒,周圍有很多不錯的餐廳。房間很大,雖然內部沒有空調,工作人員還是貼心的配了小電扇~

Angenehm zentrale Lage, ruhige Zimmer und Wasserkunst an der Rezeption (ein riesiger rosa Kübel/Eimer, in den alle paar Sekunden Wasser aus dem 3. Stock hinuntertropft). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, allerdings wird, wenn man sich irgendwas nachnimmt, das noch am Tisch verbleibende so schnell abgeräumt, dass wir nicht mal unseren Tee und Saft austrinken konnten. Schöner vom Zimmer aus einsehbarer begrünter Innenhof mit wunderschönem abendlichen Vogelkonzert.

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel con mia figlia di un anno e mezzo e mia moglie. Al nostro arrivo Oscar è stato molto cordiale e competente, parla anche italiano oltre che inglese e tedesco. Mi è spiaciuto solamente dopo aver pagato, apprendere che (secondo quanto raccontato da Oscar) le camere erano attualmente tutte senza aria condizionata causa problema tecnico legato all’impianto di climatizzatore. Diciamo che non ho per niente gradito sapere di questo mal funzionamento solo dopo aver pagato anche perché me ne sarei andato via dato che per noi, avendo una bimba piccola, l’aria condizionata è fondamentale specialmente in qui giorni di afa. Nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 11 di sera, la stanza era rovente, c’erano 33 C° e non hanno nemmeno avuto la cortezza di aprire le finestre per far andare via il caldo. Una volta entrato, mi sono accorto che in realtà la stanza non era predisposta per l’aria condizionata, non erano presenti split o griglie di areazione quindi quanto raccontato da Oscar era soltanto una scusa per coprire le carenze della struttura, infatti in camera erano presenti dei ventilatori e non altro e in più in receptions l’aria condizionata funzionava e come! Ho poco gradito questo scherzo e fregatura, dato che avevo selezionato questo hotel per la presenza di aria condizionata in stanza (specifica presente anche nella prenotazione). Abbiamo cercando di dormire (non è stato possibile riposare) completamente sudati, è stata una bella fregatura (anche perché avevo scritto un messaggio alla struttura con richiesta di aria condizionata e poi confermata) e presa in giro! Avrei gradito di essere avvisato prima del pagamento così che avrei potuto organizzarmi per cambiare struttura! Trasparenza pessima!

The room itself is very nice, and the parking underneath the hotel is a big plus. It's also in the center, easily reachable. When I entered the room, I noticed a fan on the desk. Strange, because the room is supposed to be equipped with an air conditioner. A few moments later I understood the reason behind it: the airco doesn't work. When 30 degreed Celcius is expected, airco is more than just nice to have. So back to the reception for help. Alas, no room was available to switch to, at least not for tonight. But tomorrow it would be possible. I confirmed with the lady receptionist that I would come by after work and I could switch rooms. No problem. Next day, at around 5PM, I stop by the reception coming back from work. Explaining that I'm here to swap rooms, the receptionist (different one) tells me: "ah no, you were going to do that this morning and you didn't show.", accompagnied by a large grin on his face, seemingly happy (for whatever reason) to deny my request. Explaining again that I specifically agreed to come by *after* work, he then admits a communication error with his colleague, and proceeds to tell me that he held the room until 1PM and now they are fully booked again. But that didn't keep him from tapping away at his computer, searching for who knows what. All that while sporting a rather arrogant demeanor. The sarcastic sounding "I wish you good sleep" at the end was the cherry on the cake. If you know upfront that there is an issue with the airco (which they did, hence the fan), and it's part of the room's amenities (which it is), no stating the issue beforehand (or at the very latest when checking in, is something I consider very bad service and all but customer oriented. Yes they promised (I've yet to see the invoice) a discount, but as I'm here for business and thus not paying for the room (my employer is), that has zero impact for me. Other than that: a fridge in the room would've been nice, and a daily bottle of water instead of just one at the beginning of your stay. It would also be good if a receptionist stayed at their reception, instead of continuously standing outside chatting away, reluctantly dragging themselves inside whenever a guest appears at the reception.

We had a great experience at Vienna House in Dornbirn, especially because we were so well received by Oscar. Oscar is the most friendly and helpful reception manager we have ever experienced. He helped us with his local knowledge, travel advice and getting things organised. He did the extra mile and went out of his way to help us. Every hotel, lucky enough to have such a great person on duty should take good care of such talents.

Stayed 4 nights over Christmas at this Hotel. Staff were excellent as was the whole experience.On Christmas Day they organised a wonderful Christmas dinner with entertainment as part of the package. Whoever was responsible for the cleaning of our room was to be commended , can't go into detail here but it was somebody with a wonderful sense of humour..

We visited the Hotel Martinspark for one weekend. The staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They had a special: if you skip the room cleaning, you'll get a little surprise; which was really nice. Especially the breakfast was extraordinary good! The location in the middle of the center was super, therefore we were able to go shopping, have dinner and spend our evening in the local bars. Great visit!

The hotel is beautiful, The food is good in both variety and taste, beds mattresses are quite good (not great but well above average), the rooms have classic design and are very clean. The staff were helpful. The interior is stylish. I really liked the place.

Guter Standort, zentral. Das ist super! Gutes Bett. Aber: Check in dauerte sehr lange. Chaotisch. Einfach zu wenig Personal. Bemüht, die Wartenden nicht zu bemerken. Zimmer nicht sauber. Im Bad gab es noch den Müll der Vorgänger. Lange schwarze Haare neben dem Waschbecken. Brausekopfhalterung verschlissen. Fugen der Fliesen sehen unappetitlich aus. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Warum hat dieses Hotel 4 Sterne? Höchstens 2-3 wären angebracht. Für das Gebotene zu teuer. Parkhaus pauschal 10€. Keine Rechnung oder Quittung bekommen. Keine Nachfrage, ob alles chic war. Insgesamt eine deprimierende Erfahrung.

Gutes Hotel und wirklich große Zimmer. Wir hatten beide Zimmer die im Upgrade verfügbar waren. Der Balkon ist sehr groß aber etwas langweilig. Die Aussicht ist schön. Sehr gutes Frühstück für den Preis. Leider wurde in beiden Zimmer der Badezimmermülleomer nicht geleert

Netjes ontvangen, we voelden ons echt welkom. Alles goed uitgelegd hoe we morgenochtend kunnen vertrekken, omdat er dan nog geen receptie aanwezig is. Kamer goed, maar warm. Douche goed. Helemaal tevreden. We zijn op doorreis en blijven hier maar 1 nacht. Dornbirn zelf is een leuke plaats met gezellige restaurantjes.

Hotel muy céntrico, personal muy amable, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, bufete de desayuno exquisito, vistas a la montaña, y recepción muy moderna y diferente, lo que eché en falta son cadenas de tv en español.

Première déception; le SPA annoncé sur plusieurs site de vente n’est en fait qu’une chambre aménagée avec douche et petit sauna Deuxième déception plus problématique: les prestations convenues, réservées et payées n’ont pas été fournies comme demandées, nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter -> mauvaise organisation, incompréhension au sein des équipes débordées Amenant à la troisième déception: séminaires tous les jours y compris samedi et dimanche, personnel débordé donc, environnement bruyant et stressant avec des gens en costard et pressés Point positif le buffet du petit déjeuné très varié, pour tous les goûts. Bien que difficile à apprécier avec tous ces professionnels pressés, en sachant qu’il n’y a qu’une seule machine à boissons chaudes (oui il faut faire la queue comme à la caisse du supermarché) L’hôtel est cependant propre et moderne, bien situé et avec un parking gratuit au sous sol. Recommandé pour une nuit à la limite ou pour séjour professionnel.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel. Die Einfahrt ist mit einem größeren PKW relativ schwierig. Man befindet sich in der Ortsmitte. Ambiente des Hotels toll! Hier haben Architekten Ideen umgesetzt. Freundlicher zuvorkommender Empfang. Frühstücksbüffet abwechslungsreich in einem sehr schönen Hotelbereich.
