Wonderful service by the reception, cosy hotel with impeccable cleanliness, enjoy the gym, this was a perfect convenience.

Located near the Watford Junction, in walkable distance to the High Street. Carpark charged at £8 which is very reasonable. Room size is bigger compared to the hotels nearby in on the same street.

Nice Breakfast in the morning Chef made me an Omelette. Nice selection of beers on Draught

Room was freezing. Had to sleep under our coats. We did ask for another blanket bur one wasn't provided

We stayed for visiting Warners Bros Harry Potter studio. The hotel was 2min walk from the Watflrd Junction railway station. The location was nice and they hav cafe at the ground floor and they also offer room service as well. The room was really clean and they have enough amenities. There was shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, kettle and locker in the room.

Nice hotel & with good Bfast to be served. Will back again.

Located right by the train/bus station..perfect place to stay for access into London.. Walking distance to Town Centre with shopping and plenty of restaurants.. Hotel very clean, Rooms clean comfortable beds, air con, great breakfast ( apart from scrambled eggs) .. Restaurant menu very reasonably priced.. All staff friendly and helpful .. Would 100 % book again.

Excellent service

房間兩張小床，一家三口勉強吧，空間還OK，廁所比較大…早餐也還行，不要期望太豐盛。 最方便的就是哈利波特巴士站在邊上～ 非常便利。

設施新，人員服務熱情！超讚！

餐廳服務和食物質素很好

感覺有點破舊。
