Good location. Slightly dated decor inside the room but no real issue

Looking out the room window or the front door, a person can see 0 ( zero ) trees. There is a lot of construction going on outside, and the sidewalks are uneven, torn up in places and occasionally blocked. The area is safe, but not representative of the city of Nanjing. Although reassured by staff prior to checking in, the room did in fact smell of cigarette smoke. I’ve stayed in other locations of this hotel and experienced a much higher standard of facility. The staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent. About half of the rooms have windows which look out onto a corridor that is carpeted with fake grass and has a fake sky. No fresh air.

房間和實物圖一模一樣，整體上入住體驗挺好的，也挺乾淨。前台小姐姐們服務態度很好，如沐春風，入住以後還給我打房間電話問入住體驗，衹是剛好沒在房間所以沒有回覆。行李寄存也很方便。離地鐵站步行大概10分鐘左右，去高鐵站是1號線直達，去玄武門更是很方便。同時也表揚一下攜程客服問題解決很及時，前台也是，整體很棒的入住體驗。

假期帶家人到南京遊玩，選擇入住了這家酒店，辦理入住時雖然已經晚上11點多了，但也不影響前台工作人員的熱情服務，給小朋友準備了小童洗漱用品和拖鞋，並主動介紹wifi及房間設施。床和枕頭都很舒適，早餐種類也很豐富，酒店周邊配套完善，好吃好玩的有很多，離很多網紅餐飲店也比較近，下次來南京還會選擇入住。

房間很乾凈，地理位置很好，交通便捷，離地鐵站步行七八分鐘，早餐的鴨血粉絲湯很適口，體驗很好，下次還會考慮再住～

位置很好，出門打車很方便，周圍吃的東西很多。房間很乾凈，前台小姐姐人很好，給我升了房，還送了歡迎水果（品種十分豐富），性價比很高。就是晚上能聽到邊上KTV的聲音。。。

房間很乾凈，衞生都很到位。服務也很好，還送了歡迎水果。房間有智能語音，可以控制全屋燈光電視等等。好評，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

設施：復工和老公一起出行，訂了帶浴缸的房間，前台小姐姐非常熱情友善，悉心介紹房型，儘量滿足我們的需求，要點一個大大的贊！ 衞生：酒店整體乾淨衞生。 環境：臨近獅子橋步行街，吃喝玩樂很充足，是周邊不錯的選擇

入住酒店當天前台的小姐姐熱情服務，第一時間給予了調整房型，迎賓水果倍感親切，步入房間後電話馬上回訪對房屋是否滿意，提醒冰箱裏麪飲料不夠還能補充。地段交通方便，早餐豐富南京特色，房間衞生乾淨，酒店設施齊全，洗衣，跑步機鍛鍊，乒乓球。服務熱情。退房與前台小哥溝通順暢，走時還主動送上礦泉水，非常感謝也非常滿意。下次還會繼續入住。
