Small room, ugly room, septic truck pumping sewer till 2am by our room. Noise and smell. First stay and maybe last

This hotel was a joy. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Beautiful resort with onsite dining and pool. Room and outdoor areas were clean.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious. The rest of the hotel is nice but not really well mantained. If you just want to relax, maybe you should try another one!

This is our 1st That we got at jw Marriott very very bad service The room was very very dirty. Did you not come and clean and it was full of flies and bugs We tried to talk to the hotel, but they said we should talk to you because I got books from you guys We had to wait for the towels for four hours and did not deliver It was full of people like every year, did not treat us very good

因為Coachella來入住的，環境沒得説了，高爾夫球場在整個度假村裡。因為音樂節結束的晚，所以酒店特地準備了夜宵供大家購買，很貼心。走廊和房間明顯有年代感，不值這個價格。總體還行吧。

環境：酒店最大的優勢就是環境好，綠化維護的好，户外泳池是恆温的，另外還有兩個泡池。 服務：美國酒店的服務基本等於沒有 設施：和國內沒法比，在美國算是比較新的，但是衞生間有點小，淋浴房很擁擠。 整體上家人還挺滿意的

服務不錯，火烈鳥和門口的小高爾夫球場加分，度假氛圍拉滿，本來衹打算住一晚又續住了一晚上，兩個晚上比較合適，既可以購物（去奧萊）又可以好好休息。 酒店衞生還算可以，早餐因為不包含都去外面吃的brunch，吃了一頓酒店的晚餐，服務很不錯，味道一般，然後很貴啦～建議要吃好吃的還是去downtown～

到沙漠山奧特萊斯要40分鐘車城，到旋轉纜車30分鐘左右，相對有點遠。開放式停車場，selfparking沒有任何停車費用，這點比在洛杉磯的酒店停車要節省一大筆費用，自駕友好。非常氣派的大堂及周邊，辦理入住也很迅速，因為酒店非常的大，一層都有很多房間，所以給一張地圖指明入住房間位置，入住當天划船沒有開放，説是因為天氣原因，但當天天氣看似沒有問題，可惜了。1樓可以直接通往游泳池，孩子連着遊了兩天水，適合遛娃

酒店環境很好，裝修有點陳舊，前台南亞裔員工態度不好。餐廳服務人員的工作素質一流。停車場位置充足，停車免費。
