The room was super clean , I would definitely go to this hotel again it’s just the location is abit far away from the city center but it was worth it

Comfortable hotel & walking distance to south train station. Don't have to ask for late check out.

Very new hotel , nice showers , but no luggage stand , clothes hangers are less than 12” higher , so can’t hang any clothes .. Perfect location if you ‘re traveling by train as it is right next to Hangzhou South station

Very happy with my stay in this hotel, very near to the train and subway station. The room is clean, spacious and the bed so comfortable. Highly recommended.

總體房間面積寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，床具乾淨整潔，雖然是冬季旅遊，旅店提供的被辱足夠保暖，給人回家的感覺。服務人員的態度也十分熱情耐心，對提出的問題第一時間給予處理，給旅客帶來親切感。 美中不足的是酒店的總體設施陳舊，設計形式不合理，給我入住帶來不愉快的體驗。如：衞生間的浴房狹小，門沉重，使用中稍有不慎極易碰傷手腳，造成不必要的傷害。而且浴房的下水道流水不暢，疏通一次還是沒有解決問題，使沐浴成為一種尷尬的痛。希望酒店定期維護設施設備，為客户帶來更好的服務。

差👎差在哪裡呢，12月份的冬天，吹風機是壞的，打開有異味，不出風，給前台反應，前台第一時間説你是不是不會用，在我無論説什麼話的過程中一直對我説該怎麼怎麼用，可是它就是壞的，再怎麼用都不行，遂要求更換一個吹風機送過來，答應了，等了十五分鐘一直沒人送，再給前台打電話説：已經安排客房來給送了。好那就再等會兒，又等了半個小時沒人來送，實在等不來了，衹能濕着頭髮出門。什麼服務自己看吧

設施：洗手盆都被劃花了，白盆露出黑色的劃線，關鍵是熱水居然是黃色的 看圖片很商務，但是裝修是老舊派 唯一優點是空間夠大

和朋友晚上在附近看演出，特地訂了高鐵站旁邊的酒店，高鐵站出來往西廣場走，上一個扶梯直走就到了，非常非常方便，唯一缺點就是前台checkin速度太慢了，房間也沒有全身鏡，但房間很大很乾凈，入住體驗不錯，以後還會考慮住這個酒店。
