We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and the hotel felt very new and cared for. Breakfast was delicious! I would stay here again if I am ever back in this region.

The hotel is very new and looks great. The hot tub is excellent. Unfortunately the breakfast is very expensive and taste average.

酒店的服務太糟糕了，服務員進了我們的房間，還是兩個女生在房間，幸好沒有在洗澡或者幹別的吧，事後找酒店沒有一點歉意，實在是不能夠理解。

酒店非常新，設施也很全面，各種物品準備的非常齊全。距離冰河湖，鑽石沙灘景點非常近，服務也很不錯。點贊👍。

新開的酒店，早餐，房間都特別好！酒店的設計很北歐風，拍照很出片。還有桑拿房，離冰河湖衹有15分鐘，推薦！

離冰河湖和鑽石沙灘大約10公里，可能是冰島最好的酒店了吧。價格在物價高昂的冰島也是非常良心了。強烈推薦！

Hotel nuovo molto bello, vaschevriscaldate all'aperto con sauna e laghetto. Stanze comode. Ristorante buono, colazione top, ben presentata e varia. Bar sempre disponibile ottimi i cocktail. Posizione strategica. Ragazzi professionali, veloci e simpatici. Da migliorare qualche dettaglio, essendo nuovo mancano delle accortezze ma in generale molto buono

Hotel nuovissimo e bellissimo. Personale alla reception Supergentile in particolare JANNA che si è dimostrata instancabile e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste di aiuto con le prenotazioni dei tour per vedere la grotta di ghiaccio e gli iceberg con il gommone.

Siamo stati solo una notte durante il nostro giro in islanda. Tutto PERFETTO. Camere grandi con soffitto alto, bagno con doccia grande e comoda e vista magnifica sul ghiacciaio. Appena arrivati offrono drink di benvenuto tra birra alla spina, vino e caffè e per la nostra bimba il barman ha preparato un buonissimo cocktail di frutta e soda. La parte migliore però è la colazione. Penso di non aver mai mangiato così bene in nessun altro hotel in vita mia. Assortimento di dolce e salato per tutti i gusti, pane freschissimo, yogurt, latte, spremute di frutta fresca, salmone, salume, uova strapazzate e bacon, vari tipi di torte, waffle, pancake, ecc ecc ecc. Davvero 5 stelle meritatissime!!!!

This hotel is new and fabulous. I was so pleasantly surprised. I travel a lot and tend to be a bit of a hotel snob. This property passed my snob test with flying colors. Every detail thought of, including light dimming options, slippers, robes, beautiful shower fixtures, and the bed was divine. I had to get up early for a day of hiking but I could have slept for hours. Plenty of space to set your things and unpack/ repack (which I tend to do). The restaurant is also wonderful. I had the cod and could have licked the plate. If you’re searching reviews for a place to stay near Jokulsarion Lagoon and Diamond Beach - look no further. You will NOT be disappointed. They also have a northern lights wake up call and I caught them around midnight. This place is top of my Iceland hotel recommendation list.
